Just days after a lengthy Reddit post outlining plans for it garnered a fair amount of attention, a very ambitious Starfield modding project that aimed to create an entire Elder Scrolls-themed planet featuring recreations of the worldspaces from Skyrim, Oblivion, and Morrowind "has been cancelled". Though, the poster behind it denies that it was, as many commenters had assumed, never properly in the works to begin with. Dubbed "Project Tamriel", that initial post about the initative on June 28 by Reddit user New-Star-340 claimed that it was "an ambitious and groundbreaking modding endeavor that aims to bring the entirety of Tamriel from The Elder Scrolls series into the expansive universe of Starfield". They specified that this would be accomplished by populating a single planet with "iconic items, detailed maps, and beloved quests" from Skyrim, Oblivion, and Morrowind. Naturally, given how lofty a goal this is and the titanic effort it'd surely take, the post was met by a mixture of excitement and cynicism. VG247 has since reached out to New-Star-340 in an effort to learn more about Project Tamriel, with the poster responding that "the project has been canceled", with this being cited as the reason behind the absence of links to a website or Discord server for it that initial post, despite one section of that featuring a bracketed space for one. As reported by ComicBook, original Frank West voice actor Terence J. Rotolo responded to a fan in an Instagram message, shared by @FrankByDaylight on X/Twitter, saying he wasn't contacted by Capcom for the remaster and "the reasons are the producers' own." ***** Rising Deluxe Remaster was announced on June 27, 2024 as, unsurprisingly, a remaster of the original ***** Rising. Capcom released a trailer alongside the announcement too but fans were quick to notice a new voice behind the classic protagonist Frank West. "The answer to your question is I have no answer," Rotolo said. "All I can say is that I've always been grateful for every opportunity to help bring Frank to life. An actor's job when called upon is to show up prepared, deliver your best, and when done, move on to the next mission. I simply wasn't called for this mission. The reasons are the producers' own." IGN has asked Capcom for comment. ***** Rising Deluxe Remaster launches September 18, 2024 with 4k graphics and 60 frames per second support, running in the RE Engine. Kaiju No. 8 will be getting a sequel anime of some sorts, but all that's been confirmed right now is where it will be streaming. If you've been enjoying the anime adaptation of Kaiju No. 8 and its particular take on the kaiju genre, then I've got great news for you: after the 12th and final episode of the first season aired, it was quickly confirmed that the series will be receiving a sequel of some sorts. I say sequel as opposed to season 2, as the anime hasn't technically been confirmed for a second season, but the official ********* Kaiju No. 8 Twitter account has confirmed that a sequel is in the works. A short teaser trailer was released, which you can check out below, though it doesn't show all that much. The only thing that's really confirmed about the sequel production is that Koki Uchiyamam known for a variety of series like My Hero Academia, Jujutsu Kaisen, ****** Slayer, Devilman Crybaby, and Soul Eater, is joining in the role of Gen Narumi, captain of the First Division. Despite everything that it does right, Diablo 4 is still missing some essential features that should have been included at launch but fortunately for everyone, Blizzard has confirmed that they're on the way.
