, the 2024 video game installment with MMORPG elements that ties into the franchise's popular anime series.

The game features 21 characters from various arcs of the anime, with players organized into one of battle parties eac featuring four players. This way, players can take part in large-scale raid-like encounters against tough bosses.

"Enter a distorted version of the Sword Art Online world that exists beyond memories, time and space in this action game that features solo play and online co-op," reads a blurb for the title. "Pick your role in the form of your favorite Sword Art Online characters and team up in 20-player raids to defeat powerful enemies."

PlayStation Plus subscribers signed up to all membership tiers (Essential, Extra and Premium) will be able to play both Lords of the Fallen and Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream from April 7 to May 5. As for the rest of next month's PlayStation Plus Game Catalog additions, Sony is expected to make them official this Wednesday, April 1 (no joke). We'll update again when we know more.
