This is essential since your companions will be able to use ribbons after you have found it. Given how easy it’s to miss this item, let’s find out where it’s located in the magical world of Deltarune. It will be added automatically to your inventory, and Ralsei will tell you how you can use ribbons like you did in the first chapter.
