fter battling pirates and braving the seas of pirate survival game Windrose for a few hours, you'll eventually make your way to the island of Tortuga. By now you've probably found lots of crates of provisions and medicine, which can only be sold to the People of Tortuga faction. And once you set foot on the island and find the People of Tortuga's bounty agent and provisioner, you probably also scoured the town from one end to the other trying to find the faction's buyer. I sure did!..
