El Paso man pleads guilty to *******, gets 40 years in toddler’s death in 2018
An El Paso man was sentenced to 40 years in prison for killing a toddler and injuring a baby that he was supposed to be caring for at an East Side home seven years ago, authorities said.
Adrian Amaya, now 31, was initially arrested on a charge of capital ******* in the death of 3-year-old Remmy Ezequiel Piria as well as being accused of injuring Piria’s then 1-year-old baby brother in the summer of 2018, the El Paso District Attorney’s Office said.
In Texas, capital ******* is punishable by the death penalty or life in prison without parole.
Remmy was “an innocent, happy, wonderful little boy. He left (too) early to God’s hands,” stated a Facebook page dedicated to the boy’s memory and stopping child abuse.

As part of a plea deal, Amaya on Wednesday, March 5, was sentenced to 40 years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of ******* and two counts of injury to a child before Judge Sam Medrano of the 409th District Court, the DA’s Office said in a news release.

Amaya, then 24, was not related to the boys and was watching them for their mother while she was at work, the DA’s Office said.
An investigation began on the evening of June 26, 2018, when El Paso police were dispatched to check on the wellbeing of the children who were being watched by Amaya at a home in the 11500 block of Spencer Drive, police officials had said.
Remmy, who was having trouble breathing, was found with serious injuries and was transported to Del Sol Medical Center, where he died, police and prosecutors said. The toddler had injuries to his chest, back, face and forehead. The 1-year-old baby also had injuries to his face.

The toddler’s death was investigated by police detectives with the Crimes Against Persons Unit. An arrest warrant was later issued for Amaya.
On Sep. 6, 2018, detectives, with help of the U.S. Marshal’s Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, arrested Amaya at his home at the Sand Pebble apartments at 11280 Pebble Hills Blvd., El Paso Times archives stated.
As part of the plea agreement that sentenced Amaya to prison, he also waived any appeals related to his conviction, the DA’s office added.

Napoli, Atalanta win to keep Serie A dreams alive
Napoli, Atalanta win to keep Serie A dreams alive
Napoli have kept up the pressure on Serie A leaders Inter Milan as they finally got back to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Fiorentina.
Romelu Lukaku scored one and set up the other for Giacomo Raspadori on Sunday to help Napoli move back to within a point of Inter, who fought back from two down to beat Monza 3-2 on Saturday.
Atalanta proved they are very much among the fray with a statement 4-0 win at fourth-placed Juventus to close the gap on Inter back to three points.
Atalanta’s title credentials will be truly tested next weekend when they host the Nerazzurri.
Fiorentina’s hopes of making it into the top four diminished after their fourth loss in five league matches.
Napoli also came into the match on a mediocre run, having drawn four of their past five and losing the other.
But the hosts took the lead on 26 minutes following great work from Scott McTominay as he cut inside from the left and unleashed a shot that former Manchester United teammate David de Gea could only parry into the path of Lukaku, who tapped in the rebound.
Giovanni Di Lorenzo hit the crossbar for Napoli as Fiore had De Gea to thank for a number of impressive saves that kept them in the match.
Napoli eventually doubled their lead on the hour mark with a team move that ended with Lukaku playing a through ball for Raspadori to sweep home.
Fiorentina pulled one back six minutes later as a backheeled flick from Moise Kean released Albert Gudmundsson to drill low into the near corner.
The match in Turin was a head-to-head battle for third, with just three points separating Atalanta and Juventus.
The league’s top scorer, Mateo Retegui, gave Atalanta the lead in the 29th from the spot after US international Weston McKennie was penalised for handball.
It was Retegui’s 22nd goal in Serie A this season — seven more than nearest challenger Kean.
A combination of the woodwork and Juve goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio prevented Atalanta from doubling their lead by halftime but Marten de Roon did get the visitors’ second within a minute of the restart after Ademola Lookman’s effort was parried.
Davide Zappacosta all but sealed the match in the 66th and Lookman capped a fantastic performance 11 minutes later.
Elsewhere, sixth-placed Bologna continued their fine form with a 2-1 win at 10-man Hellas Verona and Matias Soule scored after only 22 seconds to set Roma on their way to a 1-0 win at relegation-threatened Empoli.
Statistics provider Opta said it was Roma’s fastest goal in a Serie A match (since that data started being collected in 2004).
It was a fifth straight win in all competitions for Roma, who visit Athletic Bilbao in the second leg of the Europa League round of 16 on Thursday.
Roma also extended their unbeaten run in Serie A to 12 matches, leapfrogging Fiorentina into seventh.

