RV There Yet is not a simple adventure with your friends on a shared RV, since different hazards will be present on your journey. There are multiple ways of damaging yourself in the game, which will negatively impact your health. While RV There Yet allows you to respawn your party members, it's best not to die in the first place. If you're confused about how to restore your health, this guide will answer all your questions. Table of contentsHow to restore health in RV There YetHow to restore health in RV There Yet You can lose health by accidentally falling from a height. The extent of the damage will largely depend on the height you fall from. You can also lose health if attacked by animals like bears. Taking multiple hits from them can also kill you if you're not careful. Whether you have broken your bone or not, here's how you can recover. Screenshot via Nuggets Entertainment Smoking a ********** in real life might be poor for your health, but the same act inside the game helps you recover your health and stamina. You can also recover health by having burgers and drinking beer. You can also stack their combined effects if you have a large amount of health to restore. How to heal in RV There Yet Apart from falling from a height or getting picked by the animals, you can also lose health by either getting poisoned or being burned. You can be burned if you accidentally come close to a fire. To restore your health and remove the affliction, you can use Lotions that can be found at different locations. You can get poisoned from a snake bite. You can help yourself on such occasions using an Antidote. The Antidote serum helps you by removing the poisoned status. If you stay poisoned, you'll keep losing health and die. Of course, RV There Yet does allow your buddies to bring you back to life with the respawn system in place. That said, I will personally try to avoid dying as much as possible, and more so if you're playing by yourself. Like our content? RV There Yet has become the next big indie launch ahead of the Halloween season, but it's more of a treat for those who only game on PC. If you have enjoyed the hit co-op title PEAK in the past, you'll love RV There Yet. The game asks you to survive rough terrain together with your buddies by driving your RV to a safe location. Unfortunately, the adventure is only available on PCs as of writing on Oct. 25. Table of contentsIs RT There Yet coming to consolesRV There Yet console release date (possible)Is RT There Yet coming to consoles It's not uncommon for video games to release first on PCs before being ported over to consoles. Typically, this path is adopted by several developers (including AAA launches like Baldur's Gate 3). However, it's doubtful that RV There Yet is going to be released for consoles. In case you don't know, RV There Yet is a jam game. While there will be new content according to the developers (some of which were initially planned to be added post-launch), it will be highly optimistic to think that there will be a console launch. Image via Nuggets Entertainment It's a known fact that console ports are different from PC, and they cost a lot of money to develop. There has been absolutely no word from the developers pointing to the development of a console port in the future. The question (of a possible console release) has been raised in the official Discord, but no answers have been provided. RV There Yet console release date (possible) While a console launch appears unlikely, it could still happen (unless confirmed otherwise by the developers). After all, RV There Yet has already sold over a million copies, and it appears to be on an upward trend. Hence, a potential console launch, as outlandish as it might sound, could eventually happen. If that happens, it will take a long time, and could take the second half of 2026 at the very minimum. I would still maintain that the console launch is extremely unlikely; it's best to jump in on a PC with your buddies to enjoy RV There Yet. Like our content? With new ghost hunting equipment, maps, and seasonal events, Phasmophobia has come a long way since its initial release, and it's only getting ******* in the next few weeks. View the full article
Stardew Valley has no shortage of creative reimaginings that offer a new way to experience the beloved farming simulator, but one recent fan art sparked interest in what could have been for Stardew Valley. The Outer Worlds 2 is upon us, improving substantially on the foundations laid by its predecessor, and coming close to Obsidian's peak achievement, Fallout: New Vegas. But, being an Obsidian game, and a first-person one at that, players are probably going to want to use a lot of mods and console commands. However, the console does not come enabled by default in this game, so here's how you can start using any command that you might need to enhance your experience. The Outer Worlds 2 console commands and cheats guide Sometimes, things can get too heated or tedious, prompting you to look for cheats. Screenshot by Destructoid To use commands