The controller is ******, with a gaping red hole opening on its faceplate, the cracks of which spread down the grips. It’s a bold design, complete with “3D molded, laser-etched details,” meaning you can actually feel the cracks. The series’ iconic skull image, the Crimson Omen, is emblazoned in the center of the red hole. Both triggers are made of transparent red plastic, and all of the face buttons (save for the Xbox button) are unlabeled, which is pretty cool.
