The Outstanding Balance is one of the several new quests that have been added to ARC Raiders as part of the Flashpoint update. You can begin the quest after activating it from Tian Wen. The quest will send you on an adventure across the Blue Gate map to look for hidden items.

ARC Raiders Outstanding Balance quest walkthrough

The Outstanding Balance quest can be broken down into three separate parts. Both parts can be completed on the Blue Gate map, but at different POIs. You have to complete all the tasks in the same run, so keep that in mind.

• Search for Dodger's Stash inside the Traffic Tunnel
• Search Dodger's deal spot by the Pilgrim's Peak antenna
• Deliver Dodger's Note to Tian Wen
