MWC 2025: Operators account for 85% of mobile infrastructure investments
MWC 2025: Operators account for 85% of mobile infrastructure investments
As the leading firms in the industry show at MWC Barcelona how they are advancing mobile communications, a report from global mobile industry trade body the GSMA is calling on governments to prioritise pro-investment policies to accelerate network expansion, strengthen digital economies and provide support for continued mobile network expansion and innovation.
The Mobile internet connectivity infrastructure investment landscape report, undertaken by global management consulting firm Kearney, was produced at a time that the GSMA describes as a “crucial moment” when governments worldwide are seeking to expand digital connectivity and foster economic growth through advanced networks, including 5G and future generations of mobile technology.
The trade association said the findings paint a picture of the investment landscape, which reveals mobile networks are no less than “indispensable” to digital progress, but that infrastructure investment requires the right regulatory environment, with core and access networks demand significantly higher investment than backbone infrastructure.
The data fundamentally showed that total investment in mobile internet connectivity infrastructure is $127bn per year on average on the backbone through to access network infrastructure, with an additional $117bn being spent on the connectivity component of devices needed to connect to the internet.
When combined with what was calculated to be an additional $189bn being invested each year in fixed network infrastructure (excluding end-user devices), this made a total investment of $316bn in internet connectivity infrastructure – 40% more than what is being spent globally on datacentre infrastructure.
Mobile network operators were found to make 85% of the total investment in mobile internet connectivity infrastructure globally, playing the “keystone” role in funding the networks that underpin modern digital economies worldwide, according to the report.
The trade association added that the mobile operators make these investments despite deriving less economic benefit than other digital ecosystem players from this critical infrastructure. It stressed that the amount contributed by MNOs far exceeds the connectivity investments made by other groups of investors such as content and application providers (CAPs) and cloud service providers.
Despite this, the study prompted the GSMA into a call for policy action, urging governments to adopt forward-looking regulatory frameworks that encourage investment in mobile infrastructure, streamline spectrum policies, and create a fair and sustainable financial environment for operators.
It observed that while investments made by the large CAPs and cloud infrastructure providers to optimise delivery of their traffic and reduce their delivery costs were positive, they were “relatively small”, accounting for less than 2% of the total spend on mobile internet connectivity infrastructure.
With this in mind, the GSMA emphasised that it was important to ensure that such investment is deployed in a balanced way, and that all backbone traffic needs to be delivered by core and access networks to reach its destination for the internet to work smoothly. Moreover, the GSMA warned that to be effective, investment in backbone infrastructure needs to be matched by a parallel and much greater investment in core and access infrastructure. It calculated that an investment of between eight (backbone versus core) and 19 times (backbone versus access) higher was needed for the balance to be maintained
“This report makes it clear – mobile network operators are the keystone of the internet economy, funding the vast majority of the infrastructure that enables modern digital life,” said GSMA chief regulatory officer John Giusti.
“While others invest in select parts of the world’s connectivity infrastructure, their contributions are a fraction of what MNOs spend to build and maintain the networks that power everything from online banking to remote work and digital entertainment. This study demonstrates clearly that if governments wish to unlock the full potential of their digital economies, they must prioritise policies that create a positive investment environment for MNOs.”

King’s pivotal role in Trump and Ukraine balancing act
King’s pivotal role in Trump and Ukraine balancing act

King Charles gave a public welcome to President Zelensky at Sandringham
Before he came to the throne, the then Prince Charles had been challenged over whether he could avoid meddling and stay out of politics when he became King.
Now King Charles seems to be in demand as never before to help out the politicians and to get involved, playing an unexpectedly pivotal role in dramatic times for international diplomacy.
Last week an invitation from the King for a second state visit was offered to President Trump, with *** Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer presenting it, with no shortage of flattery, as an “unprecedented” sign of friendship and respect.
Then in the fallout of the disastrous Trump meeting with President Zelensky in the White House, it was the King, as well as Sir Keir, who embraced the Ukrainian leader and offered a visible image of support for his embattled country.
Reuters
Sir Keir handed President Trump the invitation from the King for a second state visit
It was a vital element in the diplomatic balancing act taking place, as the *** government tries to shore up Western support for Ukraine, without alienating and aggravating the Trump administration in the US.
It’s placed the double act of King Charles and Sir Keir Starmer at the centre of some huge shifts in international relations.
The King greeting President Zelensky so warmly and publicly, on a visit to Sandringham, was an important message of solidarity that he had not been abandoned and that there was still support for Ukraine, three years after it was invaded by Russia.
With Trump’s enthusiasm for the royals, and his evident keenness for a state visit, it provides a diplomatic bridge, with the King keeping open friendly channels with both Trump and Zelensky.
Trump described the King as a “beautiful man”, as he looked forward to the opulence of a state visit, with its carriage ride up the Mall and glittering banquet. Invitations for such visits are sent by the monarch, but the decisions on who gets invited are made in government.
The King has decades of experience of getting along with people from remarkably different backgrounds and viewpoints. He seems to enjoy chatting to people, asking them about themselves, while saying little about his own views. He’s also known generations of previous US leaders, all the way back to visiting Nixon in the White House and meeting Eisenhower at Balmoral.
For King Charles, there has also been a very personal sense of support for Ukraine, he’s been outspoken in a way that is unusual. He has attacked the “indescribable aggression” against Ukraine, in what he called an “unprovoked attack on their land”.
Soon after the invasion he went to see refugees arriving in Romania. On visits to France and Germany he singled out the importance of Western allies standing firm with Ukraine to protect democratic values.
He’s made repeated visits to meet the Ukrainian community in the *** and last month went to see a project providing medical assistance for injured Ukrainian military personnel.
PA Media
King Charles met ********* PM Justin Trudeau at Sandringham
But these are complicated times for the monarch, not least because as well as being the ***’s head of state, King Charles is also the head of state of Canada – and on Monday he faced a different set of agendas when he met Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
The words exchanged in those meetings are not revealed – but as well as discussing Ukraine, there would be no need to guess the other topic of conversation.
“Nothing seems more important to Canadians right now than standing up for our sovereignty and our independence as a nation,” said Trudeau ahead of the meeting.
Canada is facing President Trump’s calls for his northern neighbour, and longstanding Nato ally, to become the 51st state of the US. This unsurprisingly has deeply angered and offended many Canadians.
They might look to King Charles as their head of state, and head of the Commonwealth too, to strongly speak up for them and to rebuff such expansionist claims from the US president.
Except that from a *** perspective, the King is being deployed to keep President Trump on board and to keep alive the “special relationship” between the US and ***. So there will be no appetite for a royal denunciation over Canada.
The BBC’s Royalwatch newsletter has already had plenty of feedback from Canadians who are angry that the King has not spoken up for them against Trump.
“I am a 73-year-old proud ********* and loyal royal supporter. Should the King choose a relationship with Trump over support of Canada, I will be changing my support to withdrawing from the Commonwealth,” emailed Peggy.
“I realise the Royal Family don’t usually get involved in politics, but this is different and at the moment many here are wondering why we have a King as head of state at all,” Ann said in an email to the newsletter.
It won’t be an easy balancing act, when so much of the King’s diplomacy has to be in symbols as much as words. He has to speak on the advice of ministers, in Canada and the ***.
It seems like a long time since one of the famous moments of unspoken royal commentary, when the late Queen Elizabeth II stood in front of a big bunch of flowers in the Ukrainian colours of blue and yellow, in the weeks after the Russian invasion.
And who was she meeting? A popular young ********* prime minister called Justin Trudeau. It was seen as a sign of Western solidarity to support Ukraine.
Would anyone have believed three years later that he’d be seeking support against the United States?

