Microsoft announced Clockwork Revolution will come out in 2027 as an Xbox exclusive. The game is being created by Brian Fargo’s InXile Entertainment, and it has been in the works for a long time, probably since Xbox acquired InXile in 2018. The company made the announcement at the Xbox Showcase during Summer Game Fest week in Los Angeles. The game is set in a Steampunk universe that takes place during years such as 1867, but it appears you can go forward or back in time. [Hidden Content] The goal, according to narration in the trailer, is to “jump back in time to change the course of history.” Some want to control the past to “make things unfair in our favor.” All the while a burlesque show is happening and one of the entertainers is singing, “they’re all going to ****** you in the end.” The post Microsoft announces Clockwork Revolution as an Xbox exclusive for 2027 appeared first on GamesBeat.
