  1. It's a big year for World of Warcraft Classic, as well as all other iterations of the Warcraft franchise, with big anniversary celebrations taking place alongside even ******* announcements about the future of World of Warcraft. 2. rcane's second season is all done, which means an end to the series, too—though there's been a whole heap of winks and nudges that Riot'll be cooking up more seasons of stunning animation with Fortiche in the future. For now, the current debate is whirring around whether the season happened to be 'rushed', or if certain scenes were cut for time... Read more.View the full article
  3. The Seal of Wrynn is arguably the best ring in all of World of Warcraft Classic, especially if you’re leveling in the mid-section of the game. No other rings give as many bonuses to stats as the Seal of Wrynn, making it a must-have for practically any class. With increases to secondary stats across the board, every class can find a use for the Seal of Wrynn, so you should prioritize slotting this ring into your leveling loadout. You could even make the case that, regardless of level, out of all of the blue items in WoW Classic, there are none stronger than the Seal of Wrynn. View the full article

  5. Released just three days before Manor Lords, which at the time was the most wishlisted game on Steam, Bellwright was always at risk of being overshadowed. But like the competition, Bellwright is an early access marvel that developer Donkey Crew steadily keeps improving, and the latest update is a big one. So if you've stepped away from Hooded Horse's medieval strategy epic and want to try something a little different, now's the time to give Bellwright a shot. Read the rest of the story... Tinasha's Mastery is the newest rocket-assisted sidearm to drop in Destiny 2, and if you played around with Indebted Kindness from Warlord's Ruin, The Call during The Final Shape, or more recently, Aberrant Action in Echoes, you'll know these weapons are a big deal. 8. Half-Life 2 just got a small update, mostly to fix a long-running music bug. But hiding in the patch notes is an apology of sorts, a nod to that most tenacious of bunnyhopper: the Half-Life 2 speedrunner. It seems the recent 20th anniversary update for the classic first-person shooter messed with some beginner speedrun strategies by introducing an invisible wall to a big sewer pipe. Valve have now corrected that, removing the offending blocker and restoring order to the universe. Well, almost. Read more View the full article

  14. There's yet another ***** related to the upcoming Intel Arc Battlemage GPU launch, with the latest information showing a benchmark run on one of the new graphics cards. As well as seemingly confirming some specs of the new GPU, the test run's score also makes for surprising reading. Intel Arc Battlemage is the second generation range of Intel Arc GPUs, following the launch of the Intel Arc Alchemist range back in 2022. As we found in our Intel Arc A770 review, these first-gen GPUs were reasonably capable but lacked driver support at launch such that they didn't do enough to earn a spot on our best graphics card guide. With Battlemage, the hope is that Intel will have cranked its GPU performance up a notch, and have an even stronger contender to take on AMD and Nvidia's next generation of GPUs. 18. Thanks to a SteamVR driver *****, we now have a pretty good idea of what the new Steam Controller 2 will look like. Data mining has revealed a low-resolution render that mocks up how Valve's next-gen controller (code-named Ibex) will look although, without an official announcement, it could still be subject to changes. It's been five years since Valve discontinued the original Steam controller for PC users, but there have been plenty of rumors about a replacement since. The last, concrete bit of news up until recently was four years ago, thanks to a Steam controller patent that leaked out, but the trail went cold.
