Some set photos from James Gunn's upcoming Superman film have been going around, but the director says you don't need to worry about spoilers. If you're excited for the upcoming refresh of the DCU, you've probably already seen some of the set photos that have been shared around of David Corenswet as Superman, giving everyone a better taste of what his costume is going to look like. They really don't show all that much, though the photos have confirmed that he will also have the Superman logo in yellow on his cape, a feature that has been absent from pretty much all live-action outings thus far even though it's something of a staple. The photos also showed off Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, with one video even showing him holding what looks to be dog treats, leading to some theorising that Krypto the Superdog is going to make an appearance (though that could just be something to throw everyone off the scent of what's actually going on). These days it's quite rare for a big superhero flick to be filled even partially on location (looking at you, Marvel), so of course this has led to some wondering if the set photos could lead to some kind of big spoiler. When asked by one fan if Gunn had any thoughts on the set leaks, the director simply responded with "Fully expected." Read more View the full article

Are you ready to head back into the gray zone? A new major update for Gray Zone Warfare just dropped, optimizing the extraction shooter in a number of ways. After getting off to a hot start, the game has definitely lost the majority of its hype and player base since launching in April. Much of that could be blamed on new games coming out, but GZW was definitely quite buggy and poorly optimized at launch. View the full article

The First Descendant is out, and making waves on both PC and consoles. As it rises steadily up the most-played charts, players are starting to lodge complaints about the free-to-play game's monetization, especially in relation to some of its competitors like Warframe. Take Reddit user Goompas, who made this comparison directly in regard to Energy Activators. These items, bought on the in-game store for 1,500 Caliber (premium currency), vastly increase your chosen ******* or Descendant's mod capacity. This is important, as mods are what provides much of the power, survivability, and overall strength of your equipment. 1,500 Calibur will cost you quite the sum. Right now, you can't buy that much directly, you'd have to buy 1,060 for £15.98 / £19.99 and 520 for £7.99 / $9.99 respectively. Or, you could grab some extra and fork out £39.98 / $49.99 for 2,750 Calibur. A lot of cash for an in-game item. Now consider that for a loadout with all your weapons and your descendant powered up with Energy Activators, you'll need four in total. That's a whopping 6,000 Calibur's worth, or £83.97 / $104.98. The latest Fallout 76 event isn't going down well as some of the game's most elusive items have become even more rare, frustrating fans who can't grind for hours every day. Unfortunately, 2024's Fasnacht Day celebrations have been hampered by the addition of several new masks that have skewed the drop rate into an untenable position. View the full article

Wake up, folks who might've thought Helldivers 2 could do with a bit of a shot in the arm Galactic War-wise! A fresh Major Order's just dropped and it looks like it could lead to Super Earth getting its hands on "a powerful interplanetary battle station" down the line. Aside from that bit of nice child saving and some tree climbing it's been in bit quiet for Super Earth on the war from since the Meridia ****** ***** became a thing. However, following some recent chatter about the need for Arrowhead to potentially spice things up, that's exactly what it looks like is happening. "The planet X-45 is home to a lost Advanced Weapons Lab from the First Galactic War, ******* underneath rubble and abandoned due to dangerously high radiation levels across the planet," this fresh MO reads, "The Lab was working on development of a powerful interplanetary battle station. Now, with radiation levels abated to completely safe levels, excavation and recovery of the Lab's work can begin, which would allow the eventual construction of this battle station."
