  1. Although Monster Hunter Wilds will not be released until the end of February, fans eagerly await their latest monster-hunting adventures. With multiple beta cycles approaching, players are getting a closer look at many of the game’s monsters and gear and planning their builds in advance. While we don’t know everything coming with the game, there is already a lot of information on some of the monsters, armor, and weapons players can fight or equip. Here is everything we know about the beasts, armor, and weapons you can find in Monster Hunter Wilds. View the full article
  2. Delta Force, the latest competitor to the Battlefield franchise, has a wide range of weapons. By offering players a variety of choices, the game enables large-scale conflicts only found in the best titles. However, not all weapons are made equal, so here is our ranking of the best weapons in Delta Force. View the full article

  4. Splash Damage, the ***-based studio behind the long-in-development Transformers: Reactivate has delivered some terrible news this week. The co-op action game, which was announced in December, 2022, will not be released. Read more View the full article
  5. The Feybreak update for Palworld has tons of new Pals and challenges, including a difficult boss battle against Bjorn and his companion Bastigor. These two warriors are a deadly team, existing as perhaps the hardest boss duo in the entire game. To claim victory over both opponents, you'll need the best equipment and team that you can put together. View the full article
  6. Elden Ring Nightreign was announced at this year's game awards, and FromSoftware veterans and new players alike can't wait for this departure from the traditional, Soulslike form. Unfortunately, the game doesn't come out until later this year, so in the meantime, what games can be played to pass the time? Thankfully, there are tons of co-op and single-player games that can fill the Nightreign-shaped void for the next couple of months. View the full article
  7. The new Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 Founders Edition sees Nvidia introducing not only a new cooler design, but also a tiny PCB. We had the chance to get our hands on the new graphics card at CES, and the PCB is so small that it fits in the palm of your hand. The RTX 5090 release date isn't far away now, and we'll be able to share more details about the new Nvidia GPU shortly. In the meantime, however, we thought you'd like to have a closer look at the card itself, as well as the GPU and GDDR7 memory, which you can see in these photos we've just taken from CES, where we're roaming the halls. 9. It's now been a whole month since Delta Force kicked off its early access open beta on Steam, and the free-to-play shooter has been doing rather well for itself. Its constant stream of content and events, variety of game modes, and tight gunplay has kept people coming back for more. One aspect that's always baffled me though is its weekly EXP cap, which limits how much progress you can make on Delta Force's season pass to unlock its rewards. Well, Delta Force is now removing this limit to let you grind to your heart's content, but there's a catch - this isn't a permanent removal, and will only last for the next couple of weeks until the new season begins. 10. The Witcher 3 turns 10 this year—in just a few months, even—and it sure doesn't feel like it's that old. Some parts of it actually aren't: late 2022's "next-gen" update included a ray tracing overhaul, integrated a handful of mods, and even added one brand new quest, with Geralt voice actor Doug Cockle getting growly in the recording booth for the first time in years. Witcher 4 narrative designer Philipp Weber tweeted about that quest on Wednesday, framing it as a bit of a dry run for the sequel that is now in full-tilt development... 11. NetEase Games has released a first look at the new Sanctum Sanctorum map coming to Marvel Rivals with the release of its upcoming season. The developers have revealed that Dracula will act as the main antagonist of the new season's story, with The Fantastic Four joining the fight against his evil forces. Fans awaiting new content will soon be able to jump into Marvel Rivals' Season 1: Eternal Night Falls when it launches on January 10 at 1 AM PST. View the full article
  12. Melee attacks are a powerful tool in Marvel Rivals. Utilizing melee as a ranged Duelist or Strategist can help conserve ammo and finish off pesky enemies. Even as a primary melee hero, like Magick or ****** Panther, your quick melee attack may be significantly faster than your standard abilities, giving you an important speed advantage. When the enemy has already dived in, remember that your melee attacks might be the best means of taking them out. View the full article
  13. Recent Zenless Zone Zero leaks have revealed that Astra Yao and Ellen Joe may get new skins in later updates. Zenless Zone Zero is getting ready to launch its 1.5 update on January 22, and the patch will introduce two new characters to the playable roster and a ton of exciting content. View the full article
