Legends Z-A has three Legendary Pokémon in the form of Zygarde, Xerneas, and Yveltal, and adding all three to your collection is going to take a significant amount of time. Zygarde, incidentally, will appear during the main campaign, unlike Xerneas and Yveltal. However, you'll need to complete the main story, and then your pursuit for the Legendaries begins. You'll find a marker on the other side of the river, and you'll find a Level 75 Xerneas at the location. Use Poison and Steel types to have a natural advantage. If you fail to catch Xerneas, you'll need to begin the encounter from the start. Screenshot via TPC How to catch Yveltal in Pokémon Legends Z-A The second main quest involving a Legendary Pokémon is The One That Takes, where you'll meet Grisham and Griselle. Go with them to Quasartico Inc. and speak with Vinnie. You'll have to fight the Mega Evolved forms of Victreebell, Hawlucha, and Tyranitar. The One That Takes The three Mega Evolutions you face are pretty strong, and you won't have any allies. If you can't dodge well, you can blackout after taking multiple hits. This will force you to restart the battle from the start. Once you clear all three Megas, you'll encounter Yveltal on the rooftop of Galerie de la Lune in the northern part of Lumiose City. Screenshot by Destructoid Being a Dark/Flying type, Yveltal is susceptible to Electric and Ice. You can also use Fairy-types that typically will do well against it. Like Xerneas, make sure to catch Yveltal to avoid starting the quest from the beginning and fighting it again. How to catch Zygarde in Pokémon Legends Z-A Once you have caught both Xerneas and Yveltal, return to Hotel Z. Lysandre will approach you, whom you'll have to beat. Here's his Pokémon squad in order of their appearance. You won't be able to switch your chosen Pokémon unless it faints. First, defeat Zygarde when it is in its Dog form and at 10% power. Next, defeat it in its Serpent form when it is at 50% power. Finally, defeat Zygarde in its Robot form, when it's at full power. If you take a hit from its move, you'll ****** out. This will force the battle to begin from the start. Once you defeat Zygarde, you'll also get the Zygardite stone. This stone allows you to Mega Evolve Zygarde during the course of a battle. While most Pokémon have specific spawn locations, aka Wild Zones, Goomy appears to be a roaming one. However, it has a particular area, and this guide will help you catch and evolve Goomy in Legends ZA. Instead, go to the room on the extreme left, and you should be able to find a Goomy over there. Alternatively, you can also find Goomy near the Pokémon Center at Bleu Sector 5, near the cafe at that spot. Just be in the marked position on the screenshot below, and go straight. You can find a Goomy spawning over there. Screenshot via TPC Come back, and then take a turn left (from where Bleu Sector 5 is written on the map). Head straight, and melt the ice that you'll find there. You'll then come across a Goomy, and possibly, a Sliggoo. Remember that Goomy can only spawn when it's raining. How to evolve Goomy to Goodra in Pokémon Legends Z-A Once you have found Goomy, you'll have to raise its Friendship Level. Goomy will first evolve into Sliggoo, which will then evolve into Goodra. The process of evolving Sliggoo to Goodra is the same as evolving Goomy to it. When you're evolving Goomy, you'll need to wait for Rainy weather. You can't evolve and get Goodra if the weather is clear. The weather of Lumiose City changes randomly, so always be on the lookout for when the rains arrive. Now, CrowD Games (the publisher of En Route and Barrage) is bringing out a Winnie the Pooh board game. Winnie the Pooh: Serious Detective will see A.A Milne's most huggable creation ditch his honey pot for a trilby hat and a trench coat. Shiftall announced and opened preorders for an upgraded MeganeX Mark II, as well as Index-like GripVR controllers. Shiftall was formerly a subsidiary of Panasonic, an effort to commercialize the ultra-compact VR goggles prototype it first showed almost six years ago. While MeganeX headsets still use Panasonic-designed pancake lenses, last year Panasonic sold Shiftall off to another Japanese company. MeganeX Mark II Preorders for the current Shiftall MeganeX headset opened around a year ago, priced at $1900, and despite our concerns, the headset started shipping outside Japan around April. That makes it the only released tethered PC-only VR headset with 4K micro-OLED displays, delivering a lossless image with ultra high resolution and OLED's signature near-infinite contrast and deep *******. Here are the specific changes: The cable port has been moved to the front of the headset, from the top, and has been "reinforced for greater durability". Further the headset's input voltage has been increased from 5V to 9V, which Shiftall says allows for longer cables, up to 5 meters.The angle and position of the SteamVR Tracking photodiodes have been "fine-tuned", which Shiftall says improves tracking when looking down.The onboard chip has been upgraded, and the firmware rewritten, which Shiftall says reduces the headset startup time by more than 5x and improves connection stability with the PC.The expansion USB port on the bottom has been upgraded to 5V/2.1A output, which Shiftall says enables connecting multiple peripherals via a USB hub, such as earphones and a facial tracker.The diopter setting for each lens includes a zero mark, making it easier to set it to 0 for people with good eyesight.The "material and shape" of the face pad around the