Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader’s executive producer, Anatoly Shestov, has recently shared his dream game: a title based on the Secure, Contain, and Protect (SCP) universe. This is certainly an unusual idea, as Owlcat Games has mostly focused on well-known IPs so far, but the creators of Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader certainly seem capable of pulling it off. Bethesda has released many popular titles over the years, but recent releases have been far behind its success in the past, especially the FPS Redfall. This game was released to absolutely brutal reviews, with its focus on simultaneous multiplayer and single-player content being received poorly by players. However, Bethesda still continues to push this game even two years later, but will likely fail to recapture an audience for it. View the full article

Part of surviving your trek through PEAK's levels is eating enough food to avoid starving to death. While you can find plenty of food inside luggage and by foraging bushes, trying out weird foods makes the experience more fun and chaotic. That's where the Napberry comes into play. Not only is the Napberry difficult to find, but it also has a peculiar power that can either end your run instantly or save you, depending on the circumstances. Let's dive into where to find Napberries in PEAK and their uses. Table of contentsHow to find Napberry in PEAKWhat does Napberry do in PEAK?How to find Napberry in PEAK Napberry plants spawn exclusively in Alpine, PEAK's third level after Tropics. After progressing through the game far enough to reach this level, you'll occasionally find this purple fruit growing out of a small plant. You'll know you're nearby when you see purple particles coming out of a plant and start gaining a tired status effect. Screenshot by Destructoid The exact location of Napberry plants differs each day as maps cycle. However, once you find one, you'll spot the plant in the same location during each run, letting you memorize its spawnuntil the map resets. Your best bet is to search caves, as they frequently spawn inside ALPINE's mountains. This makes them difficult to access, so move quickly if you want to avoid the fog and reach the level's peak without freezing to death. What does Napberry do in PEAK? As you approach a Napberry plant, you'll slowly become increasingly tired, with a pink "Zzz" status effect appearing on your stamina bar. Upon eating it, your bar will fill well past its normal capacity, causing your character to fall asleep until it depletes. Depending on the circumstances, this can eliminate your character, ending your run. Screenshot by Destructoid However, it does have some potential benefits. If you're suffering from injuries or other status effects, the Napberry's exhaustion will clear most of them. Similarly, if you're about to take a massive amount of damage by falling, becoming poisoned, or burning to death, you can quickly eat the Napberry as a "cure" of sorts. If you recover before your life bar depletes, you'll stand back up, making you, overall, healthier than you were previously. This comes with several risks, though. In most cases, you won't recover in time, causing your character to die. Even if you were energized before eating the Napberry, it'll usually knock you out anyway. You'll also be susceptible to freezing damage from snowstorms if you're outside while eating it. On the plus side, if you're confident you can survive the encounter or have a teammate who can revive you later, you can use the Napberry to progress through the Foraging Badge. The Foraging Badge requires you to eat five different berries in a single expedition. The Napberry counts as one, leaving you only four more to consume by the time your run ends. Pokémon Go Fest 2025 introduces new forms for Zacian and Zamazenta, and new Adventure Effects will also come along with them from Aug. 28, 2025. Using Behemoth Blade and Behemoth Bash, trainers can, for a limited time, increase their attacking power or defensive power during Max Battles, even if they aren't using Zacian and Zamazenta during those fights. It'll make some fights easier, especially against Gigantamax Pokémon, so long as they know how to use them. Before using both Behemoth Blade and Behemoth Bash, you need to make sure you've raided enough to change your Zacian and Zamazenta into their respective Crowned forms. This will let you use both their Adventure Effects by going into the Pokémon's summary and scrolling down. How to use Behemoth Blade, Behemoth Bash Adventure Effect in Pokémon Gohttps://twitter.com/PokemonGoApp/status/1937588484124160312 To use Behemoth Blade, head to your Crowned form Zacian's page and scroll down until you see the Behemoth Blade Adventure Effect. You need to pay 5000 Stardust and 5 Zacian Candy for five minutes of activation. This effect can be stacked. When Zacian is in its Crowned Sword form, its Charged Attack Iron Head changes to the Charged Attack Behemoth Blade. For Behemoth Bash, Zamazenta follows the same pattern and cost to use its Adventure Effect. 5000 Stardust and 5 Zamazenta Candy for five minutes of activation. This effect can also be stacked. When Zamazenta is in its Crowned Shield form, its Charged Attack Iron Head changes to the Charged Attack Behemoth Bash. Adventure Effects cannot exist alongside each other, though, so you can't have both active at the same time, as well as other Adventure Effects available in-game, like Origin form Palkia and Dialga's effects, alongside the various forms of Necrozma. If you want to get these Adventure Effects, though, you'll need to take part in the raids whenever Crowned Zacian and Zamazenta are available and save up enough energy to change the Pokémon's forms. So save your raid passes and prepare for the fight, trainers! The post How Behemoth Blade and Behemoth Bash Adventure Effect work in Pokémon Go appeared first on Destructoid. View the full article
