  2. *********'s Creed has undergone a lot of changes over its entire history, introducing and taking away various features depending on the genre and characters of the game. That means that various features inevitably get left on the cutting room floor as the games alter over the years, especially with the recent shift to more RPG elements in the likes of Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla. 3. ****** Myth: Wukong has one rare item that could be a secret treasure, or end up as one of the biggest scams in the game. Secrets in this action RPG are aplenty and can provide some beneficial buffs and hidden lore. However, some are much easier to find than others, like the three bells in Chapter 1. These lead the player to the temple of Elder Jinchi, and defeating him rewards an important Vessel for fighting the ****** Bear Guai boss of Chapter 1. View the full article
  4. In Star Wars Outlaws, there are ways to have fun other than exploring for loot, and one of these is playing arcade games. These can be found in any of the major cities and come in two varieties. 6. Games like No Man's Sky, Starfield, and Elite Dangerous will have you hopping in your ship and exploring vast cosmoses, often at break-neck speeds and in high pressure situations. So how about a game that puts you at the controls of a ship but asks you to slow down, take things steady, and obey the laws of the galaxy? Meet Star Trucker, a new day-one addition to Game Pass that is basically Euro Truck Simulator, but in space. Read the rest of the story... 7. Baldur's Gate 3 is known for its vast options for storyline progression. While the Dark Urge is the poster character for an evil playthrough, there are a few stand-outs characters from the Origin cast who fit seamlessly into a dark narrative. Players might be naturally drawn to Astarion or Laezel for a villain playthrough, considering their alignments lie on the eviler side of the table. Shadowhearts internal conflict can swing both for or against Shar, offering an interesting direction for the player to balance. However, players may not initially consider Wyll for their walk on the dark side. View the full article
  8. Being a Seeker in Harry Potter Quidditch Champions is one of the toughest roles to master, and it is definitely rewarding to invest your time learning the craft of seeking the Golden Snitch. Harry Potter Quidditch Champions features a variety of roles, and Seeker is arguably one of the most popular positions that can directly affect the scorecard of the match. While the role’s influence isn’t quite like the Harry Potter books and films—it doesn’t give the team 150 points and instantly make them win the match for gameplay balance—it does give you 30 points, which is more than enough to swing the tides of a losing match or solidify your lead. 10. A Genshin Impact player pointed out all nine characters that haven't made an appearance throughout the entirety of the Fontaine era. While the setting of Teyvat has enticed many a player, the main appeal of Genshin Impact has always been its cast of characters. While it started off with only 21 characters (excluding the Traveler) in Version 1.0, the playable roster has since grown to encompass seven nations and 88 characters in total. 11. Concord is being shut down by PlayStation later this week, possibly never to return, offering everyone who bought the game refunds less than two weeks after launch. It's a move that will make Concord completely unplayable, which is a massive ***** for developer Firewalk Studios, as well as those that have been enjoying the game these past two weeks. Hey, there may not be a lot of them, but there were some. View the full article
  12. Fortnite has revealed the new Battle Pass Super Styles for characters like Captain Jones, Gwenpool, and more. Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 is Marvel-themed, and the Super Styles may be worth the level grind for some players. View the full article
  13. I have a boat (I don't, but stay with me). Eventually a mast needs replacing. Then the deck needs new planks. Now it needs a new rudder. Finally, after many years, every single piece of wood, nail, and sheet of cloth has been replaced. Is it the same boat? That's the question at the heart of The Ship of Theseus Paradox and it's also something new survival horror RPG Graft is exploring. Read the rest of the story... View the full article
  14. The sudden shutdown of the newly-launched hero shooter Concord sparked an entirely unsurprising wave of unfortunate grave dancing amongst people who decried the game for being too "woke" or diverse, rather than being a game "for gamers," whatever that's supposed to mean. But amidst all that predictable sound and fury, there are also messages of support for the developers at Firewalk Studios, and expressions of hope from fans that Concord will be back... 15. I'd been eagerly awaiting Gundam Breaker 4, and not just because I wouldn't need a Taiwanese PSN account funded with imported gift cards to play this one. Despite the fact that I can see three Gundam model kits from where I'm sitting, I'm a Gunpla neophyte: Kitbashing my own custom Gundams together is well beyond what me and my wallet are capable of. Now, with the long-awaited Western release of a proper numbered Gundam Breaker (we don't walk about New Gundam Breaker), I've got a virtual library of decades' worth of mech pieces for building my own mobile suits, all without needing to invest in the talent, tools, and time that actual kitbashing would demand... 16. IShowSpeed has gained a rabid online following with his specific brand of confidence, volume, and utter chaos. And if you’ve ever wondered what the streamer’s life is really like, there’s a new sim game for you. Yes, you can take control of IShowSpeed with Gorka Games’ IShowSpeed The Game, a new indie offering made in Unreal Engine 5. The game puts you in charge of Speed as he conducts an IRL stream, with your goal being to increase your viewer count as high as possible. Much like the real IShowSpeed, you do this by doing anything you can to get attention from those around you: running around, doing backflips, barking at people; everything is fair game here. As you do this, you’ll gain followers who chase you around and you can interact with, and you can also keep an eye on your cameraman following the action. View the full article

The gamepad keyboard is now in testing as part of the beta channel for Windows 11 and even includes button accelerators so you can use the X button for backspace, the Y button for spacebar, and the menu button on an Xbox controller to hit enter. 20. To get the Scoundrel Gear Set and earn the associated trophy in Star Wars Outlaws, players will have to find all three pieces based on mysterious holodisc clues. It sparked a pretty fun discussion, and Facepunch Studios may want to keep an eye out for it. View the full article
  25. There are so many different battle royale titles, but only a few managed to truly stick with the needs of the genre’s ever-growing fanbase—including one of the founding titles of the scene, PUBG. Some players are wondering if the seven-year old title is still worth trying out in 2024. PUBG is not only one of the biggest battle royale games in the history of the genre, but is still one of the most-played titles on Steam around the world to date. It’s popularity might have fallen a bit since its original release date, but the game is still popping off in various parts of the world with a highly-dedicated player base. View the full article
