Among Stocks That Will Go to the Moon According to Reddit

Among Stocks That Will Go to the Moon According to Reddit Among Stocks That Will Go to the Moon According to Reddit We recently published a list of 11 Stocks That Will Go to the Moon According to Reddit. In this article, we are going to take a look at where NVIDIA Corp. (NASDAQ:NVDA) stands against other stocks that will go to the moon according to Reddit. Saira Malik, Nuveen’s Head of Equities and Fixed Income, recently joined CNBC’s ‘Closing Bell’ on February 18 to discuss opportunities outside the tech sector and her outlook for the markets. She began by addressing the two primary factors driving markets this year: technology and tariffs. Malik highlighted that while tech stocks have dominated the narrative, recent developments, such as DeepSeek’s announcement, have raised concerns about the immense spending in AI and the uncertainty surrounding its monetization and returns. Malik emphasized looking beyond tech to areas like infrastructure. She mentioned utility companies as a promising investment. When asked about momentum stocks, Malik explained that the momentum trade has propelled markets over the past few years, with the S&P 500 delivering over 20% annual gains during that *******. However, this growth was largely concentrated in the MAG7, which resulted in an S&P 500 valuation premium of 20% above historical averages entering this year. She noted that the momentum trade is now unwinding, partly due to inflated expectations around AI and the lack of productivity gains despite tens of billions of dollars spent in the space. Malik pointed out that international markets are outperforming US markets this year. European markets, in particular, entered 2025 with a 40% valuation discount compared to US markets and have a more cyclical bias. She stated that year-to-date returns suggest investors would benefit from owning international equities. While she expects the S&P 500 to post about 7% earnings growth for 2025 (following a strong Q4 with 12% year-over-year earnings growth), she believes international markets may continue to outperform due to their discounted valuations and cyclical exposure. Malik concluded by emphasizing the importance of being selective in this market environment. She recommended focusing on smaller mid-cap companies with profits, lower leverage, reduced refinancing risks, or economic sensitivity. Sectors like financials could thrive if deregulation or increased mergers and acquisitions activity materialize. She advised investing in stocks with upward earnings estimate revisions rather than those facing downward adjustments to capitalize on current market conditions. We first sifted through threads and posts on WSB and similar subreddits to compile a list of the top trending stocks among retail investors. We then selected the 11 stocks that analysts were bullish on and had an average upside potential over 40% as of March 3. We also added the hedge fund sentiment for each stock, as of Q4 2024, which was sourced from Insider Monkey’s database. The stocks are ranked in ascending order of the number of hedge funds that have stakes in them. Story Continues Why are we interested in the stocks that hedge funds pile into? The reason is simple: our research has shown that we can outperform the market by imitating the top stock picks of the best hedge funds. Our quarterly newsletter’s strategy selects 14 small-cap and large-cap stocks every quarter and has returned 373.4% since May 2014, beating its benchmark by 218 percentage points (see more details here). NVIDIA Corp. (NVDA): Among Stocks That Will Go to the Moon According to Reddit A close-up of a colorful high-end graphics card being plugged in to a gaming computer. Upside Potential as of March 3: 40.09% Number of Hedge Fund Holders: 223 NVIDIA Corp. (NASDAQ:NVDA) is a computing infrastructure company that provides graphics, compute and networking solutions worldwide. Offering GeForce GPUs, data center platforms, and AI software like Omniverse, it serves diverse markets. These include gaming, automotive, and data centers. In FY25, the company generated a total of $115.2 billion in revenue, which was more than double as compared to FY24. FQ4 2025 alone saw a record revenue of $35.6 billion, which represented a 93% year-over-year surge. This improvement came from its data center segment, particularly by its Blackwell and Hopper 200 products. Blackwell sales reached $11 billion in FQ4. Customers are scaling infrastructure with clusters of 100,000+ GPUs. Inference demand is surging, with Blackwell offering up to 25x higher token throughput and 20x lower cost than Hopper 100. Large cloud providers represent about 50% of the company’s data center revenue. FQ1 2026 revenue is projected at about $43 billion, with continued growth in data center and gaming. On February 25, Evercore ISI’s Mark Lipacis maintained a Buy rating on the company with a $190.00 price target. The firm noted strong hyperscaler preference for