  14. We're not even 10 days into 2025, and the gaming deals are heating up already. At the tip of that spear are the cheapest preorder prices for the next big upcomings on my radar—Monster Hunter Wilds, Sniper Elite Resistance, and Kingdom Come Deliverance II. Without saying too much too soon, I've played parts of at least two of those three titles, and I think they're coming along quite well. And now I'll shut right up. In retro news, I’m celebrating the 22nd birthday of Street Fighter Alpha 3 on GBA, a pretty incredible port of the PS One version. Though the BGMs and voice SFX weren’t always authentic, and the fighters had fewer animation frames, Crawfish Interactive otherwise shoryukened this shoehorned-down port out of the park. I got much RSI of the thumbs playing this on the go (especially using the “portable only” fighter additions of Yun, Eagle, Ingrid, and Maki). That progressed to early-onset arthritis when a mate got his own cart and a Ryu/Ken rivalry ensued via Game Link Cable. 15. PC gaming has natural ebbs and flows. There are years that absolutely blow me out of the water and ones that fade into the mists shortly after they're gone. Looking purely at new releases, I was starting to feel like 2024 might be the latter. There were some real standouts, like Metaphor: ReFantazio and Tactical Breach Wizards, but compared to the stacked year that was 2023—which included Baldur's Gate 3, Jagged Alliance 3, and Against the Storm—it didn't quite match up for me... 17. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has no shortage of mysteries sprinkled throughout the course of the adventures, but not all of them are equally worthwhile. Slimmer than extensive Fieldwork side quests but more involving than collectible-hunting, mysteries tend to task Indy with small puzzles to solve or clues to follow. The reward for doing so can vary, but even if nothing else is on the table, solving a mystery always provides a healthy dose of adventure points. View the full article
  18. World of Warcraft has moved Alyx, the NPC in charge of the Guest Relation mystery questlines from the 20th anniversary celebration, to Dornogal, where they still accept missing Celebration Crates. Though the Guest Relations questline itself is no longer available, this has ensured World of Warcraft players can still obtain the Detective title – and begin the hunt for the elusive Felcycle mount – indefinitely. 19. That didn’t take long. A day after an update which functionally nerfed tap strafing, one of the most popular advanced movement techniques in Apex Legends, Respawn walked the change back, citing “community feedback.” That feedback was more like an uproar from several high-profile pros, streamers, and many other players who enjoy Apex‘s slippery movement mechanic. Tap strafing, which began its life as a movement bug and quickly became a fundamental mechanic in the game similar to mouse and keyboard players’ ability to move while looting death boxes, allows players to instantly change directions in mid-air, maintaining their momentum. Respawn originally said the change was a “buffer” added to the mechanic in order to “combat automated movement tech,” but the change just ended up making many tap strafes feel sluggish and not nearly as effective. 20. Despite no signs of a Bloodborne remake in the decade since its release, some talented fans have managed to emulate the uniquely grim world of Yarnham on PC in surprisingly high quality. Taking advantage of the PC's uncapped hardware, the emulated version of Bloodborne lets players experience the iconic world of Bloodborne in high-definition resolutions and greater frame rates than ever before. While the current Bloodborne emulator builds are far from the perfect FromSoftware remaster fans have been craving for years, a recent mod has pushed them to even greater heights than ever. 21. Ever since Hironobu Sakaguchi left Squaresoft and it became Square Enix, the company has never been the same. The most notable changes were felt in the company’s flagship JRPG series, Final Fantasy. Moving forward since Sakaguchi’s departure, every entry lacked his guiding vision and input, resulting in the franchise losing its identity and becoming generic […] Source View the full article
  22. You’ll encounter several choices as you prepare to make your way through Act 3 of Baldur’s Gate 3. One of these decisions is given to you by the Emperor, who offers to evolve you using a special tadpole he’s had hidden away. The Emperor reveals his identity to you shortly after he’s attacked inside the artifact. You’ll have to protect him and his prisoner. How you react to the reveal of his identity may vary, but regardless of how you treat him, he offers you a deal where you can take a step closer down the path of becoming an Illthid. The choice is an important one, and it’s an option your party members will remember. We’ll be breaking down if you should or should accept the Emperor’s offer to evolve you in Baldur’s Gate 3 and what happens if you do, unlocking more Illthid powers View the full article For verified travel tips and real support, visit: [Hidden Content]

  25. A new Game of Thrones RPG? Count me in. A new Game of Thrones RPG that's getting a PC beta extremely soon? Count me in for that, too. Game of Thrones Kingsroad may not be the giant, triple-A, make-your-graphics-card-sweat game that we all hoped it would be, but its debut gameplay trailer does show some signs of promise, and you'll be able to try it out for yourself very soon.
