BitLife has a vast vault of weekly challenges, with a different one typically rotating in each week. Many of these trials are themed after famous pop culture content, as is the case with the Real Housewife challenge. In this trial, you're tasked with living it up and stirring up quite a bit of drama throughout your life. There are quite a few tricky goals to tackle, so here’s how to complete the Real Housewife challenge in BitLife. Table of contentsBitLife Real Housewife challenge walkthroughBe a female in BitLifeMarry rich in BitLifeHave 3+ female friends make you their enemy in BitLifeGo to a party with someone you started a rumor about in BitLifeDevelop an addiction in BitLifeOwn a Range Rover in BitLifeBitLife Real Housewife challenge walkthrough Screenshot by Destructoid The Real Housewife challenge has six key goals for you to tackle in BitLife: Be a female.Marry rich.Have 3+ female friends make you their enemy.Go to a party with someone you started a rumor about.Develop an addiction.Own a Range Rover.Be a female in BitLife You start off easy, with your first goal being to simply be a female. Start a new life for this challenge, as you'll want to work your way up from the very beginning for the best odds of success. When selecting your character, make sure you choose to be a female. Marry rich in BitLife Next up, you want to marry rich. For this goal, it's best to wait until you're out of school, as most people you run into while younger will also be in school and likely won't have much money yet. Once you're out of school, select the Activities tab in the bottom right corner, navigate to the Love option, and choose the Dating App. Select any age range you like, then shift your focus to the net worth section. Choosing the right option here is how you find someone rich to marry. I recommend setting the net worth section to the highest option you can choose, as you want to find a match with lots of money to check off this goal. You have to spend 100$ to use the app, but this fee is worth it for ensuring you get the match you need for this challenge. After paying this cost, look for a partner whose money bar is almost entirely full or is entirely full. Once you find them, get to work building the relationship over time until you can eventually make things serious and get married. Screenshot by Destructoid Have 3+ female friends make you their enemy in BitLife Your next goal is to have at least three female friends make you their enemy. Odds are, you picked up at least a few female friends throughout your life. If not, socialize with some people until you manage to make a few friends. Once you have at least three female friends, you can get to work making them your enemies. Checking off this goal involves mostly random luck, as whether or not they decide to make you an enemy is entirely up to them. You can help the process along by giving them bad gifts, like a dead flower, insulting them, starting rumors about them, and otherwise finding ways to be mean. If you can, trying to get them to attack you also really helps, especially if you can then attempt to sue them right after. Odds are, this will be more than enough to get them to declare you as an enemy. Go to a party with someone you started a rumor about in BitLife Screenshot and remix by Destructoid Next up, you need to go to a party with someone you started a rumor about. To check this task off, select the Relationships panel, scroll down to the Friends section, and select the Rumor option. Then, go to the same tab again, but select the Party option instead. Doing this will officially mark this goal as complete. Develop an addiction in BitLife The next goal you need to work on is developing an addiction. There are quite a few different ways to make this happen, but generally, the best way is to visit the nightclub repeatedly. Select the Activities tab, scroll down to find the Nightlife option, and choose any club to visit. Then, repeat this process over and over. Whenever you get pop-ups offering you alcohol or drugs, accept them. If you can, try to go for alcohol or a lesser drug, as accepting ones like ******** come with a high chance of dying by overdose. Own a Range Rover in BitLife Screenshot and remix by Destructoid The last mission you need to work through is buying and owning a Range Rover. Select the Assets tab, scroll down to the Go Shopping... option, and select any car dealer. Look through the options until you manage to find a Range Rover. The available car listings are randomized and change over time. If you don't see the Range Rover you need, you can either age up to get new ones available or close and reopen the app to instantly change the options. Any Range Rover or Land Rover counts for this task. As soon as you finish this last goal, the full Real Housewife challenge will be complete. There are lots of other trials you can work through from the vault, though, if you're up for it. Some other ones you might try working on next are the Attack Titan challenge, the Lucky Duck challenge, the Mamba challenge, and the Kahlo My World challenge. The public fallout of ill-fated MMO Ashes of Creation continues, this time with an alleged full breakdown of Intrepid Studios' expenses, revealing "a troubling picture of a company that was on the threshold of financial death at multiple points in its history" and millions of dollars allegedly spent on dubious purchases. YouTuber NefasQS claimed to have "obtained and processed the entire Intrepid Studios general ledger from 2015 to 2026," as well as corroborating documents and records that "help us finally finish most of what remains of the mystery surrounding Ashes of Creation and the implosion of Intrepid Studios." He published the full ledger online and uploaded a video