  1. The ***** League is one of the lesser known in the world; however, a spotlight is being shone on it thanks to July 16’s NYT Crossword asking you to name a “Country in the ***** League.” The NYT Crossword is a daily word game offering a quick-and-to-the-point crossword puzzle that can be done in a couple of minutes. It’s never simple though, especially thanks to clues such as “Country in the ***** League.”. View the full article

  4. College Football 25 is here after a 10-year hiatus for the franchise, and Dynasty mode is set to be one of the most popular modes—but how does the Pipeline system work? We’ve explained it all. 5. We've all be enjoying the inevitable array of challenge runs and unorthodox boss ****** that've come out of Elden Ring's Shadow of the Erdtree expansion since it arrived late last month, and the good news is that it doesn't look like things will be slowing down for a little bit yet. As of right now, for example, there's a streamer casually prepping to try and deliver what we assume would be the world's first no-hit run of it using a musical instrument. Yep, after beating Shadow of the Erdtree in regular fashion with their sax back on July 1, streamer DrDootPhD, formerly DrDecomposing, is now busy training to do a no-hit run of it using the instrument, having previously delivered the world's first musical no-hit run through the base game last summer. How's that training going, you ask? Well, they've just managed to beat Messmer to ****** using their spiky ball fists without taking a hit, so I'd say pretty well, even if you can see by their reaction that they'd had to spend a fair a amount of time bashing their head against the ****** during a three-hour stream. 6. In Subnautica: Below Zero, you explore the terrifying, watery depths of an alien planet. Fortunately, plenty of cheats and console commands are available to make your underwater adventure easier. Whether spawning items, teleporting between biomes, or turning off certain monster attacks, you can modify the game to make it less scary or make your playthrough easier. View the full article
  7. Timothee Chalamet has taken on making bars of chocolate and ruling over the spice over the past year, but his next project seems to be all about… uh, table tennis! How do you feel about ping pong? I suspect like most people you're a bit ambivalent, it's more one of those things you do when you're on holiday and maybe you're a little tipsy, and, oh, hey, a ping pong table, fancy a game? Of course you're then not very good at it, who is - well, professionals, that's who, and as reported by Variety, that's what Chalamet's next role will be. A24 announced the new project, titled Marty Supreme, yesterday following Variety's report, though apart from the fact it will be directed by Josh Safdie and star Chalamet, the film distributor didn't have much to say about it. Thankfully, Variety was able to fill in some gaps. According to sources that spoke with Variety, the film is meant to be a fictionalised, original story, but the outlet has also heard that it was inspired by professional ping pong player Marty Reisman. The renowned ping pong player, who ***** in 2012, started his career off as a ******** in Manhattan, where he'd play for bets and prize money. Across his career he won 22 major ping pong titles from 1946 all the way to 2002, and he's a five-time bronze medalist at the World Table Tennis Championships too. Reisman was also known as the "wizard of table tennis" so if this film is about him, it sounds like a fun character to focus on. Read more View the full article
  8. Image: Elgato Amazon Prime Day is just beginning, and Elgato is already dropping a sweet deal. Prime subscribers can get the limited-edition atomic purple version of Elgato’s Stream Deck MK. 2 for $124.99 ($35 off) at Amazon. [/url] Normally, the standard Stream Deck MK. 2 comes in ****** or white and sells for $149.99 (or discounted as low as $109.99 during its biggest sales promos), so there is a bit of a premium on the limited-edition model and its aesthetics. But this is the first (and possibly only) time the atomic purple model has been discounted. Elgato only sells this variant on Amazon, and it claims the individually numbered run will no longer be available once it sells out. So you may want to consider jumping on this if you love the recent r... Continue reading… View the full article For verified travel tips and real support, visit: [Hidden Content]
