Naraka: Bladepoint is back for another edition of Naraka Fest. The last one in June celebrated the game’s third anniversary and included teases about collaborations, info about in-game events, and a deep ***** into Perdoria, the game’s newest map. This time around, it’s sure to be full of even more info and reveals, and IGN will host a livestream of the show. Here’s all the info you need to watch the event live, as well as what kind of new reveals to expect. Amazon has announced the Prime Gaming December 2024 lineup, which includes the likes of Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, Overcooked 2, and Dredge. Star Wars: Bounty Hunter is the revived 2002 GameCube and PlayStation 2 action adventure game, which acts as a prequel to Star Wars: Episode II – ******* of the Clones and lets you play as Jango Fett, who is hired to capture a Dark Jedi. Overcooked 2 is the popular food-flavored co-op party game from Team17. When an updated, remastered, or otherwise spiffed-up version of a game is released, nobody—not long-time fans, not archivists, not anybody, really—ever asks for the original version of that game to be taken down. Does this seem to stop game studios from committing this unforced public relations error? Absolutely not. Blizzard, a company that has recently released remastered versions of Warcraft and Warcraft II for $10 and $15, respectively (or in a bundle with III for $40) on its Battle.net storefront, has asked GOG to remove its non-remastered, DRM-free $15 bundle of those games from its store on December 13. GOG (aka Good Old Games), which recently included Warcraft I and II its Preservation Program, with a "Make Games Live Forever" tagline, suddenly finds itself with a new policy to figure out. So GOG is putting the Warcraft I & II Bundle on ***** (discount code "MakeWarcraftLiveForever" for $2 off) and is letting folks know that if they buy it before December 13, they will keep access to it after the delisting, complete with offline installers. Despite already adding so much to the game, Patch 8 looks to be another massive update for Baldur's Gate 3, even after everything that was included in Patch 7. Crossplay will finally be added to the game after more than a year of waiting, as well as a Photo Mode to show off the title's amazing visuals. It feels like every game has a Photo Mode now, so it makes sense that BG3 with its stunning visuals would get one too, but the most exciting change, especially for single-player campaigns, are the new subclasses. There's absolutely no denying that Baldur's Gate 3 is an incredibly rich and rewarding experience, arguably representing the very best of the genre. However, it does have its pitfalls, and one of the largest is the feats system. It's no wonder there are several great mods improving it already, from adding heaps of additional DnD feats to giving them out like candy each time you level up.