discussing some of the details, including "the interesting numbers ranging from mysterious withdrawals by John Moore (former Intrepid CEO Steven Sharif's husband) to the costs of game development, especially when it comes to outsourcing." Sharif has disputed the claims. Back in February, Valve quietly withdrew Ashes of Creation from ***** after its director and leadership team quit just weeks after it launched as a $50 Early Access game on Steam. Game's director Steven Sharif said "much of" the senior dev team had quit "in protest," claiming that its management board had asked him to do things he "could not ethically support." According to Sharif, the Board then issued WARN Act notices — layoff warnings, in other words — to the remaining staff. According to a new public record request, we now know that the formal WARN Act notification was issued on January 31 and indicated that 210 employees were "affected" by the filing, 123 of whom worked in California. As unhappy players fought to get refunds out of Steam, an update from one of the studio's directors claimed the "entire" development team was reportedly laid off without notice or their January paychecks. Then, last month, Sharif said he had won the first leg of his legal battle against Intrepid's Board of Directors, led by Chair Rob Dawson, and their affiliated entity, TFE Games Holdings LLC, claiming "breaches of fiduciary duty, violations of federal and state trade secret laws, and wrongful efforts to seize company assets, including its valuable IP, through an unlawful and manufactured insider foreclosure." The San Diego court has issued a temporary restraining order in Sharifs favor against Dawson. NefasQS allegedly uncovered evidence of a "lavish lifestyle" that's "worse than you think," claiming Intrepid spent $220.066.46 on DoorDash, $48,568 on antiques, $21,000 for a personal chef, $8717.15 on plants, $15,981.70 on movie theater tickets, $595,098.83 on Amazon orders, $21,346 on Magic the Gathering cards, and $2,200 on hotdogs. $81,166 was allegedly also provided to Gore Oil, the company that appears to own Sharif and Moore's $4.9 million San Diego mansion, which they bought in 2020. "[A] notable thing about the numbers we see in the ledger is that without the cash injections from various loans, creditors, and investors, Ashes of Creation — or rather Intrepid Studios — would have been bankrupt multiple times," MefasQS alleged. "You'll see a $450,000 deposit from a creditor or investor, and that same day, John [Moore] or somebody else [...] will take out amounts that vary anywhere between $750 to $300,000 that are labelled as 'shareholder loans' in the QuickBooks data. You also see the opposite, where money is taken out, but then put back in the same day or week in the same amount." The video also claimed that both John Moore and Steven Sharif's compensation almost doubled in 2024, going from around $245,864 and $207,922 to $476,738 and $396,768, respectively. Sharif refuted the claims, telling Kotaku: "An examination of the facts through the judicial process has already revealed that the parties behind these claims orchestrated an unlawful foreclosure to take control of Intrepid’s assets from the people who built Ashes of Creation, with the intent to exploit those assets for their own benefit. "NefasQS has been fed false and defamatory information by individuals with an axe to grind, in an effort to litigate this dispute in the public domain alongside our lawsuit already pending in federal court," he added. "Rather than verify those claims, he has chosen to repeat them, acting as a mouthpiece to advance a narrative that drives clicks and views, with disregard for basic journalistic standards." The video is still live at the time of writing, although NefasQS said "someone already filed a privacy complaint against this video, just a head's up, but we will be disputing it. Someone also reported my Reddit account from our community subreddit to the admins." Some commenters have also reported being banned from the Ashes of Creation Discord server for sharing a link to NefasQS's video. EA is set to shut down servers for BioWare's beloved Dragon Age: Inquisition later this month on PlayStation 3. A message on EA's service update website shows that Inquisition's PS3 servers will go dark on April 28, more than 11 years on from the game's 2014 arrival. However, it looks like servers will remain online (for now) on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox. While it's sad to see any older game get its functionality depreciated, it's perhaps surprising that Inquisition's PS3 multiplayer mode lasted this long — through two console generations, and the arrival (and shutdown) of BioWare's big live-service attempt Anthem. Multiplayer, of course, was not the main focus of Inquisition — BioWare's sprawling fantasy RPG threequel that remains the company's best-selling game. Fans look back on Inquisition now as the game where we met our favorite elven frenemy Solas, got horny with Iron Bull, and stayed too long in the Hinterlands. However, following the success of Mass Effect 3's own multiplayer portion, BioWare was keen to experiment with a similar offering in Dragon Age. Another PVE affair where players used various races and classes to tackle enemies from the game's campaign, the mode was supported for a little while with new maps and loadouts. Alas, the idea never took off as Mass Effect's own multiplayer offering had — and it didn't return at all for Dragon Age: The Veilguard (which, after a spell as a live-service game, ultimately launched as fully single-player). Is BioWare done with multiplayer gaming for good, especially after the failure of Anthem? While the company is known to be working on Mass Effect 5 (release date: still