has a release date: October 8, 2026. That’s across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S.

Saber Interactive’s gruesome survival horror game, based on the movie franchise created by Clive Barker, has a new trailer to coincide with the release date announcement.

The digital and physical Standard Edition will be available to pre-order soon for $39.99, and the $49.99 Deluxe Edition will also be available to pre-order before release. If you pre-order any edition you get the exclusive in-game Labyrinth Pistol Skin and Martyr Sawblade Skin at release. Elsewhere, the Collector’s Editions includes a variety of exclusive, licensed collectibles.
