Just when you thought it was safe to go back to the Airship library, Innersloth and Schell Games have announced a 3D version of popular social stealth sim Among Us. Or at least, they have taken the existing VR version and made it non-VR. It's a stab in the back for the Meta Questers, perhaps, but it's great news for me, a person who has only ever owned the launch model of the PS4's VR headset, and is currently using its box as a draft excluder. Hades 2 developer Supergiant Games says it has no plans to replace any of its voice cast, after one actor said they were concerned strike action may affect their role. Marin M Miller, who voiced such Hades characters as Athena, Tisiphone and Alecto, posted a message on Bluesky saying there was a chance they may be replaced in the sequel because of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike, which started last July after the actors union it had failed to negotiate acceptable protections around the use of AI for its members. “It’s possible you may hear me get recast in a particular game that is very popular,” Miller wrote. “If I am, it was not because I stepped away from the character willingly. It’s because the employer refused to flip to an interim.” Read More... View the full article

The Secret Mila quest has been on the lips of every Fisch player since a set of mysterious clues started to appear on the Discord server. So far, the leaks have been quite cryptic, which all started with a short video, followed by a sequence of images. It's unclear, at least as of the writing, what the quest exactly refers to. However, I firmly believe that it has to do with some kind of a new boat/rod (I might be wrong), so let's take a look at what we know as of writing. Disclaimer: Article to be updated as we keep getting more clues on the official Discord. Fisch Secret Mila quest guide Earlier in February, we got access to a secret bunker at the Birch Clay location during the release of the Ashfall update. If you're yet to find it, just check out our guide, which lists all the steps to get to the location. Until now, the bunker has been pretty empty, and it would have felt redundant to visit. However, things have changed thanks to the secret Mila quest. The first hint has a small video where the Mila cat tells you that it's your last warning. If you go to the bunker, you'll find the exact scene, along with more images of Mila cat. Next, there's a Mila cat present at the merchant in Forsaken Shore, which has a glowing effect. The developers uploaded two more interesting images. One has the presence of a paw print on the floor, while the other represents a crime scene. I firmly believe that we will have to go to the same location (of the crime scene) to get our reward. Image via Roblox The developers have also updated a cryptic clue that reads like this. I was wandering through the ruins when I heard a whisper— two voices, overlapping. I turned, but nobody was there. The fog was thick, and I could barely see four feet ahead. I reached out, but my hand passed through nothing. I took a step back, only two seconds later realizing I was standing on the edge of something deep. Then, just before I fell, I heard it again—one final whisper: "You shouldn't be here." I believe the quest will be active as part of the next core update, which is expected to be Mariana's Veil. Interestingly, the developers have also uploaded the image of a submarine, along with stating that it's meant to be used for something. What exactly we might need it for is something that remains unknown at this point. I won't be shocked if this is the boat we will be able to get by completing the Mila quest when it eventually becomes available in Fisch. Early on in Severance Season 2 Episode 6, Milchick has a discussion with Ms. Huang in which he speaks of Wintertide, which may have seemed like a mysterious reference. Let's take a look at what exactly Wintertide is in Severance and why Milchick made a reference to it in the episode Attila. Image via Apple TV+ What exactly is Wintertide? Wintertide is a school, university, or some sort of training program in the Severance universe, more than likely with a direct relation to the company Lumon. During promotional activities leading up to the start of Severance Season 2, the LinkedIn account Lumon Industries which is used for marketing purposes for the show, made a direct reference to Wintertide as its connection to Ms. Huang. Here's what the post said: "Felicitations are in order for this quarter's Wintertide Fellow: Ms. Huang. Her green outlook is precisely what Lumon aims to cultivate as an organization. She will be invaluable on our severed floor." The post is accompanied by an image of Ms. Huang with the note "New Hire Day! Please Welcome Ms. Huang". Now let's compare this to the words of Milchick in Severance Season 2 Episode 6, in which he tells Ms. Huang, "I feel I should remind you, you cannot graduate from this fellowship until I have deemed you Wintertide material. This will mean using your time well, focusing on your own duties, and eradicating from your essence childish folly." So after some understandable confusion based on how the events of Season 2 have