League of Legends is notorious for being a game with unforgiving players—and at the highest ranks of the game, the expectation level placed upon teammates can be exceptional. One player realized just how slim the margin of error is in high-rank League when they were lambasted by teammates consistently after reaching Diamond rank, and they lamented their experience in a recent thread on the official League subreddit. Destiny 2’s Into the Light update has been largely received well by its player base, aside from one massive flaw that’s so bad that some are wondering whether or not it was an oversight. Although ******* passives don’t have as much weight in modern World of Warcraft as they do in the Classic version of the game, there is one race that has a head-and-shoulders advantage above all others thanks to a passive spell that only they have access to. Diplomacy, the Human-exclusive ******* that causes them to gain 10 percent extra reputation from all sources, is easily one of the best passive effects in all of WoW. In The War Within, however, Diplomacy is being completely reworked, and Humans will lose the 10 percent reputation buff that they’ve gotten used to playing with. View the full article

Sometimes we get lucky and are given a video game adaptation like The Last of Us or Fallout. Alas, more often than not, we get absolute visual slurry from a team that has either never played the game or never made a film. So, here is a selection of what I consider to be some of the worst video game adaptations of all time. These are in no particular order, and the list is not exhaustive, I could go on all week.****** Birds (2016)If you ever thought that a film about birds being thrown into pigs would have even a modicum of plot, substance, or interest, you’re going to be deservedly disappointed. This blatant marketing cash grab was not even the end of the desperate, hand-over-fist IP squeeze by Sony Animation. Even after receiving a pathetic 40% on rotten tomatoes, the studio insisted on making another film and even a TV series. The plot is hollow, and the film is just lazy. Despite the fine lineup of actors, including Bill Hader and Danny McBride, it still ********...View the full article