HP Omen 32 OLED 4K 240 Hz gaming monitor review: Speedy, colorful, precise, and flexible
HP Omen 32 OLED 4K 240 Hz gaming monitor review: Speedy, colorful, precise, and flexible
Why you can trust Tom’s Hardware
Our expert reviewers spend hours testing and comparing products and services so you can choose the best for you. Find out more about how we test.
One of the happy trends in the evolution of gaming monitors has been their improved picture quality and color accuracy. Ten years ago, I often qualified their image fidelity with the tag “for a gaming monitor.” I didn’t usually see one that could match a professional display for low grayscale, gamma, and color errors.
These days, it’s hard to find a gaming screen that even needs calibration. Many look great right out of the box and can only be minimally improved with instrumented adjustments. But they aren’t fully professional, either. For professional status, you need composition markers for film production, multiple color modes that match industry standards, and quick calibration using integrated tools.
HP seeks to upend the norm with its new Omen 32 OLED. It is two displays in one with the software and capability to match. On one side, it’s a 4K 240 Hz screen with Adaptive-Sync, HDR, and Quantum Dot color. With a simple OSD switch, it becomes a pro monitor with selectable color gamuts, markers, HDR adjustments and available calibration software that makes keeping it to spec a snap. Let’s take a look.

Starting with the Omen 32 OLED’s gaming cred, it is one of a small group of high-end panels that combines the best of everything: 4K 3840×2160 resolution, Quantum Dot color, 240 Hz, Adaptive-Sync and HDR10 with a VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. It delivers the same perfect motion resolution as any fast OLED while being certified by AMD and Nvidia for FreeSync and G-Sync, respectively. It also has the expected group of gaming aids, including crosshairs, timers, and frame counters. LED lighting graces the back so it looks the part as much as it delivers great game performance.
On the professional side, it includes a factory calibration for all gamuts from sRGB to BT.2020. Once you switch the OSD to Professional mode, you just pick the desired gamut, and it defaults to industry specs for grayscale and gamma. Calibration can be accomplished using HP’s Display Center which is a free download. It is very powerful, and it not only maintains the Omen 32 OLED’s built-in modes but also allows the user to create up to three additional memories. You can even create a BT.601 color space for the creation and restoration of standard definition content. If you remember 480p and 480i, you’ll know what I’m talking about.
The Omen 32 OLED doesn’t stop at software features. It also has one of the most powerful KVM and multi-source menus I’ve yet seen. There is a plethora of USB ports, type C and type A, along with the ability to bind them to the four video inputs, DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1, and USB-C. You can do that along with the PIP and PBP functions to extend or mirror another screen from a laptop or tablet using another free app called Omen Gear Switch.
The Omen 32 OLED is priced at the premium level for $1,300 at this writing. While that isn’t a small sum, you are essentially getting two monitors here. One is a premium gaming screen with top-level performance, and the other is a fully realized professional display that is qualified for critical applications in video and graphic production.
Assembly and Accessories
The Omen 32 OLED comes packed in engineered cardboard rather than crumbly foam. It’s well protected and the entire carton is recyclable. The first thing I extracted was its enormous power supply brick. It’s the largest one I’ve yet seen. HP’s reasoning is that it is needed to support the USB hub’s 140-watt capability and the plethora of other ports that are included. It is accompanied by very thick cords which all work to manage heat and keep it out of the screen’s housing. They’re long enough that you can put the brick on the floor. Also in the box are two USB cables plus wires for HDMI and DisplayPort. The base seems a bit small for the task, but it is heavy, and the panel is lighter than most OLEDs, thanks to the external power supply. Once the captive bolt is tightened forming the stand, the screen snaps on.

The Omen 32 OLED’s styling doesn’t have a look-at-me vibe but stands out with a white back piece and rear-facing inputs. Rather than a thin screen and a component bulge, it looks more like a traditional LCD. Only its shiny front layer suggests something different. It doesn’t pick up too many reflections, but you should avoid sunny windows and bright overhead lights. The Omen logo can be seen on the front bezel and the back, presented in screened-on lettering.
In the back, you can see a central ****** rectangle that hides the 100mm VESA mount under a flush cover. An LED ring surrounds it, which can display any color of the rainbow and cycle through multiple effects. The controls consist of a joystick, power toggle and KVM key.
The stand is relatively solid, but the attachment point is a little small, which introduces some wobble. Luckily, the panel isn’t too heavy. Ergonomics include 5/20 degrees tilt, 90-degree portrait mode and a four-inch height adjustment. Movements are firm and confident. There’s no swivel action, but the base has felt feet to easily slide on the desktop when turning the monitor.
Inputs face rearwards and boast an extensive array. You get two HDMI 2.1, one DisplayPort 1.4, and one USB-C for video. Peripherals and KVM can utilize two additional USB-Cs and three USB-As, all version 3.2. Headphones get a 3.5mm jack and there are a pair of good speakers built in that include a selection of sound modes for different sonic environments. Speaking of headphones, there’s a little divot on the panel’s top left edge that accepts an included white magnetic hook from which to hang your favorite cans.
OSD Features
The Omen 32 OLED literally reinvents the computer monitor OSD. It’s unlike anything I’ve seen before and once I got the hang, it made a lot of sense. It’s very large and easily read from a distance which makes me wonder why no remote was included. Pressing the joystick brings it up.