unknown) there has been no mention made of another multiplayer offering there. Indeed, after EA's recent cuts to slim down the studio, anything not critical to ensuring the Mass Effect franchise's future seems unlikely to come into fruition. Speaking of Mass Effect, according to a report earlier this month, Amazon's Mass Effect TV series is now on "the verge" of a series order, although the boss of Amazon TV has allegedly requested rewrites to make it "more appealing to non-gamers." After a weekend in which multiple rumors and reports pointed to an internal delay of Microsoft’s Fable reboot beyond its fall 2026 release window and potentially into 2027, the official Fable social media account has stepped in to reiterate its previously announced date. Giant Bomb’s Jeff Grubb said that there was concern at Microsoft about Fable potentially running up against the behemoth that is Grand Theft Auto 6, which currently has a November 19, 2026 release date. “I’ll say that I’ve heard that Fable has been pushed internally,” Grubb said. “That doesn’t mean that it’s coming out next year. Apparently, they’re still trying to get it out this year, but they are worried about the launch of Grand Theft Auto 6. And so if it’s getting delayed beyond the release of Grand Theft Auto 6, that could push it into December, which might make it a prime candidate to get delayed into 2027. So while Xbox will have a lot of games coming out this year, that’s one that there’s still a big question mark around.” However, the official Fable X / Twitter account this morning responded to a fan to say “we're excited to welcome you to Albion in Autumn 2026!” That reiteration of the release window is telling here, and a thinly veiled response to the weekend’s reports. Still, it’s easy to imagine Microsoft fussing over release dates this year, as I imagine most AAA video game publishers are doing, in the face of GTA 6. And Microsoft has many release dates still to solidify. While we know Playground’s other game, Forza Horizon 6, launches May 19, it has yet to announce a release date for Halo: Campaign Evolved, Gears of War: E-Day, which is still down for a 2026 launch, the next Call of Duty, rumored to be Modern Warfare 4, and the aforementioned Fable. Fans will undoubtedly get a clearer idea of Microsoft’s release plans from its Xbox Games Showcase on June 7. Microsoft has already said Gears of War: E-Day will be there, and we suspect Fable and the new Call of Duty will be, too, alongside release date announcements. Perhaps we’ll see more of InXile's Clockwork Revolution, Undead Labs' State of Decay 3, and maybe even Hideo Kojima’s OD. As it stands, Fable is set for launch this fall across Xbox Series X and S, PlayStation 5, and PC. IGN has asked Microsoft for comment. Wesley is Director, News at IGN. A group of hackers has said it will release data stolen from Grand Theft Auto 6 developer Rockstar Games, after its demands were not met. This weekend, the hacker group ShinyHunters demanded a ransom for data it said it had obtained from the GTA studio’s cloud servers. In a statement, Rockstar confirmed the breach, but downplayed its impact. At the time, ShinyHunters issued a deadline of April 14 for Rockstar to pay a ransom, less the data be released. However, speaking to the BBC, the group has now confirmed it will release the stolen data online. Read More... View the full article

The weekly trials in ARC Raiders are now live on April 13, and one of the tasks includes destroying ARC enemies in the Swamp. This is one of those tasks that can only be completed at a specific location on the Dam Battlegrounds map. Let's find out how you can easily complete the task to get all three stars and obtain the best possible rewards. Table of contentsHow to easily destroy ARC enemies in the Swamp in ARC RaidersHow to get three stars in ARC Raiders weekly trials (April 13)How to easily destroy ARC enemies in the Swamp in ARC Raiders The first task is to head to the Swamp area on the Dam Battlegrounds map. The Swamp comprises three different locations located in the southwest area of the map. I have marked the locations for your convenience. Screenshot and remix by Destructoid Once you head to the locations, you'll have to wait for ARCs to show up. If you're focusing on the task, you can concentrate on any ARC that spawns in the area. To get the job done quicker, you'll need to focus more specifically on the smaller ARCs as they're easier to eliminate. To get all three stars, you'll need to destroy multiple ARCs that are found in the area. Whenever you destroy an ARC, you'll gain XP that accumulates and grants you stars. Obtaining all three stars will get you an Epic-level loot for your efforts, which can also include a blueprint. You can also complete this task with any loadout. You can use the Anvil and the Renegade to do some decent damage. Hullcracker is an excellent choice to get three stars quickly, but try not to engage in PvP (to reduce chances of losing the kit). Image via Embark How to get three stars in ARC Raiders weekly trials (April 13) We already know how to get three stars for killing ARCs in the Swamp. Here's a list of the remaining tasks. Get struck by lightning: This is possible only during the Electromagnetic Storm map event.Damage Bastions: Take down one of the hardest ARC enemies. To destroy them, you'll want to target their knees and canisters at the back.Search Supply Drops: Supply drops are located all around the map. You'll need to find an unused one and call in fresh supplies.Damage Comets: You'll need to wait for a Comet to come close. Shoot at its exposed core as it's about to fire, and you'll be able to damage and destroy it. The post How to destroy ARC enemies in Swamp in ARC Raiders appeared first on Destructoid.