played out so far, it would appear Milchick is in fact in a leadership position of Ms. Huang, despite it looking possibly the other way around. It appears as though Ms. Huang is on some sort of fellowship/intern program at Lumon in order to gain access to either an educational institution or training program named Wintertide. And, according to Milchick, it is he who has the final say on determining whether or not Ms. Huang is in fact "Wintertide material". It's likely Ms. Huang was overstepping simply to try and prove herself management material to Lumon, but I'm sure we'll see more of Ms. Huang and her intentions as we enter the second half of Severance Season 2. Late in Severance Season 2 Episode 6, Attila, we see someone going through Irving's box of things in his home, most importantly the list of names of Lumon employees. However, we don't get a direct look at the person's face. So who was looking through Irving's thing in the Severance Attila episode? Image via Apple TV+ Who was looking through Irving's things The person looking through Irving's things in Severance Season 2 Episode 6, titled Atilla, was Mr. Drummond. If you forget who that is, Mr. Drummond has the position of Global Management at Lumon Industries. He was introduced earlier in Season 2, and is the Lumon employee we've seen speaking with Helena quite often, and who also did Milchick's performance review alongside Natalie. Even though it only showed the character's eyes as he looked through Irving's things, there's actually a ******* hint that gives away that it is in fact Mr. Drummond doing the deed. How do we know it's Mr. Drummond? As Mr. Drummond is looking through Irving's things, look at this hand, more specifically the tattoo on his hand. The tattoo is simply the word Frolic. It's in the same exact position we've seen earlier in the season that Mr. Drummond has the same exact tattoo. While it's not impossible that it could be another Lumon employee with the same tattoo—after all, Frolic is important to the Severance story, being one of Kier Eagan's four tempers—it is in the exact spot we've seen on Mr. Drummond and the close up angle of his face certainly looked like it could be him anyway. Now that we know it was Mr. Drummond going through Irving's things in Severance Season 2 Episode 6, let's ask the more important question: how did he know Irving would be gone? It's possible that Lumon has simply been watching his house for the opportune moment but after the ending of the episode, I think it's more likely that Burt, played by Christopher Walken, might actually still be more involved with Lumon than we've been led to believe. For a show like Severance, the episode titles are often clever hints towards what's actually going on. In Season 2 Episode 6, titled Attila, the meaning of the title is actually more comical than anything. Let's explore the meaning of the title Attila for Severance Season 2 Episode 6. Image via Apple TV+ What is the Attila meaning for Severance Season 2 Episode 6? The title Attila for Severance Season 2 Episode 6 is actually a reference to Attila the Hun, who ruled over the Huns for nearly 20 years from the year 434-453. So what does that have to do with Severance? Well, it has more to do with the relationship between two characters in the show: Burt and his partner Fields. After an encounter between Burt and Irving in Season 2 Episode 5 titled *******'s Horse, the two met for ham alongside Burt's husband Fields. During introductions, Fields—played by legendary actor John Noble—refers to Burt as Attila. Noticing a confused Irving, Burt immediately explains that early on in their relationship they used to call each hunter "Hon", an endearing term that is short for honey, and a common "nickname" between two people in a relationship. As Burt would explain it, that eventually turned to them calling each other Attila. This is clearly a play on words of the word "Hon", referencing Attila the Hun (or Attila the Hon, jokingly). Interestingly, Attila the Hun was known for his military conquest across Europe and the Roman Empire, and earned the nickname the "Scourge of God" due to wide-spread destruction and brutality against his enemies as he expanded the Hun Empire. While this could just be irrelevant information in the scope of Severance and specifically the title of Season 2 Episode 6, it may also be somewhat of a nod to Burt, who admits to Irving that he "used to be a bit of a scoundrel", and references that one of his regions for joining Lumon is that he and Fields feel as though Burt's soul is destined for Hell after death based on his earlier actions in life. Furthermore, dialogue in a show like Severance always serves a purpose. As Irving leaves, Burt tells Irving that Fields memory "gets fuzzy at times" before referencing him claim that Burt has worked at Lumon for 20 years, despite Severance technology not being that old. It's quite possible Burt is a long-time employee of Lumon, and may have some ulterior motive with Irving. The post Why is Severance Season 2 Episode 6 titled Attila? appeared first on Destructoid. Before the rabbits inherited Earth there were humans, but they're long gone and not a concern any more.