The OSD starts with a small quick menu with the Professional and Gaming switch at the top, followed by picture modes, brightness and tools appropriate to the selected mode. Professional and Gaming each have a unique set of image presets. Gaming caters to different game types, while Professional offers the most commonly used gamuts, sRGB, Rec.709, Adobe RGB, DCI-P3 and BT.2020.
Keep clicking downward and you’ll open the full menu with sub-screens arrayed across the top and options shown below. It’s very intuitive and easy to find what you need. Gaming options are complete with Adaptive-Sync toggle, frame rate counter, aiming points and timers.
The Picture menu includes eight game image presets. Native is the go-to for full color and an accurate image. Every mode can be tweaked using Downstream RGB Adjust, which has gain and bias sliders. The Lighting screen lets you play with the LEDs in back, which can be any color you desire. They can be static, breathing, random or cycling.
The input selector does much more than change inputs. It’s also the KVM center and PIP/PBP control. You can have many combinations of input, USB port and screen arrangement. This can also be controlled by HP’s Gear Switch app. It’s the most powerful KVM and screen management feature I’ve yet seen.
In the Audio menu are four sound modes which sound distinctly different. I liked DTS Video for its healthy bass boost. The internal speakers are better than most, but you’ll get the most benefit from a good pair of headphones. If you’re concerned about OLED burn-in, there are protection features that detect letterbox bars, dim the screen and save the panel from persistent logos and status bars. You can also run a refresh routine automatically every 16 hours or more often manually if you wish.
In the Professional menu, the look changes to one of function. There are five picture modes, and you can view the preset information, gamma, grayscale and gamut coordinates for each one. Like the Gaming side, you can tweak each mode’s grayscale using the RGB gain and bias sliders. HDR gets extra attention with three different clipping levels. This controls how aggressively the variable brightness is in HDR mode. You can also activate content markers, which aid in video production. They are enhanced by selectable aspect ratios and a center cross icon.
All settings are mode independent which means changes made to one mode won’t affect another. This makes the Omen 32 OLED supremely flexible, and you can set it up for any task, work or play, with ease.
HP Display Center
The Omen 32 OLED includes easy calibration by way of HP’s Display Center app which is a free download. It supports many different color meters and can be used to maintain the included presets and create additional ones to the user’s preference. It also can calibrate HDR, which is something most monitors lack. The app mimics all functions of the OSD as well.
Calibrating is very easy. You just create the parameters you want, hang the meter and click go. The patterns are automated and generated for you, so no additional video source is needed. A full session takes 8-10 minutes and can be run on a schedule if you like.
HP Omen 32 OLED Calibration Settings
The Omen 32 OLED doesn’t need calibration in any of its Professional modes, or in the Gaming Native mode which I used for testing. There are no gamma presets in the OSD, but you can tweak grayscale using RGB gain and bias sliders. They are extremely precise, with 1,023 steps of adjustment. If you want to change gamma, the Display Center app can do that for you. To change the gamut using the OSD, pick the appropriate mode in the Professional menu. HDR also includes RGB gain and bias sliders along with three different clipping points. For the most impactful and brightest HDR, choose 1,000 nits. My SDR settings are below. No changes were needed in HDR mode.

Gaming and Hands-on
The Omen 32 OLED is an incredibly flexible and versatile display. As a gaming monitor, it is awesome in the way all premium OLEDs are. The picture is stunning, with deep contrast and vivid color. It’s nice and bright in SDR mode, though I occasionally missed the variable brightness option in graphics-heavy games like Tomb Raider. The rich color helped a lot there. HDR games are really enhanced by the 1,000-nit peak option. I noted that it is always set to that in Gaming mode. If you want a lower peak of 400 or 250 nits, that can be chosen in Professional mode.
Motion processing is as good as it gets and the higher the frame rate, the better. I could sustain 240fps at 4K resolution with Doom Eternal set to max detail. My GeForce RTX 4090 helped there. If you’re going to game at 3840×2160, you should get the fastest video card you can afford.
Motion processing was visually perfect in every respect. Adaptive-Sync worked without issue. There were no artifacts like phasing or stuttering. Granted, you don’t need a $1,300 monitor to achieve this. Any 240 Hz OLED will give you the same feel. The Omen 32 OLED has the lowest input lag in its class. You can check out the test results on the next page to see.
Where the Omen 32 OLED really delivers is versatility. Though its color is spot-on in Gaming mode, it is also ready for critical applications in professional mode. You can choose any gamut you like for video or photography creation from Rec.709 and sRGB to DCI-P3 and BT.2020. Adding HP’s free Display Center app to the toolkit takes the Omen 32 OLED to another level. Calibration is a 10-minute affair that you can run while going out for a snack. I could tweak any of the preset modes or create up to three additional presets. And the Omen 32 OLED is the only monitor I’m aware of that can reproduce BT.601. Granted, this color space is old tech. But if you are remastering an old TV show, you’ll need that gamut. The inclusion of composition marks is cool too. That makes the Omen 32 OLED suitable for on-site production as a tethered display.
I played a bit with the KVM feature and found it extremely powerful. The Omen 32 OLED has a ton of USB ports and coupled with its four video inputs and useful PIP/PBP options, it can serve as an anchor for a multi-system setup that includes a laptop and/or gaming console. It’s easy to set up in the OSD or using HP’s Gear Switch app.
Physically, it’s a professional and premium monitor in every respect. The stand and panel are rugged and relatively light in weight. Moving the substantial power supply to an external brick makes sense from a bulk and heat management standpoint. Yes, it’s big and heavy. But the cables are long enough so you can put it on the floor. The only convenience that could be added here is a handheld remote. The OSD is perfectly suited for distant viewing.
Takeaway: The Omen 32 OLED is a supremely capable, accurate, flexible and versatile display. It’s one of the best gaming monitors you can buy. And it’s one of the best professional monitors you can buy. Though it is expensive, it’s a bargain when you view it as two monitors in one. Coupled with the extremely powerful KVM feature, it’s hard to imagine anything it could not do well.

