Destiny 2 fans have been asking for a Stasis-aligned glaive since this archetype released in 2022’s The Witch Queen, and Bungie is finally delivering with Revenant, its next episode. The ******* is hardly the only one worth chasing, however, thanks to a litany of other unique firearms to use. In a blog post today, the studio showed off a slew of new weapons coming to Destiny 2 once Revenant launches next Tuesday. The latest Steam Hardware Survey for September 2024 is out and it looks like gamers' tastes in graphics cards are rapidly changing. The survey revealed that the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 is now the second favorite GPU for Steam players, showing a huge 34% percentage increase in market share since the last survey in August, with the RTX 4060 Ti and the laptop version of the RTX 4060 following closely behind. While the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 and the RTX 4060 Ti are great cards for 1080p gaming, they're not the very best graphics cards out there, but that's not the point. Most gamers aren't running top-spec hardware, and while it's unlikely that anyone would turn down a brand new Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 for their rig, the Steam Hardware Survey shows more gamers than ever are choosing more budget appropriate options. There's good news for Earth Defense Force 6 fans today, as developer Sandlot Games announces it has removed one of the most controversial features from the Steam co-op game. Playing EDF 6 with others is certainly the way to go, but the requirement to connect an Epic Games account to your Steam one to play online has left many frustrated, with the game's average user score dropping to a 'mixed' 58% on Steam.
