Well-known YouTuber Stephen “Coffezilla” Findeisen has allegedly been sued by fellow content creator Logan Paul following the CryptoZoo scandal that reportedly saw many people lose their money in NFTs and cryptocurrency. Findeisen alleges Paul isn’t suing him to “win” but to “silence him.” Findeisen explained the entire situation on his Coffeezilla YouTube channel in a video uploaded Aug. 5. He goes over the lawsuit’s allegations, which state its aim is to “hold Findeisen accountable for his actions.” The creator saed “Logan has learned nothing” despite the lawsuit, stating he “learned to believe in the importance of accountability,” and explained how the YouTube star is currently embroiled in a legal battle with both the “victims” of the CryptoZoo scandal and the “journalist who exposed him.” View the full article

Silent Hill 2 Remake developer Bloober Team wants fans to give its version of the beloved survival horror game a chance. Game producer Piotr Babieno told Rolling Stone that Bloober Team appreciates fans offering their feedback on Silent Hill 2, which he said has been "invaluable in refining our project before its release," but admitted the developers need to ignore some chatter to focus "on their creative work with peace of mind." Gameplay has caused some concern the remake is changing too much from the original and becoming too action focused. But even Bloober Team itself said a particularly controversial trailer was handled by not it but publisher Konami, and wasn't "in the spirit of what used to be." I am dreaming that gamers will trust us but I realize that trust is earned through actions, not through words. Addressing worried fans, Babieno said: "I am dreaming that gamers will trust us but I realize that trust is earned through actions, not through words. That’s why we have a policy of not commenting [on the specifics of the game] and raising hopes. We want to show our ambitions through our work, so we can’t ask for anything more than ‘give us a chance.'" It's unclear what is changing, though Bloober Team has been adamant that the story will remain as it was. "We are focusing on bringing the distinct, visceral atmosphere back in the modernized Silent Hill 2," chief marketing officer Anna Jasińska said in January 2023. "Longtime fans shouldn’t worry about us missing the point while we’re livening up the title." Babieno said there may be some changes fans don't anticipate, but he hopes fans will understand why they were made upon playing it for themselves. "We tried to make all possible fans happy, but, at the same time, be very faithful to ourselves," he said. "I really hope that when people play for the first time, they will understand that the choices we made were the best possible." Kaiju No. 8 fans, it's time to celebrate, as that sequel series has been confirmed as a second season. Last month, it was confirmed that Kaiju No. 8 would be getting a sequel of some sort, but it wasn't outright stated to be another season. After all, there are plenty of series that get movie adaptations of particular manga arcs these days (you can thank ****** Slayer for that one). But, it was confirmed yesterday that the quite good Kaiju No. 8 will be getting a season 2, and that that second season will be arriving some time in 2025. Yesterday was a perfect day to announce it too, as in ********* the series is known as Kaijū Hachigō - the word "hachi" being the ********* for the number eight, i.e. the eighth month of the year, August, and "go" (****** the long ō) means five, with the date being August 5. A fun trailer was released with the 2025 announcement, which you can see above, showing different clips from the anime overlaid with a filter as if these are all governmental recordings of the different kaiju that Kafka has to face off against. Alongside the season 2 announcement, it was also revealed that a film compilation of the first season is on the way too, though whether that is released outside of Japan isn't clear just yet. On top of that, a special episode titled "Hoshina's Day Off" is in the works, which will be screened alongside the compilation film, so here's hoping that makes it over here somehow. After having to trek across massive expanses for over six months, Epic Games has finally added fast travel capabilities to LEGO Fortnite in the form of Battle Bus Stations. Before this update, players were forced to build their villages relatively close to one another, since there weren’t easy ways to travel across the world. Players previously had to walk across huge bodies of land or build vehicles to reach faraway places, but even that would be tedious since you’d have to spend plenty of time getting from point A to point B.