One dead, suspect held as car hits crowd: ******* police
One person has died and several are injured after a car drove into a crowd of people in the ******* city of Mannheim a police spokesman says, adding that one suspect had been arrested.
The official said it was unclear whether any other suspects were involved.
The police is appealing to the public in the western ******* city to stay at home.
The incident occurred as crowds gathered in cities across regions including Germany’s Rhineland for parades to mark the Carnival season.
A ****** SUV drove at high speed into people, travelling from the centrally located Paradeplatz square towards the city’s landmark water tower, the Mannheim24 news website reported.
A reporter from the DPA news agency at the scene witnessed a person being covered by a sheet among debris.
Police spokesman Stefan Wilhelm said that a driver drove into a group of people in Paradeplatz, a pedestrianised street in Mannheim.
He said “several” people were injured but police cannot yet specify how many were hurt and how badly they were hurt.
“We can confirm that one perpetrator was arrested,” he said.
“We can’t yet give information on whether there were further perpetrators.”
Paradeplatz, a major square in the downtown area, lies at the end of a pedestrianised street in Mannheim, which has a population of 326,000 and lies 85km south of Frankfurt.
Mannheim University Hospital said it has prepared everything for a possible mass casualty incident.
The hospital has implemented its disaster and emergency plan to prepare for the care of the injured.
The police operation followed a “dangerous” incident, a police spokesperson earlier told the broadcaster NTV.
Security has been a key concern in Germany following a string of violent attacks in recent weeks, including deadly car rammings in Magdeburg in December and in Munich last month as well as a stabbing in Mannheim in May 2024.
Police were on high alert for this year’s carnival parades after social media accounts connected to the Islamic State militant group called for attacks on the events in Cologne and Nuremberg.

Hint for today’s Strands puzzle
Today’s Strand answers
Strands is a brand new daily puzzle from the New York Times. A trickier take on the classic word search, you’ll need a keen eye to solve this puzzle.
Like Wordle, Connections, and the Mini Crossword, Strands can be a bit difficult to solve some days. There’s no shame in needing a little help from time to time. If you’re stuck and need to know the answers to today’s Strands puzzle, check out the solved puzzle below.
How to play Strands
You start every Strands puzzle with the goal of finding the “theme words” hidden in the grid of letters. Manipulate letters by dragging or tapping to craft words; double-tap the final letter to confirm. If you find the correct word, the letters will be highlighted blue and will no longer be selectable.
If you find a word that isn’t a theme word, it still helps! For every three non-theme words you find that are at least four letters long, you’ll get a hint — the letters of one of the theme words will be revealed and you’ll just have to unscramble it.
Every single letter on the grid is used to spell out the theme words and there is no overlap. Every letter will be used once, and only once.
Each puzzle contains one “spangram,” a special theme word (or words) that describe the puzzle’s theme and touches two opposite sides of the board. When you find the spangram, it will be highlighted yellow.
The goal should be to complete the puzzle quickly without using too many hints.

Teradata unveils vector store to fuel AI development
Teradata unveils vector store to fuel AI development
Teradata on Monday unveiled Enterprise Vector Store, a feature that will enable customers to process high volumes of vectors nearly instantaneously to fuel AI development.
Vectors are numerical representations of data assigned by algorithms. They are a key means of giving structure to unstructured data, such as text, so it can be searched and discovered. In addition, vectors enable similarity searches, so large amounts of related data can be discovered.
Given that AI tools require large volumes of high-quality data to deliver accurate outputs, as interest in AI development has increased, vector search and storage have become critical.
By adding Enterprise Vector Store, now in private preview with general availability expected in July, Teradata addressing a rising need in a way that makes adding vector capabilities simple and cost effective, according to Steven Dickens, CEO and principal analyst of HyperFrame Research.
When vector search and storage capabilities are not part of a data management platform such as Teradata, users need to add third-party tools, which can be complex and costly.
“We’re seeing a reduction in the need for a separate vector database,” Dickens said. “There are vendors that are positioning vector databases as a standalone. What Teradata is doing largely negates that need. What that means for enterprises is less data movement, better security and reduced operations.”
Among others, Oracle and AWS have similarly added vector search and storage capabilities to their databases.
“You can get excited about the feature functions of a standalone vector store, but the value comes from operational security and cost,” Dickens said.
Adding vector store
With generative AI’s potential to make workers better informed and more efficient, many enterprises are investing heavily in AI development.
In response, with proprietary data needed to train AI to understand an enterprise’s operations, many data management and analytics vendors have built environments that enable customers to use their data with language models to develop AI applications.
Critical to those development environments have been vector search and storage that enable developers to discover relevant data for training AI.
Among competitors, Databricks made vector search and storage generally available in May 2024. SingleStore did so in late 2023. Now, Teradata is doing the same, spurred by the rising interest in generative AI development, according to Louis Landry, the vendor’s chief technology officer.
Teradata already enables AI development, such as machine learning. Adding capabilities that support generative AI development was a logical next step.
“The market started to explode around this stuff,” Landry said. “Vectors are the next data type that needs to be thought about in an enterprise data landscape, and we wanted to be part of that.”
In addition, user feedback played a part, he continued, noting that customers related that they had tried specialized databases that hadn’t held up to the workload demands of large enterprises and needed help.
“That really lit a fire,” Landry said.
Using Enterprise Vector Store, Teradata customers can combine structured and unstructured data to feed AI development pipelines while taking advantage of existing Teradata features such as data governance.
In addition, Enterprise Vector Store includes the following:
Integration with the Nvidia NIM AI development platform to boost the performance, scalability and accuracy of AI tools.
Management of the full vectorized data lifecycle, from generation and indexing through intelligent search.
Workload processing within the existing Teradata environment, which enables flexible deployment options including cloud, on-premises and hybrid.
Support for development frameworks such as LangChain.
Features aimed at ensuring outputs can be trusted, such as tracking and explaining changes to data over time.
While none of the features differentiate Teradata’s Enterprise Vector Store from the capabilities provided by specialists such as Pinecone and ChromaDB, or those offered by competing data platform vendors, the new capabilities are still significant, according to Dickens.
A specialized database might have more features than Enterprise Vector Store. Those extra features, however, are not must-haves. Enterprise Vector Store includes the needed capabilities and is therefore a far more attractive option for Teradata customers than adding a vector database from a third party.
“Vectors are obviously important but turning that feature function on in what you’ve already got rather than having to replicate that function with a standalone platform removes complexity,” Dickens said. “Removing complexity saves money, saves time and reduces your security exposure.”
As a result, any reasons Teradata customers may have had to migrate to another data platform are gone, Dickens continued. Teradata modernized its cloud-based data management and analytics capabilities in 2022. Now, it’s adding capabilities that enable AI development.
Next, it might add new customers if Teradata can improve its messaging and work more seamlessly with hyperscale clouds such as AWS, Google, and Microsoft.
“Teradata has a huge installed base of some premium names, and if they can add some names to that through some of the new capabilities — maybe in the mid-market enterprise — that’s going to fuel growth,” Dickens said. “The feature functions are there with things like vector store, and they have a cloud delivery model.”
Next steps
With Enterprise Vector Store in preview, enabling AI development will continue to be part of Teradata’s product development plans, according to Landry. In particular, helping customers build applications they can trust is a focus.
In addition, enabling customers to automate business processes using AI agents is part of Teradata’s roadmap, Landry continued.
“Teradata’s play in all of this isn’t to necessarily be on the bleeding edge but to bring real business value as technology matures,” he said.
Dickens, meanwhile, suggested that Teradata would be wise to focus on making its platform more integrated with hyperscale clouds through partnerships that make Teradata a preferred platform.
SAP and Databricks recently unveiled such a partnership. Likewise, Oracle is aligning with other hyperscale clouds.
“Yes, you can consume VantageCloud [on other clouds], but is it truly a first-party service?” Dickens said. “If you’re an AWS shop and can see that Teradata works with AWS, that’s great. It’s that type of simple flow that Teradata needs to do a better job of.”

