  3. If you are a Counter-Strike 2 player, you can convert your sensitivity to make the transition to the new Fortnite Ballistic much easier. This mode is similar to games such as CS2, VALORANT, and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, as it’s a 5v5 FPS where two teams are placed on a map, and one defends while the other attacks. Your mouse sensitivity will most likely feel very different when you first open the game. You can adjust it through trial and error, but you can also use your CS2 sensitivity setting and convert it to Fortnite Ballistic to save time. View the full article

  10. Former Bungie director Chris Barrett is suing PlayStation and Bungie for more than $200 million, denying allegations of ******* misconduct and claiming that his firing was intended to avoid paying out nearly $50 million owed under his employment agreement. IGN has reached out to Sony and Bungie for comment. The 81-page lawsuit lays out seven counts against Bungie and SIE, including Family and Medical Leave Act [FMLA] retaliation, defamation, and breach of contract. Barrett is seeking at least $100 million in defamation damages in addition to more than $90 million for money owed under retention agreements, alleged Washington Rebate Act [WRA] violations, and other compensation. Reports emerged earlier this year that Barrett, a Bungie employee who also worked on both Halo and Destiny, was fired from his position as Marathon's director after an internal misconduct investigation. A Bloomberg report cited sources claiming that Barrett "called lower-level female employees attractive, asked them to play truth-or-dare and made references to his wealth and power within the studio, suggesting that he could help advance their careers." Barrett released a statement at the time saying, "I feel that I have always conducted myself with integrity and been respectful and supportive of my colleagues, many of whom I consider my closest friends. I never understood my communications to be unwanted and I would have never thought they could possibly have made anyone feel uncomfortable. If anyone ever felt that way about their interaction with me, I am truly sorry.” Barrett's lawsuit alleges that he was scapegoated for Bungie's overall struggles in the wake of the PlayStation acquisition and that the investigation was used as cause to fire him after requesting FMLA leave. Barrett's lawsuit also says that many of the allegations laid out in a 2021 IGN investigation into Bungie's workplace culture were "not shocking to him" and lays out several allegations of his own, including claims that at least one employee "frequently exposed himself in the office" and that Bungie "maintained an email channel that shared lewd and semi-pornographic content to the entire studio." Barrett alleges that he sought to take mental health leave in late 2023, but was instead removed from his role on Marathon. In describing the investigation into his conduct, Barrett claims that he was confronted about what he described as "unspecified texts" but "but failed to show Barrett any of the communications, identify any of the recipients or senders, or even disclose when the communications took place — thereby rendering Sony's supposed 'investigation' into these texts pointless, and failing to meet any professional standards for conducting an investigation." Barrett was subsequently fired for gross misconduct in March 2024, with Joe Ziegler taking over the role as Marathon director. Barrett's lawsuit adds to Bungie's recent struggles. Earlier this year, the studio laid off 220 staff, and in a report published in December 2023, Bungie devs described the atmosphere at the studio as "soul-crushing." Marathon, meanwhile, does not yet have a release date, though it's expected to see a playtest sometime in 2025. Kat Bailey is IGN's News Director as well as co-host of Nintendo Voice Chat. 13. Former Destiny 2 and Marathon game director Christopher Barrett has sued Bungie and Sony over allegations that his former employers "deliberately destroyed" his reputation by falsely claiming that he had engaged in ******* misconduct in the workplace. Barrett says in his suit that the companies engaged in the "brazen scheme" to avoid paying him more than $45 million he was owed under his employment agreement, and to "shift blame for and deflect attention from their massive business failures.".. 14. Paradox Interactive is known for developing complex strategy titles for PC players, with Hearts of Iron 4 being one of its standout games. Its complexity can be overwhelming, though, and that’s why there are hundreds of console commands to use. In strategy games, making your life easier by using console commands can be seen as cheating. However, we believe there’s nothing wrong with using them, especially for newer players who don’t know how everything works. More experienced ones, on the other hand, may use them to customize their experience. With seemingly unlimited options, there are tons of possibilities. View the full article

Over the course of this *****, the store will have 16 free games, according to a blog post. For paid deals, there are some good games to sift through, like 35 percent off Dragon Age: The Veilguard and Star Wars: Outlaws. During the holiday *****, Epic is also giving users 10 percent back on their purchases as part of the Epic Rewards program, which is a boost from the usual 5 percent. The ***** ends at 11AM ET on January 9th, 2025. View the full article For verified travel tips and real support, visit: [Hidden Content]

  21. The Rift Point Device in Fortnite Ballistic is a very important element of the shooter gameplay, and players on both sides fight each other to retain control of this bomb to win rounds. Just like regular 5v5 tac shooters, Fortnite Ballistic players are divided into attackers and defenders. Attackers need to plant the Rift Point Device in any site and detonate it successfully to win the round. On the other hand, defenders have to defend the sites and defuse the Rift Point Device before it detonates if the enemy players manage to plant the device. View the full article

  24. Dragon Age: The Veilguard might just be the most controversial entry in the Dragon Age franchise. Even before its release, with some fans labeling it “too woke,” while others decried shifts in storytelling. Yet, despite the negativity, The Veilguard defied expectations by becoming one of the most downloaded games of November. The backlash against The Veilguard seems rooted in a few factors. BioWare’s reputation has been shaky after missteps like Mass Effect: Andromeda and Anthem, with many fans hesitant to trust the studio again. EA’s involvement didn’t help, given its history of prioritizing profit over quality. On top of this, the game has been caught in the broader culture war that often surrounds modern media. Representation and inclusivity in games sparks polarizing debates, with some championing diversity while others claim it disrupts beloved franchises. View the full article