nose area have been redesigned so that no sharp plastic edges push against the skin of people with high nose bridges.The internal heat dissipation structure has been improved, which Shiftall says allows the internal cooling fan to run quieter. Other than these changes, the MeganeX Mark II is essentially the same as the Mark I. It's still a $1900 tethered PC VR headset with 3552×3840 micro-OLED panels that requires SteamVR Tracking base stations for positional tracking and doesn't include eye tracking. While the headset still comes with its signature unique soft strap with a forehead pad that supports flip-up by default, Shiftall has also made a $99 Hard Strap, that it says should start shipping by the end of this month. You can preorder MeganeX Mark II in the US, EU, ***, Japan, and South Korea, and Shiftall claims it will ship in late December, at the very end of this year. GripVR Controllers Shiftall also opened preorders for GripVR, a pair of SteamVR Tracking controllers with a somewhat similar design to the Valve Index Controllers. The idea here is that since the Index Controllers are no longer available to buy in many regions (Valve has already ended production) Shiftall wants to ensure that MeganeX buyers new to the SteamVR Tracking ecosystem still have the ability to obtain VR controllers other than just HTC Vive wands. The Shiftall GripVR controllers feature similar hand straps that allow you to let go of them when not holding a virtual object, but they lack touchpads and the handle has a grip trigger rather than finger sensing. GripVR does have finger sensing on the trigger, AB/XY buttons, joystick, and thumb rest, though. Essentially, GripVR has the same control elements as Quest Touch controllers – which is what the majority of SteamVR users have, and thus what VR developers tend to design for. Although we haven't gotten a full look at this location just yet, there are already a lot of important details we know about it. Here's a breakdown of everything we've learned so far. It's a small map, close in scale to most house maps and generally smaller locations like 13 Willow Street and Camp Woodwind.Nell's Diner has 13 total rooms, and 11 of them can be the ghost room. The front areas in the diner are brightly lit and vibrant, while the back rooms are dingy and run down, creating a contrasting ambiance between the spaces. Nell's Diner features environmental storytelling that allows you to piece together what happened at this location, including features like fresh food with steam still coming off it and a police car with lights left on in the parking lot. Some of the rooms you can visit at this location are the dining area, kitchen, storage rooms, and office. One of the trickier rooms you need to investigate here is the freezer, which is permanently cold, making it impossible to get an accurate Thermometer reading.It's the 14th map to be added to Phasmophobia. Daniel Knight, the Director of Kinetic Games and Lead Developer of Phasmophobia, told Destructoid, "Nell's is an example of how [the team wants] all the maps in Phasmophobia to feel going forward" because "It's unique, and has been meticulously designed to tell more of a story to players beyond the immediate ghost they're hunting." Steam Next Fest is a great time to discover new favorites, and Norse: Oath of Blood has just won itself a spot on my wishlist with a fantastic first showing. Combining the tactical combat chops of the best turn-based RPGs such as Baldur's Gate 3 and XCOM 2 with the brash charm and personality of Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, its early sequences might lack polish, but they're full of flavor. Ralts might be one of the easiest or the hardest Pokémon to catch in Legends Z-A, depending on when you start playing the game. The very first mystery reward in Legends ZA allows you to get a Ralts holding a Gardevoirite Stone. Getting this mystery gift is going to be the easiest path to obtaining a Gardevoir (including its Mega Evolution form). If you're not so lucky, this guide will help you get Ralts and evolve it all the way up to Gardevoir. Screenshot by Destructoid When you reach this location, you'll find a thicket blocking your path. You'll need to use a Fire-based move to burn down the bush. This will clear the entrance, and you'll end up finding a Ralts at this position. The location is also known to spawn Alpha Ralts if your player level is high enough. Once you have captured Ralts, you can then start your next step towards unlocking Gardevoir. How to evolve Ralts to Gardevoir in Pokémon Legends Z-A Ralts can be evolved to Gardevoir without any additional items, but you'll have to grind a fair bit. Once your Friendship Level is high enough, you can evolve Ralts to Kirlia. This is the second stage of the evolution chain. Next, do the same with Kirlia to evolve it to Gardevoir. If you hand the Gardevoirite Stone to Gardevoir, it can then Mega Evolve during a battle. While there's no shortcut to increasing your Friendship Level in Legends ZA, you can always check out your guide for taking the most efficient route. There are Doomsday decks that exile themselves, reanimator decks that resurrect the strongest creatures in the game's history, and some decks that don't even bother to run lands. At the North America Eternal Weekend in Pittsburgh, Jacob Murray earned fourth place by utilizing the recent Edge of Eternities card Eumidian Hatchery. The hatchery perfectly complements "loam pox" a brutal graveyard-focused game plan that destroys the lands controlled by both players.
