Right, so, you've read the headline. A man has been arrested by Warwickshire police and sentenced to four months in jail after walking down a town centre street carrying a replica of the Master Sword from the Legend of Zelda. As detailed in a release from the rozzers (that's slang for police if you're not from the ***), Anthony Bray of Nuneaton, Warwickshire, England, recieved that sentence after being charged with "possession of a bladed article in public". That amounted to carrying the "small replica" of the Master Sword from Zelda, which the release identifies as having a six inch long blade, down a street in Nuneaton on June 8, with officers approaching Bray after he was spotted doing so on CCTV. There's supposedly at least one Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 Super on this planet, according to one Brazilian modding team that has managed to engineer the closest thing we'll likely ever get to what would've been the fastest possible GPU of its generation. The Nvidia RTX 4090 mod takes what has been the single fastest and best graphics card available for nearly two years now and swaps the standard card's 21Gbps GDDR6X VRAM for 23.5Gbps VRAM modules - ironically taken from an older RTX 2080 Ti card. Not content, it then overclocks that memory to 25.8Gbps, overclocks the GPU itself, changes BIOS settings, ups voltages, and more. Read the rest of the story... Some set photos from James Gunn's upcoming Superman film have been going around, but the director says you don't need to worry about spoilers. If you're excited for the upcoming refresh of the DCU, you've probably already seen some of the set photos that have been shared around of David Corenswet as Superman, giving everyone a better taste of what his costume is going to look like. They really don't show all that much, though the photos have confirmed that he will also have the Superman logo in yellow on his cape, a feature that has been absent from pretty much all live-action outings thus far even though it's something of a staple. The photos also showed off Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, with one video even showing him holding what looks to be dog treats, leading to some theorising that Krypto the Superdog is going to make an appearance (though that could just be something to throw everyone off the scent of what's actually going on). These days it's quite rare for a big superhero flick to be filled even partially on location (looking at you, Marvel), so of course this has led to some wondering if the set photos could lead to some kind of big spoiler. When asked by one fan if Gunn had any thoughts on the set leaks, the director simply responded with "Fully expected." Read more View the full article
