After spending nearly at ***-based Syrox Developments (later renamed Climax London), Gordon joined Treyarch where he was technology director on GameCube and PS2 title Ultimate Spider-Man, as well as senior director of technology on the multiplayer mode of Call of Duty 2: Big Red One on PS2 and Xbox. Gordon continued to work on the Call of Duty series for the two decades that would follow, and became co-studio head in 2016 alongside Jason Blundell and Dan Bunting (who left in 2020 and 2021 respectively).
