  13. Griffons are powerful creatures mentioned in Dragon Age: Origins that appear in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. They are large, eagle-like beings with the bodies of lions, possessing sharp talons, powerful wings, and keen eagle-like eyesight. The griffons were what Grey Wardens rode into battle during the First Blight, and due to the horrific nature of the war, all griffons supposedly ***** out and went extinct.   16. Lace Harding is a recurring character in the Dragon Age universe who plays a more significant role in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. She is known for her cheerful attitude and unwavering loyalty. She is initially encountered as a scout in Dragon Age: Inquisition but has worked her way up to being a main companion. She looks very different than her previous design, but she acts similarly. If they were popular, many more important companions in the Dragon Age games would start as side characters in previous ones.   20. In 1983 I spent every single Friday night at the same place: the roller rink. It was a perfect way to end a dreary week filled with school and chores: a bully-free environment where I could goof off with my friends, skate around in circles, listen to music, and consume tons of junk food.   21. Stardew Valley is a game full of whimsy and surprises, so many fans were disappointed when developer ConcernedApe removed a silly glitch that let players turn a staircase into a pair of shorts. Before the update, placing a staircase into the "pants" slot on a character turned them into the "Mayor's Lucky Shorts," a pair of sporty purple shorts with no relation to staircases.   25. Fabled Lands is one of those games that's really hard to classify. On one hand it's a narrative RPG version of a series of '90s gamebooks by authors Dave Morris and Jamie Thomson, similar to titles like Sorcery or The Warlock of Firetop Mountain. Then on the other side of things it's full of deep turn-based hex tile combat like Heroes of Might and Magic 3 or For The King 2.
