As a big fan of Hades and roguelike games in general, Ravenswatch is one I've had my eye on for a while. While the roots of Passtech Games' excellent Curse of the ***** Gods can still be seen, Ravenswatch steps more dramatically away from the Hades structure to offer a freeform open-world ARPG - but one that nevertheless retains all those delicious roguelike hooks. X-Men '97 was pretty good, ey? Well, you might be sad to learn the behind-the-scenes process was apparently a bit of a clusterfrag, which kind of describes the usual state of affairs at Marvel as of late, unless this time around nobody seems to be interested in burying the hatchet. Season 1 and 2 showrunner Beau DeMayo, who was fired a while back, is now promising to shine more light on what went down after Marvel and Disney talked of "egregious" findings in August. Via Deadline, DeMayo now has taken to OnlyFans (yes, really) "to call BS on the Kevin Feige-run Marvel and Bob Iger-led Disney." Buckle up, as this saga might be a long one. Baldur's Gate 3's uber-beefy Patch 7 has just arrived for PC bringing with it enough changes to match the word count of some University dissertations. However, if you're hoping to delve into it on console or Mac, you'll have to wait just a little bit longer - until October to be exact - in order to play it. Worse still, I have to hammer a quick-time button to recover. This is what it is like to be Jerry, the janitor of a cheap and poorly maintained space station. Jerry is being tasked with repair work beyond his job description, learning the ins and outs of an escape pod's machinery from his co-worker via radio. This may come in handy, as the station is about to explode. Tin Can is not a new game (it came out in 2022) but it is on ***** as part of Steam's space exploration fest.
