Phasmophobia is finally coming to consoles, and a new group of gamers will finally have the chance to try the beloved co-op ghost-hunting game just in time for Halloween. In Phasmophobia, players must take on a contract as paranormal investigators, locate the ghost haunting the home or other abandoned facility, and find evidence it leaves behind to determine what kind of ghost it is. They're slowly losing Sanity (Phasmophobia's version of HP), making it more likely the ghost will try to hunt them before they can discover its identity. View the full article

Fortnite is making a major change to the game's Locker with its newest update, introducing the ability to save loadouts for a player's favorite in-game look. The massively popular battle royale from Epic Games offers players plenty of different ways to customize their player character's appearance, with multiple variations of cosmetics. GTA 6 cannot come soon enough. Since last year's reveal trailer, the internet has been aflame with analysis, theories, and conjecture. Will social media play a part in the story? These simple machines can now be found in locations around the Fortnite Remix island, giving away items in exchange for resources. Where to find Vending Machines in Fortnite Remix Vending Machines come in various rarities from Rare to Epic, offering items of that rarity. You can tell the rarity of the machine by its ******, and the price of each item ranges from 100 to 200 materials. There may be a Legendary one, too, but we haven’t found it yet! Space roguelike Breachway is very much my type of strategy game. It has all the satisfying ship-building elements I love from games like No Man's Sky and Starfield. But instead of forcing me to pootle around the stars myself, it lets me jump from location to location, engaging in interesting decision making and tactical combat reminiscent of the likes of the fantastic FTL. For me, videogames are about escaping into fantasy. I want to ***** into sprawling realms as a pretty elven ********* or prowl the plains of Diablo 4's Sanctuary in search of Prime Evils and demonic entities. While I had a soft spot for life games like The Sims as a ****, I've never really cared for anything set in a recognizable version of our own world. Call of Duty has always fallen into that same category, not helped by my degrees in genocide history and war studies. I've never quite been able to divorce my logical mind from the fact that CoD is, indeed, a fictional videogame with a historical setting, versus a historical videogame with fictionalized elements.