A lengthy 10-minute cinematic trailer was also released, showcasing the original song for the game called “To the Wilder” by the artist Woodkid. The end of the trailer, it shows a group of gunman with the narrator talking about how the United Cities of America’s predecessor, the United States of America, had a prominent gun culture. Whistleblower complaint expands on claims that Facebook once built a censorship tool to win over China
Whistleblower complaint expands on claims that Facebook once built a censorship tool to win over China
A report from The Washington Post details allegations made by whistleblower Sarah Wynn-Williams about Facebook in a 78-page complaint filed last April with the SEC, including that the company built a censorship system in hopes to be allowed to operate in China and that it considered allowing the ******** government to access users’ data in the country. Claims that Facebook developed a content suppression tool to appease China, where it has been blocked since 2009, were first reported as far back as 2016 by The New York Times. Wynn-Williams has a memoir about her time at Facebook, Careless People: A Story of Where I Used to Work, coming out this week.
Wynn-Williams — a former Facebook global policy director who was fired in 2017 — said in the complaint that the company formed a team in 2014 focused on creating a version of Facebook that would comply with China’s laws, under the code-name “Project Aldrin,” The Washington Post reports. In addition to building a censorship system, it was reportedly proposed during negotiations with ******** officials that the company allow a ******** private-equity firm to review content posted by users in China, and that Facebook hire hundreds of moderators dedicated to the effort of squashing restricted content.
In a statement to The Washington Post, spokesperson Andy Stone said the company’s past interest in the ******** market is “no secret,” and that CEO Mark Zuckerberg had announced a move away from these efforts in 2019. But Wynn-Williams’ complaint paints a fuller picture of how far Facebook (pre-Meta) was allegedly willing to go to gain a ******** userbase. Read The Washington Post’s full report here.
Zuckerberg has since become vocal about “free expression” and made changes to how Meta’s platforms approach moderation. Earlier this year, Zuckerberg announced that Facebook and Instagram would end fact-checking and instead adopt X-style Community Notes.

4.1-magnitude earthquake jolts Los Angeles area
4.1-magnitude earthquake jolts Los Angeles area
An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 rattled the Los Angeles area early Sunday afternoon.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake struck at 1:03 p.m. The epicenter was 11 kilometers (6.8 miles) southwest of Westlake Village, at a depth of 11.7 kilometers (about 7.2 miles).
Three other smaller quakes were detected near Malibu in the three minutes following the first one; they had magnitudes of 2.5, 3.0 and 2.8.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
Latest California Earthquakes. Please wait a moment for map to load.
Use controls or your thumb to move and zoom.
This is a developing story. Stay with KTLA 5 News for updates.
Thousands of earthquakes are recorded in California annually, but the vast majority are incredibly minor. Several hundred reach a magnitude of 3.0, and only about 15 to 20 reach a magnitude of 4.0 or greater, according to the USGS.
In North America, only Alaska records more quakes per year than California.
What to do in an earthquake
During an earthquake, knowing the proper steps to protect yourself and minimize injury is crucial. The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) provides detailed guidelines on what to do during such events. Here are the key points:
Drop, Cover, and Hold On:
Drop: Immediately drop down onto your hands and knees. This position prevents you from being knocked over and allows you to stay low and crawl to safety if necessary.
Cover: Use one arm to protect your head and neck, and if possible, take shelter under a sturdy table or desk. If no shelter is available, get down next to an interior wall away from windows. Stay on your knees and bend over to protect vital organs.
Hold On: Hold on to your shelter until the shaking stops. Be prepared to move with your shelter if it shifts.

