Regular updates for Splatoon 3 are coming to an end, Nintendo announced on Sept. 15. The game will still be playable and receive balance patches and monthly challenges, but new content won’t be coming to the shooter after a little over two years of support. Fans of Nintendo‘s team-based shooter Splatoon 3 have enjoyed a large number of content updates and in-game events over the last couple of years. New weapons and stages were added over time, and the single-player DLC Side Order also came out earlier this year. Starfield's Shattered Space DLC might fix the biggest issue with the base game's combat. Due for release on September 30, 2024, Shattered Space will be the first DLC for Starfield.
