Not only are they whipping up Frostpunk 2 and The Alters for later on, but they're also publishing The Thaumaturge, Indika, and Creatures of Ava within the same *******. Odds are we'll see a lot more from them throughout all of the summer events, but for now, they popped up in today's Guerrilla Collective showcase with a new trailer for Creatures of Ava, a new third-person creature-collecting adventure game from developers Inverge Studios and Chibig. Playstack is a publisher best known this year for a little game you might have heard of called Balatro. But when it came to the first trailer for developer Posh Cat Studios' game Little Problems, showcased during today's Guerrilla Collective showcase, they instead focused on one of their other acclaimed titles, The Case of the Golden Idol. That's because Little Problems notably states The Case of the Golden Idol as its inspiration on the official Steam page, both being detective games where you gather all sorts of clues from the areas presented in order to solve various mysteries. The main difference is that in constrast to its more *******-filled inspiration, Posh Cat are focusing on the small mysteries and puzzles that tend to pop up in everyday life. This year marks the tenth anniversary of Five Nights at Freddy's, and while the series has always had its fair share of criticisms, be it for various reasons, it's hard to deny that it's made for one juggernaut of a gaming franchise, spanning several games, books, a movie, and more. And with later games, the series has gotten increasingly elaborate, evolving from single-room affairs to VR titles and full-on survival horror where you can freely move around large locations. A very talented Baldur’s Gate 3 YouTuber, Brouch, has today decided that BG3 isn’t easy (or apparently cheesy) enough, and so has designed the RPG’s latest challenge: Polymorphing into a cheese wheel to beat the three-act adventure. The June 25 release date for Frogun ENCORE has been revealed. The first Frogun game was released in 2022 by developer Molegato after being crowdfunded in 2021. This indie game series is a departure from Molegato's other releases, Demented ****** and Supersonic Tank Cats, the former being a twin stick shooter and the latter being a racing game.
