  1. How long is Space Marine 2? It's not common to see many blockbuster shooter campaigns these days, especially one that's a sequel over a decade after its predecessor. Nevertheless, Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 offers just that and more, with a cinematic campaign and fully-fleshed out PvE and PvP modes to sink your teeth into. Naturally, many are curious about the Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2 length as a result. Don't worry, you'll be pleased to know that the co-op game offers a lot of brutal and bloodthirsty gameplay for you, even after you get hooked and beat all the Space Marine 2 missions. Baldur's Gate 3's uber-beefy Patch 7 is finally here, bringing with it all of the stuff Larian had previously announced or teased - such as those extra evil endings and mod support - as part of its total of "over 1,000 fixes and improvements". Thanks to previous community updates from the studio, we already knew that the patch was set to bring with it a bunch of new cutscenes to help give "even darker conclusions to your most sinister playthroughs" and the official modding tools folks have been waiting for. Well, having been teased to be coming this week during a PAX panel over the weekend, they're now here. As outlined in the patch notes/community update post that's longer than War and Peace, the big highlights of the patch are as follows: Read more View the full article

  8. Arcane: Season 2 is fast-approaching after the first season basically took the world by storm in 2022. Having been an avid episode-by-episode watcher when it came out, it's been lauded for a lot of good reasons—drop-***** gorgeous animation, a tightly written script, a banger score, and an ability to successfully twist the ****** into my heart. 13. Helldivers 2 developer Arrowhead has just released that blog post telling everyone where the studio’s at in terms of current progress on its 60-day plan. Good news, the next big update to the game is set to arrive on September 17. If you're out of the loop, since the Escalation of Freedom update was accompanied by some balancing changes and tweaks to flamethrowers that didn't go down well with a lot of players, who felt Arrowhead wasn't aiming to make the game fit their definition of fun via its nerfs to meta weapons, the studio's been attempting to get a lot of these unhappy soldiers back on side. As detailed in the blog post, the next big update to the game - which the likes of Arrowhead CCO Johan Pilestedt have been teasing for the past little bit - now has a concrete arrival date - September 17. So mark that on your calendar. Read more View the full article

  18. When is the Dying Light The ****** release date? The standalone Dying Light spinoff, now called Dying Light The ******, originally started out as Dying Light 2 DLC, but the concept and scale of the game grew and now we're getting a very fresh looking game. Let's dig into what we know. Though we enjoyed Dying Light 2, the futuristic, grand scale of the metropolis setting fought off the creepy horror that we love about the series. That, and a lack of survival game elements, made Dying Light 2 just a really cool parkour game. Thankfully, Dying Light The ****** is looking very different, and instead will be set in the countryside 13 years after the events of the first game. Read the rest of the story... 19. I sometimes worry that good games, even great games, live or **** depending on a single badly received update. Yes, this is the era of the comeback - Cyberpunk 2077 and No Man's Sky serving as prime examples - but with so many new games and so much choice, it's also much easier than ever for players to just move onto something new - I'm not sure that Helldivers 2 will ever recover from the PSN account linking snafu. Thankfully, though, despite the (arguably deserved) ire directed towards Age of Mythology's first DLC, the full release of the RTS game, built by Age of Empires devs, seems to be going exceptionally well - the strategy reimagining is surging on Steam. 22. Shamans have been begging Blizzard to add new Ascendance forms for years, but they should be careful what they wish for. Blizzard is finally adding new Ascendance models in WoW’s 20th-anniversary update, and judging by the community’s reaction, they’re in dire need of a makeover.
