Hello Kitty Island Adventure is filled with beloved Sanrio characters with whom to befriend and interact. Each character has their own quests that need to be completed, allowing you to earn some useful rewards that aid in progression and exploration. Hangyodon is likely to be one of the last characters you rediscover after the unfortunate ending to your plane journey. He’s located underwater inside his Comedy Club, and his level 6 friendship quest, called “Comic Relief,” is particularly useful. However, to complete this quest, you’ll need to locate the three pieces of a Mermaid Outfit, and in a huge expanse of water, it’s all too easy to overlook the pieces as you swim by. How to find the Mermaid Outfit in Hello Kitty Island Adventure Screenshot by Destructoid There are a few things you’ll need to check off before you can even try to get the Mermaid Outfit. To help, here’s a handy checklist of everything you’ll need to have already done: Unlock the Resort Gate Unlock and craft Flippers (unlocked via meeting Keroppi) Unlock and craft Snorkel (unlocked via Kuromi’s level 6 quest) Unlock and level Hangyodon to level 6 Where to find the Mermaid Outfit in Hello Kitty Island Adventure The Mermaid Outfit is split into three pieces, spread out over a fairly large area. Here’s how to find each piece, along with a map showing the location of each item. Scale Mermaid Tail Image by Destructoid The most important part of any mermaid is obviously the tail, and this is the easiest part of the Mermaid Outfit to find. It’s located directly behind the Mermaidifier, on the underwater cliff face. If you’re struggling, just keep adjusting your depth in the water until you see a ‘!’ appear on the screen. Scale Mermaid Armor Image by Destructoid To find the Mermaid Armor, head back to the Comedy Club, where you can find Hangyodon, and then travel to the southwest. It’s easiest if you stick to the paved path to get there, and you’ll find the Mermaid Armor hovering in the middle of this path before you reach the circular area at the end. Scale Mermaid Tiara Image by Destructoid The crowning glory of the Mermaid Outfit is the Tiara, and you’re best off hunting for this after you’ve picked up the Mermaid Armor. It’s pretty much directly west from there, in the patch of underwater shrubbery nearby. Again, a '!' will appear once you get close enough to the item, alerting you to its presence even if you can't see it. Once you’ve got all three pieces, put them on via the clothing section of your inventory and then head back to Hangyodon at the Comedy Club to show off your outfit and continue the quest. How to use the Mermaid Outfit in Hello Kitty Island Adventure Screenshot by Destructoid The Mermaid Outfit is a massively useful clothing option, and you might just find that you’ll end up keeping it on permanently if you spend a lot of time in the water. First of all, the Mermaid Outfit slightly increases your swimming speed, which is definitely a bonus. However, the biggest perk of the Mermaid Outfit comes from the massive increase in Stamina when diving. Wearing the Mermaid Outfit, you can swim for a very long time without having to come up for air (or getting a ****** screen when you run out of stamina). The set also has the added benefit of a transformation between the land and the water. On land, you’ll be wearing a regular pair of pants, but this will automatically turn into a tail when you enter the water. Eventually, you’ll get the option to put your Mermaid Outfit into the Mermaidifier itself, allowing you to instantly become a mermaid when entering any water, regardless of whether you have the outfit equipped or not. This won’t happen for a while, though, so it’s probably best to keep the outfit on in the meantime. Getting the Mermaid Outfit will also unlock Tuxedosam’s level 5 friendship quest, “Tuxedosam’s Dye Upgrade,” which will allow you to dye not only the Mermaid Outfit but all of the other clothing items available in Island Adventure as well. EA FC 25 players can complete the Pro Open Finals Mystery Nation objective in Ultimate Team, as EA Sports has released a final secret quest on the main night. The finals are currently taking place in London as of writing, and you can follow it on YouTube and Twitch. Aside from enjoying the finals, you can also get hints about the mystery nation. The task is pretty simple as you have to use a player from the correct nation to complete the objective. The nation is going to be revealed gradually over stream, and it's currently hidden. Disclaimer: Mystery nation being solved. EA FC 25 Pro Open Finals Mystery Nation solution If you have completed previous Pro Open Finals Mystery Nation objectives, you'll know what to do. The latest objective went live at 4 p.m. *** time, and here's the task. Score three goals using a Finesse Shot with a player from the mystery nation in any UT game mode. The name of the nation will be hinted at during the broadcast of FC Pro Open Finals. To complete the task, just use a card from the mystery nation, and score three goals with finesse shots. You can score the three goals in a single match, or across several matches. The objective can also be completed in any available Ultimate Team game mode, including friendlies. Once you complete the task, you'll get a coin boost, along with a free Premium Electrum Players Pack. So far, EA Sports has taken us on a world tour, and we have had representatives from all continents. So far, the mystery nation is yet to be discovered. This is the latest in a series of guest columns from Pure Xbox, a loyal community dedicated to all things Team Green. We bring you all the biggest news from the world of Xbox, as well as features, polls, talking points, reviews and so much more! Many Xbox fans have been wondering whether one of the 'big three' Xbox franchises – Halo, Gears or Forza – would eventually make their way over to PS5. It turns out Forza Horizon 5 is the first to make the jump, having been officially revealed for Sony's current-gen system with a Spring 2025 release window. Unsurprisingly, fans have been very opinionated about the announcement ever since it dropped. There's even heartbreak over the decision to move such a treasured Xbox exclusive over to its rival console, but truthfully it's something we've been