Kroger Chairman and CEO resigns following investigation into personal conduct
Kroger Chairman and CEO resigns following investigation into personal conduct
Kroger Chairman and CEO Rodney McMullen has resigned after an internal investigation into his personal conduct.
Kroger, the nation’s largest grocery chain, said Monday that the investigation into McMullen’s personal conduct was unrelated to the business, but was found to be inconsistent with its business ethics policy.
Board member Ronald Sargent will serve as chairman and interim CEO, effective immediately.
Sargent has been on Kroger’s board since 2006 and has served as the lead director of the company since 2017. He’s worked in several roles at the grocery chain across stores, sales, marketing, manufacturing and strategy. Sargent is also the former Chairman and CEO of Staples.
McMullen, 64, began his career with Kroger in 1978 as a part-time stock clerk and bagger at a store in Lexington, Kentucky. He worked his way up through the company, becoming chief financial officer in 1995 and chief operating officer in 2009. McMullen was named Kroger’s CEO in 2014 and became the company’s chairman the following year.
Kroger said its board was made aware of the situation on Feb. 21 and immediately hired an outside independent counsel to conduct an investigation, overseen by a special board committee.
The company said that McMullen’s conduct is not related to its financial performance, operations or reporting, and did not involve any Kroger associates.
Kroger will conduct a search for its next CEO, with Sargent agreeing to remain as interim CEO until someone is appointed to the role permanently.
Shares of Kroger, based in Cincinnati, fell about 1.3% before the opening bell.

Did Lenovo’s new solar PC just change the future of laptops?
Did Lenovo’s new solar PC just change the future of laptops?
At MWC (Mobile World Conference) in Barcelona today, Lenovo revealed a proof of concept for “a PC powered by the sun.” The entire lid of the laptop has been decked out with a top-class solar panel capable of 24% conversion efficiency — which is as high as the best roof-top panels you can buy.
According to Lenovo, 20 minutes in direct sunlight will power up to one hour of video playback on the PC, and even low-light conditions will allow enough power generation to sustain the laptop’s battery charge while idling. The high efficiency is achieved through “Back Contact Cell” technology and an advanced tracking system that constantly adjusts the charger’s settings to maximize energy-saving and stability.
The most exciting part is that, aside from the distinctive solar panel grid pattern on the lid, you can’t even distinguish this from a “normal” laptop. It’s just 15mm thick and weighs 1.22kg, making it the world’s first ultraslim solar-powered PC. Its specs are also nothing to be disappointed about — Lenovo imagines this 12-inch laptop powered by Intel Core Ultra processors with up to 32GB of memory, 1TB of storage, and an OLED display.
Lenovo
Other specs include a 50.2 Wh battery, a 2M IR camera, four speakers and microphones, and three USB-C ports. For customers interested in soaking up as much sun as possible, Lenovo also showed off a proof of concept for a portable solar panel kit and power bank. This little gadget would allow you to charge up a power bank by plugging in the USB-C solar panel and attaching it to a bag, tent, tree, or any other sunny place you spot.
This could come in handy whenever you’re using your Yoga Solar PC and don’t want to go out and sit in direct sunlight yourself. Instead, you can take advantage by setting up your solar kit and collecting some energy for later. It would also make a great accessory for anyone who wants to join in on the solar-powered fun without buying a whole new PC.
Lenovo
It’s impossible to know at this point how much of the power a typical user gets through would be generated by the sun — but does it really matter? Any amount of solar-generated power is better than no solar-generated power, and with this prototype, it seems like Lenovo has managed to create a solar-powered PC without making any sacrifices to size, design, or specs. That makes me think there’s no reason not to have solar panels in our PCs.
That said, we don’t know what the price of such a PC would be yet, and a high price point would definitely affect accessibility — for now. But the sooner we bring designs like this to the market, the sooner people will find ways to bring prices down. Here’s hoping Lenovo makes this one a reality because I think solar-powered PCs would be a great direction for us to head in.

