  6. The popular H2M mod for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered set to release tomorrow has been shut down thanks to a cease-and-desist order from Activision. H2M, which added a slew of quality-of-life updates such as Prestige mode levels and camos, as well as all the Modern Warfare 2 (2009) maps, weapons, and more to the 2017 CoD 4 remaster, had catapulted the game to the top of Steam’s top seller list earlier this week.   7. A new World of Warcraft cinematic trailer titled Alleria Light and Shadow dropped on Aug. 15, showcasing Alleria Windrunner’s wild tale leading up to The War Within. Slated to release through early access on Aug. 22, The War Within is WoW‘s newest expansion.   13. Destiny 2 players are getting another source of Exotic class items soon—and without needing to redo Dual Destiny. Xûr, the weekly vendor, will have a chance of bringing those items each week starting at the end of the month, Bungie confirmed today. Bungie is changing Xûr’s inventory to “make room each week for either an Exotic class item or an Exotic Cipher” starting with next week’s Update 8.0.5.2, Bungie wrote in today’s This Week in Destiny (TWID) blog post. When he does bring the Prismatic-exclusive item, you can buy a random roll for 41 Strange Coins.