NVIDIA Corp.’s (NASDAQ:NVDA) ecosystem. The GPU demand is seemingly exceeding supply. AI advancements are also expected to further drive long-term growth. Baron Fifth Avenue Growth Fund is highly positive on NVIDIA Corp. (NASDAQ:NVDA) due to its strong financial performance, dominant position in AI computing, and continued growth potential despite market uncertainties. It stated the following in its Q4 2024 investor letter: “NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) is a fabless semiconductor company specializing in compute and networking systems for accelerated computing and AI. Shares increased 10.6% for the quarter and were up 170.3% in 2024, on strong quarterly results, with record data center revenue, which surpassed $30 billion, driven by demand for its Hopper GPUs, while Gaming and Automotive also beat expectations. Key investor debates include the continued progress on improving the capability of AI models (e.g. scaling laws – see more in the outlook section below), transition from AI training to inference and the potential impact on competitive dynamics, and the pace of adoption of AI across industries. Despite near-term uncertainties, we maintain conviction in NVIDIA’s leadership in accelerated computing, driven by its ability to innovate and adapt to market shifts. With robust margins, a dominant data center presence, and a growing ecosystem across hardware and software, we believe NVIDIA is well positioned to capitalize on the structural growth in AI and high-performance computing.” Overall, NVDA ranks 1st on our list of stocks that will go to the moon according to Reddit. While we acknowledge the growth potential of NVDA, our conviction lies in the belief that AI stocks hold great promise for delivering high returns and doing so within a shorter time frame. If you are looking for an AI stock that is more promising than NVDA but that trades at less than 5 times its earnings, check out our report about the cheapest AI stock. Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas spends days extra at sea to avoid ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas spends days extra at sea to avoid ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred Passengers on a Brisbane-bound cruise ship have been forced to spend days longer at sea as ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred throws holiday plans into chaos. Those aboard Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas were slated to reach *********** shores on Friday, after a week of cruising through the balmy South Pacific. They instead found themselves back at Noumea in New Caledonia, hundreds of kilometres from their destination. One *********** passenger travelling with her family said they had enjoyed days of calm seas and blue skies through the first days of their holiday, though rumours that the looming then-Cyclone Alfred would extend their journey swirled throughout the trip. Camera IconPassengers on-board Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas enjoyed sunny days in New Caledonia and Vanuatu before ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred thwarted their travel plans. supplied Credit: News Corp AustraliaCamera IconPassengers on-board Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas enjoyed sunny days in New Caledonia and Vanuatu before ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred thwarted their travel plans. supplied Credit: News Corp Australia The first sign it may not all be smooth sailing came days before they were due to return to Brisbane. “On Tuesday, the captain made an announcement saying we were going to try and go over Noumea to avoid what we could of the cyclone, but told everyone to prepare for it to be really rough,” she said. “Workers were tying all the deckchairs down and closing the pools. “On Wednesday around lunchtime, the captain made another announcement saying they had decided to extend the cruise as the Port of Brisbane was closed and — just frankly — there was no way of getting through the seas, let alone (docking) at Brisbane.” Camera IconRoyal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas is not expected to dock in Brisbane until early Monday morning. supplied Credit: Supplied In a notice to passengers from Royal Caribbean, the cruise line said they and their chief meteorologist had been monitoring then-Tropical Cyclone Alfred’s progress as it slowly moved towards the coast. “Due to the development of the storm and the closure of the Port of Brisbane, we have decided to remain at sea and safely away from the storm until it moves ashore by week’s end,” the notice read. “We will return to Brisbane on Monday, March 10, instead of Friday. Additionally, we will now revisit Noumea on Friday before making our return to our home port. “We’re terribly sorry for the last-minute change caused by the weather — your safety is our top priority. “Please know, being on-board is one of the safest places because our ship can quickly move out of the way of any inclement weather.” Camera IconPassengers on-board Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas enjoyed sunny days in New Caledonia and Vanuatu before ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred thwarted their travel plans. supplied Credit: News Corp AustraliaCamera IconPassengers on-board Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas enjoyed sunny days in New Caledonia and Vanuatu before ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred thwarted their travel plans. supplied Credit: News Corp Australia A schedule given to guests showed the ship was scheduled to cruise all of Saturday and Sunday before reaching Brisbane at about 6.30am on Monday. Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred was previously expected to maintain a category 2 intensity when it crossed the coast, with some speculation during the week that it could strengthen further. It instead weakened to a category 1 and then again to a tropical low as it approached the mainland on Saturday morning. News of the system forcing Quantum’s delay drew a mixed response from those on-board, with some embracing the extra days at sea and others suddenly scrambling to book new flights or accommodation. It also brought anxiety about how passengers’ homes in Alfred’s path would fare, particularly for the Gold Coast woman and her family. “It’s a little scary knowing how badly (the Gold Coast) was hit during the Christmas Day storm in 2023,” the passenger said. “Thankfully my partner is home and is able to keep a lookout on it, but it is still super-unsettling knowing we can’t get back and kinda (sic) still not knowing if we will get back on Monday. “My parents’ house is in Elanora (on the southern Gold Coast) – luckily on a hill – but it’s supposed to be one of the hardest areas hit (and) it does flood very often there.” Camera IconEx-Tropical Cyclone Alfred has made for a week of travel disruptions. supplied Credit: Supplied The Glitter Strip has indeed emerged as one of the areas most affected by Alfred, with widespread power outages and damage to homes, trees and beaches. Brisbane so far seems to have been spared the brunt of the system’s force, though the Port of Brisbane confirmed on Saturday afternoon that restrictions remained in place. “While safety remains paramount, all possible efforts are going towards getting the port back up and running when it’s appropriate to do so.” Royal confirmed guests would spend three extra days at sea in the South Pacific before returning to Brisbane and that they had been notified of the changes directly, in a statement provided to Travel Market Report. Passengers were offered an hour of complimentary internet access per stateroom to assist with making new travel arrangements. Alfred has caused disruption for travellers on both the seas and in the skies, with hundreds of flights axed as Brisbane and Gold Coast Airports closed through the height of the storm’s danger. Crews are working to have operations at both airports resume on Sunday. DOGE has reportedly started rolling out a custom chatbot to automate some government tasks DOGE has reportedly started rolling out a custom chatbot to automate some government tasks Employees of the General Services Administration, which manages government real estate and certain IT efforts, have been given a custom chatbot from Elon Musk’s to help automate tasks, according to a new report from , with an internal memo telling workers it can be used to “draft emails, create talking points, summarize text, write code.” The chatbot, GSAi, gives users a choice of three models — Claude Haiku 3.5 (the default), Claude Sonnet 3.5 v2 and Meta Llama 3.2 — and is ultimately meant to be used to “analyze contract and procurement data,” Wired reports. The GSA is one of the many agencies that have been affected by the , and has so far let go upwards of 1,000 workers, sources told in a report published this week. That includes roughly 90 people from its tech branch, according to Wired. In memos about the new chatbot seen by Wired, workers were told not to input “federal nonpublic information,” personally identifiable information or “controlled unclassified information.” It was reportedly tested among a smaller group last month before rolling out to the roughly 1,500 workers who now have access, with plans to expand down the line. European Athletics Indoor Championships: GB’s Jeremiah Azu claims 60m gold as Andrew Robertson wins bronze European Athletics Indoor Championships: GB’s Jeremiah Azu claims 60m gold as Andrew Robertson wins bronze Great Britain’s Jeremiah Azu claimed men’s 60m gold at the European Athletics Indoor Championships to land his first individual international title, as team-mate Andrew Robertson won bronze. Azu, 23, ran a personal best of 6.49 seconds to cross the line ahead of Sweden’s Henrik Larsson in 6.52, with Robertson third in 6.55 in Saturday night’s final. Having qualified fastest from the morning heats, Azu made a further statement by setting