Persona 5 The Phantom X is now available in all global regions, and it introduces all mainstream (and lesser-known) characters from the world of Persona to your mobile devices. At its core, Persona 5 The Phantom X is a gacha, with some pretty interesting elements. Your degree of success in the turn-based combat will depend on the characters in your squad. The following tier list includes all characters available at launch, so you can separate the ones you'll want to invest your resources into. Table of contentsPersona 5 The Phantom X tier list explainedPersona 5 The Phantom X S-tier charactersPersona 5 The Phantom X A-tier charactersPersona 5 The Phantom X B-tier charactersPersona 5 The Phantom X C-tier charactersPersona 5 The Phantom X tier list explained The characters in Persona 5 The Phantom X are differentiated by their rarities, but it's more important to understand their roles. Every character fulfills one of the following four roles: DPS, Support, Sustain, and Navigator. Additionally, some characters might be good in one game mode but not so good in others. To keep matters simple, I have combined all the factors to construct my tier list. If one character is powerful in one mode and weak in another, I have added that point. I have made the tier list based on manual play. Remix by Destructoid via Tiermaker Persona 5 The Phantom X S-tier characters These are practically the best characters you can use, especially in their assigned roles. If you're lucky enough to get one of them, you can fix them for their role. Miyu Sahara: Miyu is arguably the best support character to utilize in the current build of the game. She offers exceptional buffs, and you can get more returns by awakening her gradually.Ren Amamiya (Joker): There are better characters if you're solely taking DPS into account. However, Ren can target multiple enemies and synergize well with different team compositions.Ann Takamaki: Despite being slightly weaker than Ren, Ann's AoE DPS is top-notch. You all get the ability to debuff enemies, and it works mainly when there's a large mob of enemies to clear.Yaoling Li: I wanted to place Yaoling in A-tier because of the need for proper investment. Once awakened, Yaoling can become almost essential for clearing late-game content with the enemy debuffs on offer, which will be crucial at one point. Lufel: Excellent burst damage with Highlight synergy, and a must-have in every boss fight.Persona 5 The Phantom X A-tier characters The A-tier characters right now are pretty close to S-tier in terms of their in-game effectiveness. If you manage to land one of them, you can easily invest your resources and awaken them. Seiji Shiratori: Seiji is the best character to get if you're considering pure DPS. However, Seiji also needs a lot of investment to rise to Awareness 6 and utilize its abilities fully.Morgana: Not as elite as Miyu, Morgana is a hybrid character that offers buffs and also lands heals for allies. She fits well with different team compositions.Leo Kamiyama: Another character that goes to a whole different tier once you fully raise his Awareness levels.Ryuji Sakamoto: Ryuji's kit might feel limited in many ways, but it offers excellent damage with high DPS potential.Persona 5 The Phantom X B-tier characters When you've started, you won't have too many options to pick from. The following characters are good to fill in on a particular role if you're lacking in it. Kayo Tomiyama: Not much use in the story, but Kayo is a must-have in specific boss fights.Haruna Nishimori: Good character for beginners, but not much utility beyond that.Shun Kano: Shun can even be considered A-tier once you get the Awareness levels up to rank six.Persona 5 The Phantom X C-tier characters These are beginner characters that don't have much use. It's better to replace them as early as possible with better names from the tiers mentioned above. Kiyoshi KurotaniToshiya SumiTomoko NogeYukimi FujikawaMotoha AraiKotone Montagne The tier-list will be adjusted in the future based on new characters that we might obtain as new banners. Crimson Desert will feature a brand-new playable demo at Gamescom 2025, giving all attendees a chance to try out the highly anticipated open-world action-adventure game first-hand. Developed by Pearl Abyss, Crimson Desert has made waves thanks to its fighting-game-esque approach to combat, gorgeous visuals, and a single-player focus that helps it stand apart from the studio’s previous game, ****** Desert Online. Where BDO was an ambitious attempt at an MMORPG, Crimson Desert is exclusively single-player, something that has only helped the game gain more traction among fans looking for a true AAA medieval ARPG. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 has loads of hidden or minor details that add so much context and meaning to the larger story, and arguably one of the game's most important aspects pertains to the mysterious Axons you experience at different points in the game.
