Last year, when the brand was hit hard by US tariffs brought about by President Trump, it had to raise its costs in order to continue operating. Now, after the Supreme Court has ruled some of these tariffs unlawful, Arctic is being paid back reparations. Instead of taking that as profit, Arctic's CEO has declared that a dedicated US sales promotion will take place and that "it will remain active until every single dollar ARCTIC received from the tariff refund has been paid back to our customers."

"As a consumer myself," said Arctic's CEO, Magnus Huber, "I feel your pain.

"We tried our best. Did lots of overtime, and still had no choice but to forward the tariffs to you, our dear American customer. Last year, I had mostly bad news to announce. This year, the Supreme Court declared some tariffs unlawful, and now Arctic gets the money back!
