A new leak about a free reward upgrade in Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 has emerged and it may be a promising tweak to the player experience, especially in a patch with such highly anticipated content. Version 3.2 is still a few weeks away from arriving because the turn-based RPG by HoYoverse is in the early stages of Version 3.1, but the beta tests for the upcoming patch have revealed a lot of information about its contents. This includes details about Anaxa’s materials and Castorice’s broken ability in Honkai: Star Rail, both of which have been heavily rumored. View the full article
The latest patch from Monster Hunter Wilds is live, and with it there was no sign of any performance fixes for the game. The mixed reviews on PC as well as a number of other reviews point to the fact that it is having issues with crashes, stutters, and some fairly concerning performance problems that are not helping the game thrive. This isn't a new problem for Capcom, which makes it even more concerning that these problems won't be addressed soon. View the full article
In its recent Web Event, Genshin Impact finally teased the region of Nod-Krai with snippets of its music, an overview of its environment, and new lore pertaining to the three Moon Sisters of Teyvat. At first glance, this may seem too early to tease a new region, but the dates couldn't be more perfect. View the full article

The League of Legends esports scene is no stranger to controversy, but the latest uproar isn’t about a team, player, or game balance—it’s about the new overlay introduced for the First Stand event. In Monster Hunter Wilds, you can capture monsters—which is the slightly more humane alternative to lunging at them like a feral dog the moment your handler says it's OK to cut off all their tentacles and skin them for cool armour. Capturing involves laying down a pitfall or shock trap, then pelting the poor, wounded sod with tranq bombs when their health is low—which, depending on how much you've beaten the poor *******, might actually be meaner... In a new interview with Japanese publication GameSpark, Kamiya and Koyama were asked how they felt about the studio’s relationship with existing IP. Read More... View the full article

The AMD Radeon RX 9070 doesn't have an easy task ahead of it, and that's mainly thanks to its price. At $549 it has the same MSRP as the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070, and the new AMD GPU largely wins out in this battle. But this graphics card's ******* problem isn't Nvidia so much as AMD itself, with the substantially more powerful 9070 XT costing just $50 more. At the time of writing, there were also stock problems, despite reports pointing to a much ******* supply of this new AMD graphics card than the RTX 5070. In a market sector that's now looking uncomfortably cramped, if you're looking to buy the best graphics card for your budget, is it worth considering the Radeon RX 9070 if prices settle down to a more reasonable level? To find out, I've run several games at various different settings on the ASRock Steel Legend OC Radeon RX 9070 card we were sent for testing. Our benchmarks include demanding new titles such as Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, to veteran high-speed classics such as Doom Eternal, while looking at ray tracing and the new AMD FSR 4 resolution upscaling tech. Bold choice if so, although not the only one. Here's the trailer, complete with familiar mechs and very familiar bandanas.
