, the hacker-themed Season 2 didn’t hit quite as hard as the studio hoped, stating it only “created a short-lived increase in player metrics.” Embark Studios, The Finals’ developer and subsidiary of Nexon, is working on understanding and addressing “the key issues” with the help of the Live Operations team based in Korea.

There is set to be a Season 3 for the destruction shooter slated sometime next month. The hope here is that gamers will get gripped by the new season and hopefully stay around longer.