Rohit denies Dubai base gives India edge over Australia
Rohit denies Dubai base gives India edge over Australia
India captain Rohit Sharma has dismissed suggestions that they have had an unfair advantage by being allowed to play all their Champions Trophy matches in Dubai.
India refused to tour Pakistan for the tournament because of the strained political relations between the bitter neighbours, who play each other only in multi-team events.
The International Cricket Council, which has former Indian board secretary Jay Shah as its current chairman, has been criticised for obliging the game’s financial engine by letting India camp in Dubai.
While other teams shuttled among three Pakistani cities and Dubai, India did not face any travel hassle and gained valuable insights into the spin-friendly conditions in Dubai having played their all three group matches here.
Rohit denied they held any advantage and said surfaces at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium behaved differently.
“There are four or five surfaces that are being used and every surface has a different nature,” the opener said ahead of Tuesday’s semi-final against Australia.
“The pitches look the same, but when you play on it, it has played in a different way. So, you can’t go thinking ‘we played like this yesterday, and today we’ll play like this’.
“We don’t know which pitch is going to be played in the semi-final. But whatever happens, we have to adapt and see what is happening.
“This is not our home, this is Dubai. We don’t play so many matches here. This is new for us too.”
Nevertheless, India’s four-pronged spin unit claiming nine of the 10 New Zealand wickets on Sunday while successfully defending 9-249 reflected the turn on offer in Dubai.
Varun Chakravarthy, India’s fourth spinner, claimed 5-42 in his Champions Trophy debut leaving skipper Rohit with “a good headache”.
Australia substituted injured opener Matthew Short with spin bowling all-rounder Cooper Connolly but the onus will be on Adam Zampa to lead a spin attack that also features Glenn Maxwell and part-timers Marnus Labuschagne and Travis Head.
“I don’t think I’m bowling quite at my best but I like to think the beauty about me, when I’m not quite at my best and not feeling that great out there, is my ability to still contribute and take those big wickets,” leg-spinner Zampa said.
India are unbeaten in this year’s tournament but Rohit predicted a tough contest against Australia, who beat them in the finals of both the T20 and ODI World Cups in 2023.
“Look, Australia have been such a great team over the years,” said Rohit.
“So we will expect some fightbacks, we will expect some nervy times as well in the middle.
“But that is how the game is being played these days. And you are talking about a semi-final.”

Assassin’s Creed Shadows: Here’s How Mastery And Knowledge Works
Assassin’s Creed Shadows: Here’s How Mastery And Knowledge Works
Assassin’s Creed Shadows will feature a progression loop that allows players to fine-tune the skills of protagonists Naoe and Yasuke, while also ensuring that no character is left behind thanks to shared progression systems. Ubisoft says its goal for the game was to stay as close as possible to the philosophies of mastery and martial arts, as players will be able to focus on investing points in the Mastery skill-trees and gaining ranks in Knowledge.
Mastery features a traditional gameplay system of earning experience points by leveling up your character through the normal course of play, eliminating targets, and defeating unique enemies like samurai Daisho who lurk inside fortified castles. By earning enough points, players can expand their skills by learning new combo attacks, increasing their proficiency with weapons, and by unlocking new abilities. Yasuke will gain new samurai abilities, while Naoe will gain new stealth-focused skills that will turn her into a lethal assassin.
A closer look at Naoe’s Mastery tree in Assassin’s Creed Shadows
What’s important to note here is that Naoe and Yasuke share their progression, so if you focus on playing as one character specifically, the other won’t be under-leveled when you decide to tag out. “With the unique Mastery trees, we want to give players the freedom to dedicate themselves into a specific weapon, playstyle, or archetype, and ensure they can deepen their mastery of it,” associate game director Julien explained in a blog post. “The points you invest in a Mastery tree also unlock additional bonuses for that weapon or archetype, further reinforcing your progress.”
Mastery essentially allows you to specialize the direction in which a character grows, but if you ever get tired of the archetype you’ve developed, these builds can be reset at any time and you can funnel the refunded points into different skills to change up your playstyle.
When it comes to Knowledge, this can be upgraded by exploring the world around you through non-violent activities. The higher your rank, the better the upgrades you’ll unlock for Yasuke and Naoe. Some of the activities you can take part in include finding Lost Pages in temples, praying at shrines, doing some Kuji-kiri Meditation for Naoe, or learning new Kata for Yasuke. Any Knowledge gained by one character will be shared with the other, letting both of the Shadows leads benefit from the exploration done by their counterparts.
After a few delays, Assassin’s Creed Shadows will officially launch for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S on March 20. If you’re looking to avoid spoilers, you might want to steer clear of social media as physical copies of the game have made it into the wild and several people are posting spoilers online.

Nvidia and Broadcom continue trialing Intel 18A test chips: Report
Nvidia and Broadcom continue trialing Intel 18A test chips: Report
Nvidia and Broadcom are both testing chips using Intel’s new 18A manufacturing process, reports sources to Reuters, indicating that these well-known projects continue. Intel’s 18A process is the company’s first fabrication technology to rely on gate-all-around RibbonFET transistors and a backside power delivery network named PowerVia. The Intel 18A process is broadly comparable to TSMC’s N2 node. However, 18A is thought to be faster, while N2 is a denser chip.
Reuters sources suggest that both Nvidia and Broadcom’s tests are not being conducted on complete chip designs, but the companies want to understand how 18A works in both behavior and performance. It’s common to test processors before committing to purchasing them outright.
This isn’t entirely new information, as there have been reports that Broadcom had been testing 18A since as early as September 2024. Back then, it was claimed that Broadcom’s tests using 18A did not meet expectations, but that was not confirmed, with Broadcom merely saying the tests were ongoing.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has claimed as far back as 2022 that Nvidia would consider using Intel-fabricated chips, and noted the company had test chips under active testing in 2023. In 2024, Tom’s Hardware quizzed Intel Foundry Services chief Stu Pann about the company’s RAMP-C project, in which Nvidia is a formal partner. This program gives companies federal funding to build test chips on Intel’s 18A process node for military applications.
Intel recently launched a dedicated website to advertise its 18A process, and consumer Panther Lake processors are set to enter mass production in mid-2025.
An Intel spokesperson told Reuters: “We don’t comment on specific customers but continue to see strong interest and engagement on Intel 18A across our ecosystem.”
While Intel’s 18A process is reportedly garnering interest from big-name clients, Reuters claims to have reviewed supplier documents that indicate a problem with some unnamed third-party IP providers. Reuters claims this situation is causing “potential further delays in Intel’s ability to deliver chips for some contract manufacturing customers” that could stretch the launch times for small and mid-size customers to mid-2026. Intel responded that it remains on track to begin fabricating chips in the second half of this year.
Get Tom’s Hardware’s best news and in-depth reviews, straight to your inbox.
This is happening on the backdrop of a particularly difficult ******* for Intel, as the company lost $1.6 billion in 2024 and continues to struggle in its data center and foundry divisions. Former CEO Pat Gelsinger was ousted in December 2024, despite being one of the key people to lead Intel toward developing 18A, a product that could theoretically compete with TSMC’s dominance.
Former Intel CEO Craig Barrett said on the matter: “In my opinion, a far better move might be to fire the Intel board and rehire Pat Gelsinger to finish the job he has aptly handled over the past few years.”
While Broadcom and Nvidia are likely to be testing 18A chips, Intel is in a position where it needs to lock down big clients for its next process node. Intel isn’t expecting a quick pathway to profitability with its Foundry, as the company doesn’t predict it will break even until 2027.