The #1 Protein to Reduce Visceral ****, Recommended by Dietitians
The #1 Protein to Reduce Visceral ****, Recommended by Dietitians
Reviewed by Dietitian Maria Laura Haddad-Garcia
Visceral **** is one of those health terms you might have heard but not fully understood. It refers to the **** stored deep within your abdominal cavity, surrounding essential organs like the liver, pancreas and intestines. And when it comes to visceral ****, it’s not about appearance; reducing it is truly about protecting your well-being. That’s where your diet comes into play. Some foods may make a huge difference when it comes to managing visceral **** and supporting overall health. Among the many nutritional powerhouses out there, one protein-rich food stands out for its unique benefits—pistachios.
Unlike the **** just beneath your skin, visceral **** isn’t visible, making it tricky to detect. And not because you can’t see it means it doesn’t affect you. In fact, this type of **** can significantly impact your health. Excess visceral **** has been linked to a higher risk of several serious health conditions, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes and even certain types of cancers.
Data supports the notion that eating pistachios might be linked to reduced visceral ****. One study published in Nutrients showed that when people with at least one risk factor for metabolic syndrome snacked on tree nuts (like pistachios) instead of typical carbohydrate-heavy snacks (like chips or cookies) for 16 weeks, improvements in measures of visceral **** were observed.
But what makes them one of the best choices for reducing visceral ****?
Related: 6 Things You Should Do to Lose Visceral ****, According to Dietitians
How Pistachios Support Visceral **** Reduction
Let’s be clear—no single food will reduce visceral ****, especially if you are not making appropriate overall dietary and lifestyle changes that support this outcome. But if you are taking steps to minimize this dangerous type of abdominal ****, including pistachios in the mix may help you see the results you want to see. Here are four reasons why dietitians recommend pistachios as a top pick for a visceral ****-reducing diet.
Rich in Healthy Fats
Pistachios are one of the best foods for reducing visceral ****, partly thanks to their rich content of healthy fats. “Pistachios are a good source of healthy ****, namely unsaturated fatty acids, which are considered cardioprotective. Saturated fats, on the other hand, are implicated in increasing the risk of cardiovascular problems and potentially additional visceral **** buildup,” shares Amanda Godman, M.S., RD, CDN, a registered dietitian.
The monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats found in pistachios play a crucial role in combating unhealthy **** accumulation. Monounsaturated fats, for instance, help improve lipid profiles by lowering LDL (known as “bad”) cholesterol while increasing HDL (known as “good”) cholesterol levels. This enhances overall cardiovascular health, which is closely linked to maintaining a healthy body weight and reducing abdominal ****. Additionally, these fats help regulate insulin sensitivity, a key factor in preventing visceral **** storage, as unchecked insulin resistance can lead to **** buildup around the abdomen. Data shows that consuming monounsaturated **** instead of saturated **** is linked to not only a reduction in body **** but also a difference in where **** is stored. In a 2022 study, when people ate a diet rich in saturated ****, most of the **** they gained was deposited in the abdomen as visceral ****. Those who followed a monounsaturated ****-rich diet lost weight and did not accumulate **** as visceral **** in the same way.
Packed With Protein
A single ounce of pistachios provides roughly 6 grams of protein, making them one of the most protein-rich nuts. Protein plays a role in **** loss as it boosts energy expenditure through the thermic effect of food (TEF), meaning your body burns more calories digesting and metabolizing protein than fats or carbohydrates. Additionally, consuming high-protein foods like pistachios helps preserve lean muscle mass during weight loss, ensuring that the body prioritizes burning visceral **** rather than muscle tissue.
Data published in the Journal of Gerontology showed that, among older men, consuming more protein may be linked to decreased visceral abdominal ****.
Abundant in Antioxidants
Antioxidants play a role in combating oxidative stress and inflammation, which are both linked to visceral **** accumulation. Among the powerful antioxidants in pistachios are lutein, beta-carotene and polyphenols. These compounds help neutralize free radicals in the body, reducing cellular damage and promoting overall metabolic health. Studies have shown that diets rich in antioxidants can support better **** metabolism and improve insulin sensitivity, both of which are essential for minimizing visceral ****.
Data published in Nutrition Research suggest the possible benefit of an antioxidant diet in relieving visceral obesity.
Low In Calories
“Pistachios can support **** loss and metabolic health due to their lower calorie density (160 calories per ounce versus 180–200 in other nuts),” shares Johannah Katz, M.A., RD, an Orlando-based registered dietitian. This balance of high-protein and low-calorie density makes pistachios an ideal choice for those seeking to reduce visceral **** while enjoying a tasty and convenient snack.
One serving of pistachios equals about 49 kernels, making it one of the most generous serving sizes for nuts. The low-calorie nature of pistachios, combined with their high fiber and protein content, helps regulate hunger and reduce the likelihood of eating too much throughout the day.
Tips to Include Pistachios In Your Diet
Including pistachios in your diet is a simple and effective way to support visceral **** loss while enjoying a delicious snack. Their versatility maincorporatingrate them into various meals and snacks throughout your easy day.
Snack on them alone: Keep a small portion of pistachios handy as a quick, nutrient-dense snack that keeps hunger at bay.
Add them to salads: Sprinkle pistachios over your greens for an extra crunch and boost of protein and fiber.
Blend into smoothies: Toss a handful of pistachios into your morning smoothie for a ******* texture and added nutrients.
Use as a topping: Crushed pistachios make an excellent topping for yogurt, oatmeal or even lean protein dishes like grilled chicken or fish.
Bake with them: Incorporate pistachios into homemade energy bars, muffins or bread for a satisfying, healthy treat.
The Bottom Line
Reducing visceral **** is essential to improve your long-term health and lower your risk of severe chronic conditions like cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. While no single food can guarantee **** loss, pistachios can help support your efforts when combined with other healthy lifestyle practices such as regular exercise, stress management and adequate sleep.
Whether enjoyed as a standalone snack or incorporated into meals, pistachios’ versatility and nutritional profile—rich in healthy fats, protein and antioxidants and low in calories—make them a valuable asset in lowering visceral ****. Remember, the key to success lies in overall balance and dedication to making informed, proactive choices about your well-being.

