Screenshot by Destructoid Once inside, take the ladder and keep traveling upwards until you've reached the highest floor. Turn right, and you'll find a room with a NOA terminal. The Room blueprint will be on a shelf to the right of the terminal. You can also find a bunch of furniture blueprints to scan at this location.

Head back to your base and start placing rooms. You'll need a room big enough for you to place the Moonpool. You'll unlock the Moonpool when you unlock the second Tadpole blueprint fragment, as
