Gardening is one of the most essential tasks in Disney Dreamlight Valley, which means it's not too surprising that it comes up frequently in Star Path events. One of the many gardening-related duties you'll encounter asks you to plant an enriching orange squash.

event is Pumpkins. Although you might be thinking of other ingredients that could match this description, especially Ring Squash if you have The Storybook Vale DLC, only Pumpkins count for the purposes of this task.

Plant an enriching orange squash in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To complete the plant an enriching orange squash task for the Star Path event in DDV, you need to plant a total of 20 Pumpkin Seeds. For the purposes of this quest, you don't actually need to harvest them, as it simply asks you to plant the crop to get it done. If you want to fully see the growth of these crops through, though, here's a full breakdown of how to make it happen.

• Purchase Pumpkin Seeds from Goofy's stall. He sells them at his shop in the Forgotten Lands biome for 275 Star Coins. You'll want to buy at least 20 seeds for the Star Path quest.
• Dig holes to plant the seeds. Use your Royal Shovel to set up a gardening space. Ideally, you want to dig these holes in either the Forgotten Lands biome or on the Forgotten Lands Floating Island, as Pumpkins grow a bit faster in their native biome. If you don't have space for them at either spot, though, you can set up this garden anywhere you like.
• Water the Pumpkins. Once you've got your seeds planted, use your Royal Watering Can on them.
• Wait. Pumpkins take four full hours to grow in regular biomes, or about three hours and 35 minutes if planted at the Forgotten Lands biome or on the Forgotten Lands Floating Island.
• Water the Pumpkins again. At some point during the growth process, the Pumpkins will need to be watered again. They stop growing when this happens, so be sure to keep an eye on them. Or, if you're not in a rush, there's a good chance the rain will eventually get them for you, so check back later to see if you're in luck. You also might consider using a