Stock futures moved lower on Sunday evening ahead of a packed week of economic data, with investors smarting from losses in early March.
Futures for the S&P 500 fell 0.5%, while Nasdaq 100 futures dropped 0.6%. Futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average slipped 135 points, or 0.3%.
Last week, the S&P 500 fell 3.10% for its worst weekly mark since September. The Dow fell 2.37%, while the Nasdaq Composite shed 3.45%.
The struggles came as the market was whipsawed by developments out of Washington, D.C., with negotiations on tariffs between the U.S., Mexico and Canada playing out throughout the week.
In an interview that aired Sunday, President Donald Trump responded to a question on Fox News about the possibility of a recession by saying the economy was going through “a ******* of transition.”
The political turbulence could continue this week, with a heavy dose of economic data adding to the list of potential market-moving events.
The New York Fed survey of consumer expectations is due out on Monday, and it will pair with the University of Michigan consumer sentiment reading on Friday.
On the inflation front, the February consumer price index release is slated for Wednesday, followed by the producer price index on Thursday.
“Inflation data will dominate the economic calendar this week. The total and core Consumer Price Indexes (CPI) likely rose at a more moderate pace in February after sharp increases in the prior month, resulting in annual increases holding roughly steady,” Comerica Bank chief economist Bill Adams said in a statement. “Pushed higher by tariffs and tariff threats, producer prices probably rose faster than consumer prices for a second month running, keeping annual PPI elevated.”

College Student, 20, Missing After Going for a Beach Walk During Spring Break Trip to the Dominican Republic
College Student, 20, Missing After Going for a Beach Walk During Spring Break Trip to the Dominican Republic
A 20-year-old college student is missing after going for an early morning beach walk while vacationing in the Dominican Republic.
University of Pittsburgh junior Sudiksha Konanki — a resident of Virginia’s Loudoun County and citizen of India — was last seen on Thursday, March 6, while walking on a beach at Riu Republica Resort in Punta Cana, according to the Dominican Civil Defense and a missing poster shared on social media. She was on a spring break trip, the poster stated.
Konanki was traveling with a group of six fellow Pittsburgh students, all female, including one other Loudoun County resident, a spokesperson for the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) told PEOPLE in a statement.
It is not immediately clear whether the group traveling with Konanki has returned from the trip or whether they were with her when she was last spotted.

The search for Konanki began in the early hours of Saturday, March 8, to no avail, according to the Dominican Civil Defense. Authorities resumed the search at 6 a.m. local time on Sunday, March 9, employing drones and helicopters from the country’s armed forces, the agency stated in an update on Instagram alongside footage of the beach search.
The LCSO said that, upon being notified of Konanki’s disappearance on Thursday evening, the agency immediately followed up with federal and state law enforcement officials, as well as contacts in the Dominican Republic. The Embassy of India in the country has “taken the lead” on the ground, the agency said.
The Embassy of India did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Loudoun County officials have also been in contact with the University of Pittsburgh, as well as Konanki’s family, amid the search, a spokesman for the college told Virginia outlet WVEC.
“We have offered our full support in their efforts to find her and bring her home safely,” spokesperson Jared Stonesifer told the outlet on March 8, adding that anyone with information about her disappearance is “urged to contact” the LCSO.
Similarly, the caption of Konanki’s missing poster — which was shared by someone who identified themselves as a friend of her parents — read, “We need your help to get the word out! If you are in the area or can help with the search, or if you have any information that could lead to her whereabouts, please reach out.”
“The more people who know, the better the chances we can bring her home safely,” the caption concluded.
The college junior is 5 foot 3 inches, has ****** hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a brown bikini, round earrings, an anklet and several bracelets, according to the missing poster.