a European-leading time and then personal best 6.52 secs in the semi-finals. But he saved his best for the medal race, which took place just two and a half hours later, to clinch GB’s first gold in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. Azu becomes the ninth British man to win the title – and first since Richard Kilty won back-to-back titles in 2017. The Welshman’s triumph follows bronze medals for 1500m runner Revee Walcott-Nolan and the mixed 4x400m relay quartet. More to follow. Endometriosis – a life sentence ‘no man’ would tolerate Endometriosis – a life sentence ‘no man’ would tolerate It’s not just a ******* and the pain isn’t normal – endometriosis leaves one in seven women in often excruciating pain and threatens their work, their health and their fertility. But all too often it is overlooked, misdiagnosed or not taken seriously by medical practitioners, campaigners say, thanks to, at best, unconscious bias and, at worst, medical misogyny. “No man would put up with this. We’d have a cure by now,” former Liberal politician turned endometriosis activist Maree Davenport tells AAP. “If you had a man with … pain, periods and bleeding from their body and problems having a **** and ****, and problems with intimacy – not just libido, but painful sex – imagine if a bloke was putting up with that? “We would have had a cure through massive research maybe a decade ago. It has been dismissed and there is stigma.” One-in-seven, or one million, women suffer from endometriosis in Australia, a disease where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus, causing often severe pain and possible fertility issues. But thanks to misinformation, lack of education, lack of basic medical care in some rural areas and a general attitude that women just have to put up with a certain level of pain as part of being a woman, the condition is often overlooked. On average, it takes a woman six-and-a-half years to be diagnosed in Australia. “As a teenager, for years, I had experienced … migraines, severe back and body pain, collapsing at school… I was just a kid,” says television presenter Julie Snook. “I remember going back to the same GP at least three times pleading my case. Eventually, I asked for a referral to a gynaecologist. The doctor was almost defensive when I did so – deep down, I don’t think she believed me.” Ms Snook has endured 13 endometriosis operations since the age of 19. A hysterectomy is next on the agenda. Eventually, she was forced to step away from her high profile media job to focus on her “health and happiness”. “I don’t want to make this political, but what I do want is for all those suffering… to have access to appropriate and affordable healthcare services. It shouldn’t be a choice,” she says. Ms Davenport was driven to the cause of endometriosis sufferers when her daughter presented symptoms at the age of eight. She says the issue is a lack of education across the medical profession, which is what drove her to author The *********** Guide to Living Well with Endometriosis. “I really do feel that women are expecting and have been almost raised to put up with pain relating to their periods, relating to childbirth, relating to their emotional health as well,” she says, adding two in three women experience discrimination in health care settings, having their pain dismissed or being labeled as “hysterical”. “It comes down to ignorance. We need to educate the GPs, the school nurses, the teachers, as well as the gynaecologists and everyone in the health system about women’s pain being real.” Ms Davenport’s Australia-first guide compiles stories from women living with endometriosis, researchers and healthcare professionals in a bid to better educate people suffering with or treating the disease. “It brings together a great network of people to talk about their lived experience, their research experience, and their experience treating the disease and diagnosing it,” says Ms Davenport. “Endo places women at a disadvantage as a result of their medical condition which is life defining, incurable and lifelong,” she says. School-age women often have to miss school, later it is work – especially if they have surgery, which requires six weeks recovery. The surgery only works for about five years, so a woman might need that six weeks of sick leave several times throughout her career, she adds. On top of the pre-existing gender pay gap, this chronic condition can impact earnings, superannuation, sick leave and benefits, and that loss of earnings can mean they might not be able to afford private health insurance. “I call it the gender-endo pay gap,” Ms Davenport says. “It’s estimated that a woman will spend $30,000 a year just to manage the condition.” Kayla Itsines, co-founder of Sweat, has made it her life’s mission to epitomise health and wellness, which is why she “hates” her endometriosis for limiting her during its regular flare-ups. Ms Itsines was advised to avoid any high-intensity exercise, which made her feel