Digital PC videogame platform GOG has announced that it is removing both Warcraft: Orcs and Humans and Warcraft 2 from its storefront later this month, at Blizzard's request. GOG adds that is "saddened" to share this news, but will change the policy surrounding its new Preservation Program to ensure games no longer on ***** on GOG will remain supported after a delisting. There is some spiteful drama in the Half-Life modding scene this week. The developers of a heavily criticised mod for Half-Life 2 are intentionally blocking a small number of YouTubers from playing that mod, using Steam IDs to effectively blacklist and ban specific people from running it.