U.S. fighter jets scrambled to intercept aircraft flying near Mar-a-Lago for 20th time since Trump took office
Air Force fighter jets intercepted a civilian aircraft flying in the temporarily restricted airspace near President Donald Trump’s Florida home Sunday, bringing the number of violations to more than 20 since the president took office on Jan. 20.
North American Aerospace Defense Command said in a statement that Sunday’s incident, which took place as Trump finished a round of golf at his West Palm Beach golf course, saw F-16s deploy flares to get the attention of the civilian pilot. Jets also conducted an intercept on Saturday morning shortly after Mr. Trump arrived at the course from his private Mar-a-Lago club and residence.
The airspace intrusions in the heavily congested south Florida airspace have prompted fighter jet intercepts but did not alter Mr. Trump’s schedule or impact his security, officials said. NORAD says the flares may have been visible from the ground but that they burn out quickly and don’t pose danger.
Federal officials maintain a permanent flight restriction over Mr. Trump’s club that expands to a radius of 30 nautical miles when the president is in residence.
Violations, and intercepts, are relatively routine, but NORAD is raising alarm over the frequency of the intrusions since Mr. Trump’s inauguration, saying it has responded to more than 20 incidents and blames civilian pilots for not following regulations requiring them to check for airspace restrictions before taking off.
NORAD has urged aircrews to check Notice to Airmen, or NOTAMs, from the FAA before flying, “especially in the Mar-a-Lago region.” The FAA uses NOTAMs to inform pilots of temporary flight restrictions, which prohibit aircraft from entering certain airspaces for set periods of time. Restrictions are issued “for safety or security purposes,” including for natural disasters, some major sporting events and emergency or national security situations, the FAA says.
“Adherence to TFR procedures is essential to ensure flight safety, national security, and the security of the President,” Gen. Gregory Guillot, the commander of NORAD and US Northern Command said in a statement. “The procedures are not optional, and the excessive number of recent TFR violations indicates many civil aviators are not reading Notice to Airmen, or NOTAMS, before each flight as required by the FAA, and has resulted in multiple responses by NORAD fighter aircraft to guide offending aircraft out of the TFR.”
In 2017, during Mr. Trump’s first term as president, two F-15 fighter jets were scrambled to intercept an unresponsive aircraft near Mar-a-Lago and officials said the incident created a “sonic *****” that alarmed nearby residents.

Hideo Kojima’s latest Death Stranding 2 trailer is here, with a confirmed June release
Kojima Productions has premiered a new Death Stranding 2: On the Beach trailer, and confirmed a PS5 release date of June 26, 2025.
The trailer – which is embedded above – was premiered during a panel at the SXSW 2025 festival in Austin, Texas on Sunday.
During the panel, Kojima Productions also announced Digital Deluxe ($80) and Collector’s Edition versions of the PS5 sequel, which will include early access to the game on June 24.
The Collector’s Edition – which will cost $230 – will include a 15-inch statue, Dollman figurine, art cards and letter from Kojima, as well as various in-game rewards.
Kojima Productions also announced it will be launching a music tour featuring music from both Death Stranding games, which will be touring worldwide starting in November.
‘Death Stranding: Strands of Harmony’ will visit Los Angeles, Austin, Chicago, Seattle, Newark, Boston, Toronto, Montreal, London, Paris, Berlin, Milan, Bangkok, Singapore, Seoul, Shanghai, Yokohama, Osaka, and Sydney. Tickets will be available on the official website.
Death Stranding 2 was first announced in December 2022. Its reveal trailer confirmed that Norman Reedus, who portrayed protagonist Sam Bridges in the original, would be returning alongside Léa Seydoux, who played the character Fragile. In addition, the Death Stranding 2 cast includes Troy Baker and Ellie Fanning.
“Embark on an inspiring mission of human connection beyond the UCA,” reads a synopsis for the sequel. “Sam—with companions by his side—sets out on a new journey to save humanity from extinction. Join them as they traverse a world beset by otherworldly enemies, obstacles and a haunting question: should we have connected?”
Sony published the original Death Stranding for PS4 in November 2019, and 505 Games released it for PC in July 2020. A Director’s Cut hit PS5 in 2021 and PC the following year. An Xbox version was shadow dropped last year.
The original game has been played by more than 16 million people across all platforms, including subscription services like PlayStation Plus and PC Game Pass, according to Kojima Productions.
The company announced in 2023 that it’s planning to work with A24 to bring a live-action film adaptation of Death Stranding to the big screen.

