The Destiny 2 damage meta is a fragile thing, twisting at the mercy of balance and efficiency and encounter design. Character banners in Honkai: Star Rail 3.0 will undergo a major update, according to leaks. Currently, players have access to the possibility of obtaining four 5-star characters per patch. Phase 1 banners feature two 5-star units and when the update reaches its second half, the gacha system updates and the Phase 2 banners become available, removing the Phase 1 banners.