Jim Cramer Says ‘People Were Worried About The MicroStrategy Incorporated (MSTR) Convert’
Jim Cramer Says ‘People Were Worried About The MicroStrategy Incorporated (MSTR) Convert’
We recently published an article titled Jim Cramer Discusses These 12 Stocks & Says Late Selloffs Are Deliberate. In this article, we are going to take a look at where MicroStrategy Incorporated (NASDAQ:MSTR) stands against the other stocks.
In a recent appearance on CNBC’s Squawk on the Street, Jim Cramer commented on a late-hours market selloff. Cramer shared that he was “tired of it [the selloff]. I’m tired because it just seems totally artificial. I mean someone comes in and blitzes the market in the last twenty minutes.” He believes “There’s no reason to do that other than you wanna take it down. I don’t know why, I’ve seen this periodically in my career. These are, what I regard as being, deliberate. Not manipulation, because that’s too strong.”
The selloffs are “a deliberate attempt to send the market down because the market can’t handle the level of selling,” he added. He added that since “buybacks stop at three thirty. So if you really want to get a good price you wouldn’t just come there and jam it.” Cramer posited that the selloff was done by “someone who wants the market down. . . .You know, David, this is no sin to point it out. There are a lot of people, let’s say someone wanted the market up. You know, they come in at the end of the quarter and take it up. Somebody wanted the market down. It made no sense to come in. This is the third day that they blitzed the close.”
When asked whether we’ll ever find out who was behind the selloff, the CNBC TV show host stated: “Well no, and you never will know.” Cramer’s co-host David Faber also wondered about the role of algorithmic trading in the markets. Cramer believes that such traders “think they’re going to make money. They’re not doing it.”
The conversation then shifted to the Magnificent 7 stocks which have been underperforming lately. According to Cramer:
“Yeah but Morgan Stanley’s saying they’re underweight in these big caps. But then again if you were actual weight in these big caps, you’d have thirty percent NASDAQ, you know and it would be mostly Mag 7. So to be underweight may not be as important. But this is what people are talking about.”
Another topic that he frequently discusses on his show is Elon Musk and DOGE. On this front, while some judges might have granted government employees reprieve, Cramer believes that it can be short-lived. He shared:
“Well they got a lot of Democratic judge who are probably not in the favor of this thing. You got the right judge, you get in Supreme Court, they’re gonna win. I mean that’s the whole point. But I would say that Bank of America’s finally addressed it, really good fact. Yes. . . USAID, that’s all a dry run. It’s a dry run for the big guys. And the big guys are the Department of Defense and Medicaid, and here they come. They’re going.”
Story Continues
As for the spending cuts, he commented on a recent media article that “says is, alright, they did the little guys. Now, here comes the big guys. And we all would say that defense has too much spending. And by the way, the army has the fewest number of recruits since the war. So, I mean, you can say that it’s hardware but it is important to point out that the army is having a hard time getting . . .”
To make our list of the stocks that Jim Cramer talked about, we listed down all the stocks he mentioned during CNBC’s Squawk on the Street aired on February 25th.
For these stocks, we also mentioned the number of hedge fund investors. Why are we interested in the stocks that hedge funds pile into? The reason is simple: our research has shown that we can outperform the market by imitating the top stock picks of the best hedge funds. Our quarterly newsletter’s strategy selects 14 small-cap and large-cap stocks every quarter and has returned 373.4% since May 2014, beating its benchmark by 218 percentage points (see more details here).
Jim Cramer Says You Should Stay Away from MicroStrategy (MSTR)

MicroStrategy Incorporated (NASDAQ:MSTR) has been one of the most popular retail stocks these days. It is particularly popular with the Bitcoin camp as the firm has added nearly half a million Bitcoins to its portfolio. MicroStrategy Incorporated (NASDAQ:MSTR)’s Bitcoin holdings have made its shares a proxy to the cryptocurrency. The linkage also led the shares to drop by 23% in February after Bitcoin dipped below $90,000. Here is what Cramer said about MicroStrategy Incorporated (NASDAQ:MSTR):
“People were worried about the MicroStrategy convert. I’m not worried about Saylor. He is a survivor.”
Overall MSTR ranks 10th on our list of the stocks Jim Cramer recently discussed. While we acknowledge the potential of MSTR as an investment, our conviction lies in the belief that some AI stocks hold greater promise for delivering higher returns and doing so within a shorter time frame. Realme Showcases Interchangeable-Lens Concept, Previews New AI Features at MWC 2025
Realme Showcases Interchangeable-Lens Concept, Previews New AI Features at MWC 2025
Realme showcased a new interchangeable-lens concept on Monday at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona. The consumer tech brand’s new camera technology is currently a prototype, and it will allow users to mount digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) lenses directly to a smartphone. The company said this will significantly enhance the capability of a handset to capture high-quality images. Alongside the new lens system, Realme also previewed a couple of new artificial intelligence (AI) imaging features that could soon roll out to the company’s devices.
Realme Demonstrates Interchangeable-Lens Concept
In a press release, the ******** brand detailed its new interchangeable-lens concept. Contrary to the name, it does not replace the in-built camera lenses of a smartphone, but instead allows users to mount a DSLR lens to the device and capture images using it. The company believes the technology can enable users to capture professional-grade images with their handsets.
The interchangeable-lens concept is a prototype device that features a 1-inch customised Sony sensor paired with a proprietary lens mount system. This system can be attached to a compatible smartphone’s camera module, and the software will use the mounted lens as the primary camera. At MWC 2025, Realme showcased two lenses, including a 73mm portrait lens and a 234mm telephoto lens. The company claimed these lens mounts will allow users to click a wide range of photos, including professional bokeh shots and lossless 10x zoom.
Notably, the lens system is currently a prototype and is not mass-produced. Realme said the showcase is part of the company’s commitment to exploring solutions to industry-wide challenges such as sensor size limitations and digital zoom compromises.
Alongside the new camera technology, the consumer tech brand also previewed two new AI imaging features aimed at making photo and video editing seamless. The first feature is dubbed AI Voice-based Retoucher.
Realme says it will allow users to edit photos using voice-based commands. Users will be able to say “Remove the background” or “change the colour of the sky”, and the AI will understand the prompt and deliver the result without needing to ever touch the screen.
The second feature is AI Video Eraser. This feature will let users remove unwanted objects or people from videos with a single tap, eliminating the need for time-consuming frame-based editing. Notably, the company did not reveal when these features might be rolled out to users.