defeated by her own body and concerned about managing her professional commitments. ‘I love to work out, and training people is my job, but I just need to accept stepping back is crucial for my body to heal,” she says. DHS has begun performing polygraph tests on employees to find leakers DHS has begun performing polygraph tests on employees to find leakers U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem wears an ICE vest during a briefing with law enforcement agents ahead of immigration raids in New York City, U.S., January 28, 2025 in this image obtained from social media. @sec_noem Via Reuters The Department of Homeland Security has begun performing polygraph tests on employees to determine who might be leaking information to the media about immigration operations, according to four sources familiar with the practice. The department’s plans to perform these tests was first reported by Bloomberg Government. A spokesperson for DHS did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Border czar Tom Homan and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem have blamed lower-than-expected ICE arrest numbers on recent leaks revealing the cities where it planned to conduct operations. In a video posted on X Friday, Noem said, “We have identified two leakers of information here at the Department of Homeland Security who have been telling individuals about our operations and putting law enforcement lives in jeopardy. We plan to prosecute these two individuals and hold them accountable for what they’ve done.” It was not clear if those two employees Noem referred to had been identified through a polygraph test. It’s also not clear how many employees have been polygraphed or may face polygraph tests, but sources said the employees asked to take the tests so far have been in different agencies across DHS. Polygraphs at the department are not new and have been used in the past, such as when Customs and Border Protection is screening new hires. But according to the sources familiar with the current use of polygraphs, the so-called lie detector machines are now being used to ask employees across the agency specific questions about leaking classified documents or sensitive law enforcement information on ICE operations. Atomfall Brings Post-Apocalyptic Survival to the English Countryside | COGconnected Atomfall Brings Post-Apocalyptic Survival to the English Countryside | COGconnected Push Square: “We’ll need to play Atomfall natively on PS5 before we can critique its other potential qualities, but what seems to be set in stone is the gripping mystery at its core. In the 90 minutes we got to play, uncovering new leads to chase was the clear highlight as we found fresh characters to pick the brains of and locations our map was missing. It was a thoroughly enjoyable process, which when drawn out over the course of a full game full of dead ends and story reveals, appears primed to result in one of 2025’s narrative highlights.” Source link #Atomfall #Brings #PostApocalyptic #Survival #English #Countryside #COGconnected Pelican News View the full article at [Hidden Content]

Insomniac’s Delisted VR Games Are Back on the Meta Store Insomniac’s Delisted VR Games Are Back on the Meta Store ApocalypseShadow21h ago The obvious take is that Microsoft got their **** whooped again and again. It wasn’t for the lack of being feisty. Microsoft tried every tactic from buying exclusives, launching first, attacking Sony for not doing cross play, launching with a low priced system that couldn’t handle current Gen games, buying up publishers, etc. But the thing was, as Microsoft out it themselves, Sony has PSN that locked in customers to their platform. They weren’t stealing ***** if Sony had them with a catalog of games, more and better offerings of games to play, and a constant stream of exclusive games. Microsoft took many away. But Sony through China Hero, Korean game development, indie development, India Hero, etc, just added more games that Microsoft couldn’t take away. The only game that was worth Sony’s time was COD. And Microsoft couldn’t take that away. Microsoft’s big gamble to strip Sony of games backfired and Sony won by now having their competitor making games for them. Including first party games. The greatest embarrassment beyond RROD and trying to implement always online. Microsoft has been almost utterly destroyed. Because Sony continued to adapt. Microsoft tried upping their game with Forza. Sony went online with GT. Microsoft would try and counter with photogrammetry, Sony took it to VR for actual realism. Microsoft tried to copy their controller, Sony upped the ante by making Dual Sense. “The controller” for current Gen. Nintendo survived by going portable and getting out of the high end graphics race. But Microsoft, with all their money, all their rabid fans, were left to get their **** kicked. And I’m very happy about it. You can’t have trillions but not put in the effort and think you’re going to win. They never deserved to win.
