and developer Stillalive Studios, the original creators of Bus Simulator 21 and Bus Simulator 18, have announced the release of Bus Bound, a new bus driving simulator.

Both Bus Bound’s Standard Edition (29.99 USD & EUR/24.99 GBP) and Deluxe Edition (39.99 USD & EUR/34.99 GBP) are available for purchase now on PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Players who purchase Bus Bound’s Deluxe Edition will get the Horizon Speed 40ft bus plus three retro skins, as well as the Bus Pass, which grants access to Bus Bound’s first three content expansions, which is slated to come out in later this year.

In Bus Bound, driving the bus isn’t just about transporting passengers safely from one place to another; the routes players take help shape this city, influencing future gameplay. Every ride executed with care, every stop upgraded, and every new route added permanently changes the in-game environment.

From busy intersections to sleepy neighborhoods, players get to choose the best bus for the job, expand their network, and make sure passengers have a pleasant journey. Generating goodwill amongst passengers will also help players unlock new buses, visual styles, and upgrades.

According to a press release, Bus Bound promises “to let players explore a fully simulated, densely inhabited town with a rich history. From bustling intersections to quiet neighborhoods, every area has its own rhythm, and your route will help shape its future.” The game will also put players behind the wheel of true-to-life buses from top American manufacturers, including the New Flyer Xcelsior 40ft CNG and the Blue Bird Sigma, with 17 buses available to choose from at launch.

Players will also be able to band together with up to three other players in online co-op while they split off to tackle multiple routes simultaneously and help improve the host’s home city.
