Medtech Cochlear forecasts profit to grow as much as $430m this financial year

Medical technology company Cochlear is forecasting profit to grow as much as 11 per cent this year as demand for cochlear and acoustic implant grows futher.

Cochlear said it aims to help more than 50,000 people to hear with a cochlear and acoustic implant in the current financial year, and expects to deliver underlying net profit of between $410 million and $430m, a 6 to 11 per cent increase on fiscal 2024.