Palantir (PLTR) Partners with EYSA to Revolutionize Mobility with AI
Palantir (PLTR) Partners with EYSA to Revolutionize Mobility with AI
We recently published a list of Top 10 AI Stocks Dominating the Market Right Now. In this article, we are going to take a look at where Palantir Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:PLTR) stands against other top AI stocks dominating the market right now.
Attention is slowly shifting from US chip stocks to what analysts consider as the next big AI play: software. Investor enthusiasm has begun waning for semiconductor stocks due to tariff-driven volatility and the emergence of lower cost AI models from China’s DeepSeek. The AI chips transition is now paving the way for the second stage of the innovation cycle where software companies will begin to monetize AI breakthroughs.

“The second stage of the innovation cycle is when people start utilizing products and that’s when the software companies start getting paid … we’re now starting to see the ascendancy of the software part of the equation.”
Previously, software startups such as Harvey were dismissed by Silicon Valley investors. Investors used to take these software firms lightly, stating them as mere wrappers around OpenAI’s models. However, now the narrative is shifting and these AI wrappers are becoming quite popular today.
“The market’s perception of companies like us… was that they’re GPT wrappers, referencing a derisive term used to suggest the repackaging of OpenAI’s models. If investors “were going to put money into something,” he added, “it needed to be into OpenAI or Anthropic.”
Here is what another investor has to say:
“Just like after the iPhone launched, there were millions of new mobile apps,” said Mignano, an investor in the AI notetaking service Granola, which uses technology from OpenAI and Anthropic. “Now with AI and LLMs, there will be millions of new AI products.”
DeepSeek has also played its due part in leading the shift from chip stocks to software and similar AI plays.
“Investors are looking for the next three-to-five-year stories … those companies that are going to benefit from what Nvidia has already done.”
For this article, we selected AI stocks by going through news articles, stock analysis, and press releases. These stocks are also popular among hedge funds. The hedge fund data is as of Q4 2024.
Why are we interested in the stocks that hedge funds pile into? The reason is simple: our research has shown that we can outperform the market by imitating the top stock picks of the best hedge funds. Our quarterly newsletter’s strategy selects 14 small-cap and large-cap stocks every quarter and has returned 373.4% since May 2014, beating its benchmark by 218 percentage points (see more details here).

Palantir Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:PLTR) is a leading provider of artificial intelligence systems. On March 6, Palantir Technologies Spain announced a partnership with EYSA, a leader in comprehensive sustainable mobility solutions, to enhance mobility application development. The agreement was finalized after a successful pilot test through a multi-week Palantir bootcamp, where EYSA confirmed the success of Palantir’s Foundry and AIP platforms in addressing complex questions, planning scenarios, and facilitating and accelerating the development of new mobility applications.
The integration will enable all areas and businesses to work autonomously in a private and highly secure environment that operationalizes data and artificial intelligence. To conclude, the alliance will enable technological transformation in the mobility sector in Spain and beyond.
“Building on the strong Ontology foundation that EYSA has already consolidated in Palantir Foundry, we are thrilled about EYSA’s potential for accelerating the development of sustainable and more efficient urban mobility solutions leveraging the power of Palantir AIP. After just a few months, EYSA is already pioneering new use cases, capturing emerging business opportunities which will reinforce its lead position in creating smarter, safer and more sustainable cities.”
Overall, PLTR ranks 9th on our list of top AI stocks dominating the market right now. While we acknowledge the potential of PLTR as an investment, our conviction lies in the belief that some AI stocks hold greater promise for delivering higher returns and doing so within a shorter time frame. If you are looking for an AI stock that is more promising than PLTR but that trades at less than 5 times its earnings, check out our report about the cheapest AI stock.