expecting for a while now. If you read between the lines, Phil Spencer and the team at Xbox have subtly tried to inform us about the "no red lines" rule when it comes to exclusives these days, which most likely means that Halo, Gears, Starfield and many other Xbox franchises will be heading to PS5 and possibly even Nintendo Switch 2 sooner or later. But why do this? Why risk alienating loyal fans who have aligned themselves with the Xbox brand because of its exclusives? The answer almost certainly lies in the numbers. We've seen time and again how hardware revenue has declined for Microsoft, while income from Xbox content and services has increased. It's no wonder the company's priorities have shifted. This change in strategy means Xbox can focus more on becoming a publishing behemoth while also making its games accessible to more players on all platforms. Earlier this year Spencer talked about Xbox having "evolved" its identity in order to continue thriving amidst challenging times for the industry. Furthermore, he believes Xbox's new approach would be best adopted by the masses, to allow major developers and publishers to keep making high-budget AAA games. Moon Studios CEO Thomas Mahler recently agreed with this idea, suggesting that, due to rising game development costs, the industry can only grow if it starts reducing its reliance on exclusives. Of course, it helps when those former Xbox exclusives actually sell in big numbers. Back in February 2024, Xbox announced that Hi-Fi RUSH, Sea Of Thieves, Pentiment and Grounded would be heading to other systems, and we quickly discovered PlayStation and Nintendo owners had an appetite for games they previously couldn't play. Sea of Thieves, in particular, has become a massive success on PS5, and Microsoft hasn't been shy in highlighting that fact. That said, there was also criticism for suggesting only four titles would make the jump, which inevitably was never going to be the case once PlayStation owners started flocking to them in droves. And that is the biggest issue I have with Xbox's new strategy at this point. Xbox has embarked on a major marketing campaign claiming every device "is an Xbox", and everyone seems to have understood that message by now. However, it's never really explained what's happening with games going to PS5 and Switch. Initially it was four games, followed by a couple more, and eventually it might (okay, probably will) be Xbox's entire catalogue. Xbox fans still don't have a truly clear picture of what to anticipate, aside from rumours and the occasional hint from Phil Spencer. Will Microsoft be able to sell hardware without major exclusives as a sweetener, and can Xbox Game Pass shift enough systems on its own? Forza Horizon 5's debut on PS5 may feel like a new era or even the beginning of the end for some Xbox fans, but really it's just the evolution of a strategy that's been underway for some time – a strategy that's set to be very profitable in 2025. The multiplatform push is in full swing, and even though Microsoft clearly doesn't want to give us much of a roadmap, we're bound to see more Xbox first-party titles on PS5, Nintendo Switch 2 and other platforms before the end of the year. It'll be fantastic from a business and industry perspective, but obviously sad for those who'd prefer Xbox to keeps its games down as exclusives. There's also no telling how it'll fare in the long run. What happens when the next Xbox console rolls around? What about the Xbox handheld? Will Microsoft be able to sell hardware without major exclusives as a sweetener, and can Xbox Game Pass shift enough systems on its own? I have no doubt Phil Spencer has thought about these questions and more and, hopefully, has answers to them. But there's a feeling of unease throughout the Xbox community right now, and Xbox will have to work harder than ever to keep its loyal fans coming back in the future. The Orcas update is now live in Fisch, and it has brought a new type of secret fish to the popular Roblox title. The latest update might revolve around Orcas (as suggested by the name itself), but you can also enjoy a new location called the Oil Rig. You'll also find Dr. Glimmerfin once again at this location, who will task you with completing a brand new quest. Oil Rig location in Fisch If you already have the GPS with you, it will be really easy to find the Oil Rig POI in Fisch. It's located at the following coordinates (XYZ: -1793, 130, -480). If you don't have the GPS, the Oil Rig is located between the Forsaken Shore and Grand Reef. Once you reach the location, you'll find a massive rig in the middle of the ocean. Once you climb to the first place of the rig, you'll be able to interact with Dr. Glimmerfin and the other NPCs available at this location. Dr. Glimmerfin quest in Fisch Oil Rig explained As of writing, the exact quest remains unknown. You can interact with Dr. Glimmerfin and all the NPCs, but so far, there's no information about the quest or its objectives. However, there is no doubt that we will be getting a quest in the near future. [Hidden Content] The developers have already dropped hints on the official Discord, and Dr. Glimmerfin himself speaks about a type of Fin. We don't know much as of now about what this Fin is (it doesn't appear to be related to the new secret Orcas that you can catch in the game. Similarly, a bestiary is yet to be discovered at this time of writing. This might be related to Dr. Glimmerfin quest. Last time, the quest involved obtaining specific fish, and something similar might happen once again. Mass Effect and Dragon Age developer BioWare has reportedly halved in size compared to two years ago, partly caused by owner Electronic Arts’ decision to make cuts and move employees to different teams within the company. Bloomberg reports that, following the announcement of a studio reorganization this week, EA informed team members who believed that they had been temporarily loaned to other EA studios following the completion of Dragon Age: The Veilguard that these moves were now, in fact, permanent. BioWare confirmed this week that some employees had been moved to help on other EA projects, said to include Skate and Iron Man, since the next Mass Effect game was in pre-production and did not need the entire studio.
