Star Wars Episode I: Jedi Power Battles is getting a re-release on consoles and PC next year, courtesy of Aspyr. The 2000 game, which was originally released on the PS1 before coming to Dreamcast later that year, is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Switch, PS5 and Steam on January 23, 2025 at a price of $19.99 / £15.99. The original game featured five playable characters with up to four unlockable ones (depending on format), but the new re-release promises “13 newly unlocked playable characters” which Aspyr says are “beyond the original line-up”, including the Rifle Droid, Staff Tusken Raider, Ishi Tib and Weequay.
