  1. Not all VALORANT agents are built to dominate the meta—and Iso is a blaring example of this. Considering his underwhelming pick rate across VCT and ranked, players are now highlighting Iso’s incompetency compared to his agile and self-sufficient peers. Unfortunately, there’s not much to fix either. In a Reddit thread on April 15, several players got together to discuss potential ways to buff VALORANT’s latest duelist agent—but none of the ideas seem balanced enough to make the cut. 3. Ubisoft has responded to the ongoing backlash against the Star Wars Outlaws season pass, insisting Jabba the Hutt is part of the experience for all players. The publisher has come under ***** for locking the Jabba’s Gambit mission behind Star Wars Outlaws' controversial season pass, which comes with the $109.99 gold edition and even more expensive $129.99 ultimate edition. "Play the exclusive Jabba's Gambit mission at launch," the Season Pass explainer reads. "Just as Kay is putting together a crew for the Canto Bight heist, she receives a job from Jabba the Hutt himself. Turns out that ND-5 owes Jabba a debt from years ago, and he has come to collect." The revelation sparked a backlash, with some players criticizing Ubisoft’s decision to lock a mission behind a season pass for what is a full-price, single-player only game. Now, Ubisoft has issued a statement, insisting Jabba the Hutt and the Hutt Cartel “will be part of the experience” for all players, regardless of which edition they buy. "To clarify, Jabba the Hutt and the Hutt Cartel are one of the main syndicates in Star Wars Outlaws and will be part of the experience for everyone who purchases the game, regardless of edition," a Ubisoft spokesperson told IGN. "The 'Jabba’s Gambit' mission is an optional, additional mission with the Hutt Cartel along Kay and Nix's journey across the Outer Rim. This mission will be available to those who purchase the season pass or an edition of the game which includes the season pass." However, the scope of the Jabba’s Gambit mission ******** unclear, leaving those who do not buy the season pass unsure of what they’re missing out on. Ubisoft has said in the past that players can work for and even betray Jabba as the head of one of Star Wars Outlaws' ********* factions. "To clarify, Jabba the Hutt and the Hutt Cartel are one of the main syndicates in Star Wars Outlaws and will be part of the experience for everyone who purchases the game, regardless of edition. Star Wars Outlaws was revealed in 2023 as a scoundrel adventure set between Star Wars: Episode 5 - The Empire Strikes Back and Star Wars: Episode 6 - Return of the Jedi. It stars Key Vess, her droid partner ND-5, and her beastie companion Nix as they attempt to carve out their own success during Star Wars' golden era of ********* activity. It arrives August 27, 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, and PC, with the $70 Standard Edition joined by the aforementioned $110 Gold Edition, which comes with three days of early access alongside the Season Pass. 9. While speculation about Helldivers 2 content is often sourced from little more than leaks and datamining, it’s rare to see Arrowhead Studios dropping so many hints. Yet, when it comes to slapping bugs with greatswords, these devs seem as eager to see it happen as we are. One member of the Arrowhead team, community manager Twinbeard, really likes the idea of melee. Responding to speculation online as early as late February—a mere two weeks after the release of Helldivers 2—Twinbeard responded to a Diver excited about what is next to come in the newly-released game: “If you or I could look into the.. heads of our devs, I’m sure we’d find dozens of ideas. 12. With Helldivers 2 leaks reaching a premium in recent days, Arrowhead Studios devs are starting to mobilize to quell some of the suspense. One such dev directly responded to the Discord community, saying that trusting dataminers might lead to disappointment. On Aug. 15, Arrowhead Studios developer Evil-Bosse responded to datamining speculation on the official community Discord. Regarding datamined content that would undermine the CEO’s comments on “no transmog,” Evil-Bosse kept things simple but vague: “I don’t look at datamined stuff, and I would avoid falling in love with it.” They specified that most content in the game are “leftovers,” usually quite old parts of the project that are dug up and seem real, but have been retired for a while. But to keep things interesting, they made sure to specify “some are things that will pop up in the game.” View the full article

One Dota 2 fan is over Zharvakko’s absurd transformation spell and declared they’re ready for it to be nerfed or outright removed in an April 15 post on the game’s subreddit, highlighting it as a major pain point in Turbo, Dota 2‘s shorter and faster mode. “My muscle memory [is] still first banning him in Turbo no matter what,” another player said, with many more agreeing WD’s time at the top of the meta really needs to end. 20. Let's begin with a shining pearl of wisdom—when Pokémon games go 40% off, secure a copy. Why? Because Nintendo AAAs seem to retain their value, and their prices don't often swoop this low. Also, the fact that Brilliant Diamond hasn't seen a similar chop suggests that this could well be an anomaly. Whatever the case, capitalise now.