3 Mid-Caps Worth Watching Closely in March
3 Mid-Caps Worth Watching Closely in March
Mid-cap stocks don’t get the same headlines as large caps but move aggressively in both directions, creating outsized opportunities for investors. Unlike their mega-cap counterparts, which tend to grind higher or lower over time, mid-caps often soar or ****** within days, driven by headlines, sentiment, and pure speculation.
This volatility presents unique opportunities for traders and investors willing to embrace the risk. Mid-caps can deliver massive gains in short timeframes, whether it’s a potential merger play or a biotech rally still gaining momentum overextended. Here are three that should be on your radar in March.
1. H&E Equipment Services: A Takeover Play With Arbitrage Potential
H&E Equipment Services has been on an incredible run, gaining 120% since mid-January. Much of this momentum stems from reports that Herc Holdings (NYSE:) is considering acquiring the company for $104.89 per share.
Despite the takeover rumors, H&E closed Friday at $98, nearly 7% below the rumored buyout price. That gap could present a low-risk arbitrage opportunity, especially if negotiations continue to progress.
It’s a sharp turnaround for a stock that spent December and early January trending lower. With the market pricing in a potential deal but still leaving a discount to the rumored buyout price, traders looking for short-term upside with limited downside risk may find H&E compelling.
2. Oklo: A 30% Pullback After a Massive Rally
Oklo (NYSE:) was one of the hottest stocks on the market heading into February, but the past few weeks have been rough. After soaring to all-time highs, shares have shed more than 30% as investors took profits and sentiment cooled.
The stock’s initial surge was fueled by optimism around its potential to deliver cheap and clean nuclear power, a theme that captured Wall Street’s attention. However, it’s still an early-stage company that has yet to bring its product to market, making it vulnerable to extreme volatility.
The recent five-day losing streak may be a much-needed reset after an unsustainable run. But once the dust settles, don’t be surprised if Oklo takes off again – this time with more measured momentum rather than the breakneck 1,000% rally it saw between September and February.
3. Akero Therapeutics: Holding Its 140% Gains With More Room to Run
Akero Therapeutics (NASDAQ:) has been on a 140% run since mid-January, and unlike many biotech stocks that fade after big rallies, Akero is holding steady.
The catalyst? Strong Phase 2b trial results for its MASH drug, a potential treatment for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis, which is considered one of the most lucrative untapped drug markets. Investors have remained confident in the upside, even as the company took advantage of the rally to sell more stock.
This resilience is backed by institutional support. Bank of America recently upgraded the stock to a Buy, with a new price target of $63 – a more than 20% upside from last week’s closing price of $52. With momentum holding strong and major analysts backing further gains, Akero should still have plenty of room to run in March.
Final Thoughts
Mid-cap stocks come with higher volatility, but investors with an appetite for risk offer outsized reward potential. H&E has a takeover narrative that could unlock quick gains. Oklo is setting up for another potential breakout after a major pullback, and Akero is holding its biotech rally with further upside in sight.
These three stocks deserve a close watch for those looking to capture big moves in March.

RayNeo’s cheap smart glasses announcement is what I’ve been waiting for
RayNeo’s cheap smart glasses announcement is what I’ve been waiting for
RayNeo announces launch month for RayNeo Air 3s glasses at MWC
They’re landing in April and only cost $259
Despite being cheaper, they boast better specs than the last-gen Air 2s
RayNeo has set a release month for its RayNeo Air 3s XR glasses at MWC 2025 – with their budget-friendly smart specs due to land in April at a price of $259 (*** pricing to be confirmed). Based on what we’ve seen, these could be the affordable smart specs we’ve been waiting for.
These smart glasses serve as a wearable display for compatible tech like your phone, tablet, console, or RayNeo’s accessories such as its Pocket TV. They virtually project the screen in front of you like your own private movie theater – and even have in-built speakers to complete the package (though the small speakers can struggle at times)
Plus the Air 3s glasses boast several upgrades over the RayNeo Air 2s, with a 650 nits peak brightness, a larger eye box field of view, improved colors and contrast ratio, and all in a 2g-lighter 76g package.
They even look to handle the typically unimpressive audio you get from smart glasses with RayNeo promising its Air 3s glasses offer a 200% superior sound with improved highs, mids, and bass thanks to a new dual-speaker design. If that wasn’t enough, they’re also uber affordable with the new glasses costing almost half of what the $399 RayNeo Air 2s would set you back.
This marks the first of three smart glasses TCL and RayNeo plan to launch this year, with the RayNeo X3 Pro and RayNeo V3 (which we saw at CES 2025) due to land at some point too, though no specifics have been given yet.
The budget specs we’ve been missing
Smart glasses aren’t cheap (Image credit: Future)
We’ll need to test them out for ourselves, but the RayNeo Air 3s glasses might just be the next best cheap smart glasses on our list of the best smart glasses if they can stick the landing.
These wearable displays are some of my favorite gadgets for travelling – whether commuting on a train or taking a flight – but also for using at home when I want to lie back in bed and still enjoy a big-picture experience with a show or movie. I just used a pair of Xreal specs I’m testing for a review on flights to and from Italy and they were perfect.

Unfortunately, many of this style of smart glasses aren’t the most affordable – typically landing around $400 / £400. What’s more, they can seem a little disappointing, usually offering audio that necessitates you get a pair of headphones (due to quality and sound leakage). They also typically offer merely full-HD image resolution, and you may need to buy an add-on like RayNeo’s Pocket TV or Xreal’s Beam Pro to feel like you’re getting a complete package.
At a lower $259 price, the RayNeo Air 3s makes some of these issues easier to stomach, and it sounds like the specs aren’t just settling for mediocrity either – lowering the price while simultaneously bringing upgrades over last-gen’s specs.
If they can live up to the hype, the RayNeo Air 3s specs might have put everyone on notice, and could be the glasses you need to buy if you want to dip your toes into the world of XR beyond the best VR headsets.
