  1. A player has discovered an ingenious trick for saving everyone at the Last Light Inn during Act Two of Baldur's Gate 3. The Last Light Inn is the only major settlement in Act Two, and the center of its main conflict. Several recurring NPCs appear there, and players can even recruit Jaheira in Baldur's Gate 3 by winning her favor during their first few visits to the Last Light Inn. In retro news, I'm celebrating the 26th birthday of Point Blank, a PS One lightgun classic that's tied to one of my fondest gaming memories. For those of you unfamiliar with it, Point Blank is basically a collection of carnival target mini-games that's best played competitively with two players. Arguably the trickiest task is a ******* challenge with one bullet and a five second window to blast an object out of a distant figure's hand. I'll never forget the time when a mate of mine went full Billy the **** and quick-drew a shot from his hip to nail said target in 0.5 of a second. Arsiest gaming feat I've ever witnessed.