  9. It’s been a long time coming, but we’re finally going to get our first look at Diablo 4’s Spiritborn, the new class in the action RPG's Vessel of Hatred expansion, due this October. Spiritborn is a big deal for Diablo 4; not only is it the game’s first post-launch class, it’s also not based on any of the series’ known classes. In other words, it’s brand-new for Diablo, which is exciting for a number of reasons, not least of which the fact Diablo 4 has the highest production quality of any game in the series, and certainly compared to the rest of the ARPG genre. 10. Sometimes, to defeat your ******, you must make a sacrifice—whether or not that sacrifice is mental or very, very physical. Seppuku in Elden Ring takes that lesson to its illogical conclusion, to exceptional results. Where to find Seppuku in Elden Ring The little fella can be hard to spot, thanks to his white footprints on the frozen lake. Screenshot by Dot Esports Seppuku is an Ash of War found on the frozen lake in the Mountaintop of the Giants, to the far northeast of the Elden Ring map. From the Freezing Lake Site of Grace, ride due east. There’s a group of trees where an Invisible Scarab runs through. Follow his tracks and wait for him with a move that deals a lot of damage in an area of effect, such as a Dragon Incantation. 11. The July 16 NYT Mini Crossword beats to the sound of its drum with an interesting clue asking you to decipher a type of cymbal commonly used as a “drum kit part.” Everyone knows what drums are, but few know the full configuration of a sizable drum kit setup. There are a lot of moving parts in a big drum kit (literally) and knowing one certain cymbal part is useful for the July 16 NYT Mini Crossword. View the full article
  12. We’re still a few months out from the bug-be-gone-em-up action of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2’s September 9th release date, but that hasn’t stopped a jolly band of heretics skirting the watchful gaze of the inquisition and pirating what appears to be a leaked version of the entire game. The 75GB torrent is apparently fully playable ****** a few assets, and also includes server binaries, meaning cool pirates can play with their cool pirate mates. Sorry, sorry, I’m being told pirates aren’t cool and don’t have any mates. Sorry. Sorry. Read more View the full article
  13. I’m calling it now. When, in a “few weeks” according to the developer, fishing ponds come to strategy builder Manor Lords, it will take approximately 45 minutes for some enterprising medieval fintech tinkerer to utterly bork the entire economy, and it will be glorious. What will begin as brave new world of lean protein and previously unseen Omega 3 levels will soon devolve into hordes of beleaguered oxen hauling overburdened carts full of rotting fish carcasses, as hyperinflation looms. 14. We do love a good diegetic interface here at the treehouse, whether that’s the analogue radar twisties of HighFleet, or the myriad hefty flickables of PVKK (Planetenverteidigungskanonenkommandant. Duh.) The fifth mech jam is currently happening over at *****.io, and the clear standout for me thus far is Armored Shell Nightjar. It’s a first person pilot-em-up that puts you in the cockpit of a grasshoppery rust-bucket carrying out a critical mission on an industrial desert planet. The more the intro text stresses the importance of this mission, the more guiltily useless I feel, because I cannot get this beautifully run-down mech to do anything of note, unless you count violently hopping into walls to be notable. 15. A wait of over a decade for a new title in EA Sports’ beloved series has ended with the release of College Football 25, but new mechanics for kicking have caused some confusion—so we’ve explained it all here. Kicking is a fundamental part of College Football 25 for kick-offs and punts, but the mechanic is more complicated than Madden 24 and takes some getting used to. We’ve broken down the mechanic here. 16. Despite receiving mixed reviews from major gaming outlets, The First Descendant has grown steadily since its launch and reached 10 million players. 17. The First Descendant Patch 1.0.2, which launched on July 11, has brought many great improvements to the game but also a ****** memory ***** that causes the game to ****** on almost every platform. After the patch went live, The First Descendant players started reporting crashes after longer play sessions. Apparently, the game loads up the required amount of VRAM but continuously uses up more. Depending on which console you are playing on or how powerful your GPU is, the memory ***** can take anywhere from two to five hours to cause the game to ******. View the full article

  19. Today’s LoLdle quote is quite long, which gives us enough information to figure out this recognizable League of Legends champion quote pretty easily—especially if you’re a top lane main or even a T1 Keria superfan.