and cheats in The Outer Worlds 2, you'll first have to enable the console itself, which requires an external mod. Thankfully, the mod is quite easy to set up, so here's everything you'll need to do: Go to the Console Enabler and BP ModLoader Nexus page. From the files, download SML and Console Enabler zip. Then, go to your The Outer Worlds 2 installation folder and navigate to Arkansas/Content/Paks. Create a folder called "~mods" in the Paks directory. Place all the files from the zip you've downloaded into the ~mods folder. Launch the game and press the tilde "~" key to open the console. And that's it, you've now enabled the developer console in The Outer Worlds 2. To use console commands, simply navigate to the ~mods folder you've created and find the "Cheats" directory, which contains several text files that outline every console command that you can use. Keep in mind this console is a lot more technical than what you might be used to, so make sure to refer to the mod's "How to read cheats" text file to equip yourself for understanding these commands. RV There Yet has its fair share of wildlife spread across the map, and they can be pretty dangerous for your in-game journey. Encountering the wildlife in RV There Yet is not guaranteed, but if you want to know how to avoid the dangers, this guide will help you out with everything you need to know about these foes. Table of contentsHow to survive all animal attacks in RV There YetBearsSnakesEaglesHow to survive all animal attacks in RV There Yet RV There Yet might not survive a forest simulator by any means, but there are three different species you have to be careful about. Bears Bears are usually found close to areas with resources. I have encountered them near houses, but you should be careful around any location that has plenty of goodies. They are arguably the most dangerous of all wildlife forms. You can use your hammer to hit it a few times to scare it off. However, missing your swing and getting hit instead can cause an accidental death. You can use Bear Spray, which is found at random locations to scare them off.You can escape using a bridge, as a bear will never cross those. Screenshot by Destructoid Snakes Snakes are found at random locations, especially near water bodies. In RV There Yet, all snake bites are poisonous by default. To heal yourself or your friend, you'll need to using an Antidote is the only option (or die and then get revived using an EpiPen). They can be found randomly, and they will cure the poisoned status of anyone. You can't kill a snake, so it's best to avoid them as much as possible. Screenshot by Destructoid Eagles Eagles are rarer sights in RV There Yet, and they're exclusively found in the forest. They will usually keep their distance, but can swoop in to attack you. If you're alone, catch a winch attached to your RV. This will prevent the eagle from picking you up.If you have a friend, ask them to catch you if the eagle latches on to you (or do the opposite if they catch your friend). You can also run to your RV and get inside preemptively to stop getting attacked. Misery, a game produced by a single developer, is rocking strong STALKER and PS1 vibes. Having come out just a couple days ago, the game has already garnered quite an audience. And no wonder, considering its oppressive atmosphere, and, you've guessed it, proximity voice chat. Misery is basically a co-op STALKER, placing players in "The Zone," and tasking them with looting the post-nuclear wasteland for resources and valuables, all the while encountering strange apparitions, anomalies, and, of course, irradiated monstrosities. It can be played by up to five players on the same server, so you and your friends can finally see what it'd be like to relive Andrei Tarkovsky's movies, though without all the arthouse pretentiousness. The Soviet vibes are off the charts. And so is the Geiger Counter. Image via Platypus Entertainment Trudging through the grim darkness of the Eastern Bloc isn't solely a terrifying experience, as Misery lets you take the moment in and try to enjoy your plight. After all, you've got your friends around you, so why not light up a campfire in the middle of Geiger's nightmare and play a soft tune on your acoustic guitar. That's an actual thing you can do, by the way, so make sure you play Soldat by 5'Nizza. And as we've come to expect of these types of co-op horror games, Misery is kicking off on Steam, reaching around 10,000 concurrent players on the platform mere days after releasing. It is, as I've said, made by a single developer, who certainly possesses all the talent in the world as I have seldom seen such creative use of retro graphics. Yes, horror games recently have been spearheading that return to classic form, but Misery doesn't just paint over its textures in a retro style, but fundamentally exploits the "flaws" of old graphics that lend themselves perfectly to the atmosphere Misery has. It's a great game, and another proof that indies have us covered in every genre, and especially horror. Like our content?
