  1. When it comes to tracking and taming dinosaurs in Ark: Survival Evolved, it's difficult to imagine the process being any more exciting than it already is, but that's about to change thanks to this Pokmon-inspired mod. Ark is a colorful game and despite some of the complaints leveled at the Unreal Engine 5 remake, its creature models pop against the the lively greens and blues of the environment. Still, while most of the dinosaurs already look great, players wanting to add even more flair to their creatures should really check out this add-on. View the full article

  4. Your inventory will fill up quickly as you progress through The First Descendant. You’ll be looting more weapons, modules, and additional resources as you ***** further into the story, and you might be wondering if it’s a better idea to sell your items or dismantle them. The ultimate goal is to clear up more of your inventory for better items you find as you level up. The real question is if you’ll benefit from having more resources to spend on future upgrades or if you should focus on earning gold to spend on the costly research programs and bonuses awaiting you in The First Descendant. 6. While gamers often focus on high-refresh-rate monitors, powerful GPUs, and responsive peripherals, one crucial element is frequently overlooked: the humble monitor stand. A good monitor stand allows for optimal positioning, reducing neck strain and eye fatigue during gaming sessions. It can also free up valuable desk space, creating a cleaner, more organized setup. Some advanced stands even offer features like cable management and USB hubs, making them even more useful. View the full article
  7. You’ve just settled into your gaming chair, perfectly adjusted to your ideal height for a gaming session. However, as you lean in to make your first move, you feel it—that slow, steady descent as your chair sinks lower and lower. Before you know it, you’re staring up at your desk, struggling to reach your keyboard and mouse. This sinking problem isn’t unique to gaming chairs; it’s a common issue that plagues many office chairs as well. Typically, it starts to appear as your chair ages, often after a few years of regular use. Additionally, such problems can also arise if you’re rough with your chair. Throwing yourself onto it while sitting or doing rather extreme moves while moving around could damage the chair’s joints and other mechanics. While your first instinct might be to toss out the old chair and splurge on a new one, don’t reach for your wallet just yet. With a few simple repairs, you can breathe new life into your trusty gaming throne and save yourself the expense of a replacement. 10. Getting rid of cheaters in an online game isn't just something you can do quietly in the background. Players need to know that it's happening, both as a deterrent but also to inspire confidence that the game is in safe hands. Sometimes, however, it goes a little further and that's exactly what The First Descendant developer Nexon has done, sharing exactly why players have been banned in the first wave of corrective actions. 13. Oh how I've been waiting for this day. The game that swallowed several months of my life during lockdown, Satisfactory, is finally leaving early access and launching in 1.0 on September 10, just a hair over two months from today. Coffee Stain announced the release in a short, silly trailer that shows nothing new from the 1.0 update but does advertise surely its most important addition, flushable toilets. As we've written in the past, you can understand a lot about a game through its virtual toilets, and I look forward to reexperiencing Satisfactory with a new, empowered flush mindset... 14. The monitor world is vast and varied, with cutting-edge technology often resulting in high prices. However, you don’t need to empty your wallet to enjoy a quality gaming experience, as around $200 – or so should be enough to get you a great gaming monitor. Let’s be honest from the get-go, budget monitors are priced cheaper for reasons, meaning there are compromises typically in size or advanced features. These affordable displays may not boast the largest screens or the best HDR compatibility but they often excel in high refresh rates and low input lag, areas crucial for PC gaming. 18. A Monopoly GO Treasure Hunt is live from July 4 to 8 through Sunset Treasures. This is my favorite main event, featuring 20 levels of rewards. There’s no Wild Sticker as a grand prize, but there is a new Token and Shield available at milestones 10 and 17. To reach the new cosmetics or to score the grand prize rewards, here’s everything you need to help you finish the Monopoly GO Sunset Treasures event. View the full article
  19. Nintendo and litigation go hand in hand like Mario and Peach, which has tarnished the company’s family-friendly image among ****** fans. Now, however, Nintendo has taken aim at an entirely different subset of ****** fans by vowing to take “appropriate action” against those who use Nintendo IP inappropriately. This means exactly what you think it means. After coming for emulators and allegedly going after Garry’s Mod, Nintendo might be bringing its legal forces against perhaps the only thing keeping a lot of people over 30 interested in their games: the *****. Not to put too fine a point on it, but people have been ****** for Nintendo characters since a pixelated Pauline first strutted onscreen in 1981. Doing something about it now seems too little, too late, but if there is a video game company out there with the capital and the single-minded devotion to brand image required to sue NSFW creators into oblivion, it’s Nintendo. Knowing which ones to use in different situations is key, so here are all the Bangboo in ZZZ ranked in a tier list. View the full article

  22. Nicole Demara is one of the first characters you’ll get access to in Zenless Zone Zero. She is one of the first supports you can use, and as a result, it should be good to learn some good builds while you play through the first levels of the game. Nicole is an Ether-type Support character wielding a ranged launcher that fires different attacks, dealing either Physical or Ether damage. She also has plenty of crowd control that can keep enemies in one place in the form of her EX Special *******, Stuffed Sugarcoated Bullet, which summons an energy field that pulls enemies towards its center. 23. Building up your CAMP in Fallout 76 is essential, as is finding the right items. 24. One cosplayer perfectly captured the iconic N7 Armor from Mass Effect, and it got peoples' attention. Making game-accurate cosplays can be a difficult feat, like this amazing Haslin cosplay from Baldur's Gate 3, but for some the risk is worth the reward when people know exactly what character they are. There are armor sets that are instantly recognizable, and the N7 Armor stands out as one of them. As the games progress, players have the chance to upgrade and customize their appearance, but the classic look is something some fans just can't deny. View the full article
