(Image credit: tinyBuild) Meanwhile, Weird Coral seems to have only a chance to drop from defeated Upiors – the coral zombies that can also usually be found at points-of-interest but can occasionally spawn at random shipwrecks found as you roam the desert. The fact that the drop rate of Weird Coral seems to be quite low means you need to kill quite a lot of those coral zombies to get enough for any tech tree upgrades.

In short, the best thing to do to gather up both materials is to take your Trampler over to any named point-of-interest on the map and kill every Upior and loot every container you see, especially safes. There are usually lots of empty boxes lying around, so I recommend picking one of those up to help you carry more stuff. When you press Tab to open a container, such as a safe, you can dump its contents into the box rather than your inventory.
